The KICKER PowerBar-series of powered, bar-mounted Bluetooth speakers provide you with the power and clarity required for enjoying audio in any outdoor and recreational setting. Featuring an IP66 rating for weatherproof applications, the PowerBars come with an easy-to-use control panel and mountable remote control, so changing the tunes is only a touch away. KICKER's new Broadcast Mode technology allows you to sync up two or more KPB's via Bluetooth, while AUX Input and Line Output connections allow for any combination of use with other devices. Use the KPB1 or the larger KPB2 on the beach, the links, the patio, off-road, or anywhere you're missing the music.

Installation
Wiring
Disconnect the vehicle's battery to avoid an electrical short. Connect the KPB's black ground wire to a paint-and-corrosion-free, solid, metal area of the vehicle's chassis, or to the negative battery terminal. Connect the KPB's red power wire to the positive battery terminal. The wire harness includes an inline 15A ATC fuse (KPB1) or 30A ATC fuse (KPB2), and 5/16" ring terminals. The ring terminals can be cut off if they're not needed, but the fuse should always be kept within 18" of the battery.
Keep the audio signal cable away from factory wiring harnesses and other power wiring. If you need to cross this wiring, cross it at a 90-degree angle.

Relay Install & Battery Management
To increase battery longevity, it is good practice to use a Battery Management System (BMS) for your electric vehicles, as well as an accessory or relay switch for your KPB. Relays and BMS are optional and not included. Required current rating: 30A

Mounting
The KPB-series mounts out-of-the-box to round bars with the included 1.5", 1.75", and 2" diameter Bar Clamps. Use the KPB Square Clamps - sold separately - to mount your KPB to square bars. Choose a structurally sound location to mount the KPB. The KPB may be mounted below or above bars, and the Mounting Base may be rotated ±30° to accommodate some curved bars. Make sure there are no items interfering with the route of the wiring.
Installation tools are not provided. 5mm and 6mm Allen Wrenches are required.
1. Screw the Mounting Bases to the PowerBar using the Mounting Screws.

2. Place the included rubber inserts in the Clamp Rings for improved vibration dampening, then install the Clamp Rings around your bar, securing them to the Mounting Bases using the Clamp Screws.

The KPB2 may be mounted with the bases and clamps in an inward, or outward configuration. KICKER does not recommend a combined inward/outward configuration.

Setting Input Source
Short Press the SOURCE button to switch between Bluetooth (blue) and AUX IN (red) input sources.
To enter Bluetooth Pairing Mode, Long Press the SOURCE button while in Bluetooth mode. The STATUS LED will begin to flash blue. You may exit pairing mode at this stage by short pressing the SOURCE button.
To finish pairing, from your audio device select either `KPB1 KICKER' or `KPB2 KICKER'. When successfully connected, the STATUS LED will be solid blue. When the PowerBar powers on in, or enters, Bluetooth mode, it will automatically begin to search for and connect with the last connected device.
Line Output & AUX IN
To use an external audio device as your input source, connect it to the AUX IN jack using a 1/8" (3.5mm) AUX cable, then set your input source to AUX IN.
To send a line-level signal, connect a 1/8" (3.5mm) AUX cable from the Line Output of the KPB to your external audio device's line-level input.

Broadcast Mode
Broadcast Mode allows you to play your audio through multiple KPBs. One KPB, the Broadcaster, will broadcast the audio to the Receiver(s). Broadcast Mode is compatible with both AUX and Bluetooth input sources. You may enter Broadcast Mode with the following button sequence.
1. Set audio input source with the Broadcaster KPB.
2. Press & Hold the PLAY/PAUSE button and the Increase Volume button on the KPB which is transmitting. The Status LED will begin alternately flashing blue and red.
3. Press & Hold the PLAY/PAUSE button and the Decrease Volume button on the KPB which is receiving.
4. Repeat Step 3 for all additional KPBs!

Remote Control Install
The remote control must be charged via USB micro 5V power input. Fully charge the remote for at least 3 hours before first use to maximize battery life. The LED will be red while charging, and off when complete. The KPB Remote is only water-resistant when the rear cap is in place.

Install the included remote control to your steering wheel as follows:
1. Slightly pull out the mount tab on the back of the KPB remote and slide the remote onto the strap as shown below, firmly pushing until you feel a click. The Remote may be removed from the mounting clip and strap using a slight twisting motion.
2. Place the KPB onto the wheel facing the user in the position in which it will be most used. The remote may be latched to the mounting strap in 4 different configurations.
3. With the latch facing the front of the remote, place the two arms of the remote control around the steering wheel.
4. Pull the latch down over the open slot on the adjacent arm.

Troubleshooting
If the KPB becomes frozen or stuck during algorithmic calculation, does not appear to be working, or gives an error code, check the obvious things first such as blown fuses, poor or incorrect wiring connections, incorrect setting of gain controls, etc.
No power? With a Volt Ohm Meter (VOM) check the following: +12 volt power terminal (should read +12V to +16V) Check for reversed power and ground connections Ground terminal, for proper conductivity. Check fuses.
Power on, no signal? Check the following: AUX In/Out connections and cables Test audio source signal, either with a "known good" output device or other means. Audio source volume & KPB output volume are increased.
Bluetooth device will not connect? On your mobile device: Turn Bluetooth off, then on again. Remove `KPB1/2 KICKER' from the Bluetooth menu. Then pair again (see page 10). Move your mobile device closer to the speaker. Avoid obstacles that may block the wireless signal. Perform a factory reset by pressing and holding the PLAY/PAUSE button for 10 seconds (Bluetooth devices must be re-paired after factory reset).
No or low output? Check the settings on the audio source. Check the speaker wiring, including AUX input and Line-level connections.
KPB frozen or stuck in operating procedure? Perform a factory reset on the KPB Cycle the power
Broadcast Mode will not engage? Follow the instructions to enter Broadcast Mode on page 11. Perform a factory reset on all Broadcasting and Receiving KPBs.
No Remote Function? Charge for at least 3 hours with a known-good 5V USB cable Double press the SOURCE button to link.
CAUTION: When jump starting the vehicle, be sure that connections made with jumper cables are correct. Improper connections can result in blown fuses as well as the failure of other critical systems in the vehicle.

Warranty
When purchased from an Authorized KICKER Dealer, KICKER warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from date of original purchase with receipt. If this product is identified as "Refurbished" or "B Goods", the warranty is limited to a period of THREE (3) MONTHS from the date of original purchase. In all cases you must have the original receipt. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, KICKER will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise. Warranty replacements may have cosmetic scratches and blemishes. Discontinued products may be replaced with more current equivalent products. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not extended to owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to a period of the express warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of the original purchase at retail, and no warranties, whether express or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; therefore, these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; however you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU NEED WARRANTY OR SERVICE:
Defective merchandise should be returned to your local Authorized Stillwater Designs (KICKER) Dealer for warranty service. You can confirm that a dealer is authorized by asking to see a current authorized dealer window decal.

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please return only defective components. The return of functioning items increases your return freight charges. Nondefective items will be returned freight-collect to you. For example, if a subwoofer is defective, only return the defective subwoofer, not the entire enclosure. Include a copy of the original receipt with the purchase date clearly visible, and a "proof-of-purchase" statement listing the Customer's name, Dealer's name and invoice number, and product purchased. Warranty expiration on items without proof-ofpurchase will be determined from the type of sale and manufacturing date code. Freight must be prepaid; items sent freight-collect, or Cash-On-Demand, will be refused.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed. It does not cover: o Damage due to improper installation o Subsequent damage to other components o Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation o Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse. KICKER strives to maintain a goal of one week turnaround for all electronics (amplifiers, crossovers, equalizers, etc.) returns. Delays may be incurred if lack of replacement inventory or parts is encountered. Failure to follow these steps may void your warranty. Instalación
Cableado
Desconecte la batería del vehículo para evitar un cortocircuito eléctrico. Conecte el cable negro a tierra del KPB a un área metálica sólida, sin pintura ni corrosión, al chasis del vehículo o a la terminal negativa de la batería. Conecte el cable de potencia rojo del KPB a la terminal positiva de la batería. El cable de alimentación incluye un fusible de línea ATC de 15A (KPB1) o un fusible ATC de 30A (KPB2), y terminales de anillo de 5/16". Las terminales de anillo pueden aislarse si no son necesarias, pero el fusible siempre debe mantenerse a 18" de la batería como máximo.

Montaje
La serie KPB se instala fácilmente a las barras redondas con las abrazaderas de barra incluidas de 1.5", 1.75" y 2" de diámetro. Configuración de la fuente de entrada
Pulse brevemente el botón SOURCE (FUENTE) para cambiar entre las fuentes Bluetooth (azul) y la AUX IN (rojo).
Para ingresar al Modo de sincronización de Bluetooth, presione de forma prolongada el botón SOURCE (FUENTE) mientras se encuentre en modo Bluetooth. El STATUS LED (LED DE ESTADO) comenzará a parpadear en azul. Puede salir del modo de sincronización presionando brevemente el botón SOURCE (FUENTE).
Para terminar la sincronización, en su dispositivo de audio elige entre "KPB1 KICKER" o "KPB2 KICKER". Cuando se conecte exitosamente, el STATUS LED (LED DE ESTADO) se mostrará en azul continuo. Cuando el PowerBar se conecte o ingrese al modo Bluetooth, automáticamente comenzará a buscar y se conectará con el último dispositivo conectado.
Salida de línea y AUX IN
Para utilizar un dispositivo de audio externo como su fuente de entrada, conéctelo al conector AUX IN un cable AUX de 1/8" (3.5 mm), después establezca su fuente de entrada a AUX IN.
Para enviar una señal de salida de línea, conecte un cable AUX de 1/8" (3.5 mm) de la salida de línea del KPB a la entra de nivel de línea de su dispositivo de audio externo.

Modo de transmisión
El modo de transmisión le permite reproducir su audio a través de múltiples KPB. Un KPB, el Transmisor, transmitirá el audio al o los receptores. El modo de transmisión es compatible tanto con las fuentes de entrada AUX como Bluetooth. Puede ingresar al Modo de transmisión con la siguiente secuencia de botones.
1. Establezca la fuente de entrada de audio con el Transmisor KPB.
2. Pulse y sostenga el botón PLAY/PAUSE (reproducción/ pausa) y el botón para subir el volumen en el KPB que está transmitiendo. EL LED de estado comenzará a parpadear de forma alternada en azul y rojo.
3. Presione y sostenga el botón PLAY/PAUSE (reproducción/ pausa) y el botón para bajar el volumen en el KPB que está recibiendo.
4. ¡Repita el paso 3 para todos los KPB adicionales!

Instalación de control remoto
El control remoto debe cargarse a través de la entrada de alimentación micro USB de 5V. Cargue por completo el control remoto por al menos tres horas antes de usarlo por primera vez para maximizar la vida de la batería. El LED estará rojo durante la carga, y se apagará cuando haya terminado de cargar. El control remoto del KPB solo es resistente al agua cuando está colocada la tapa trasera.
Retire la cubierta trasera del puerto de carga del control remoto.

Instale el control remoto incluido en su volante de la siguiente manera:
1. Extraiga ligeramente la pestaña de montaje en la parte trasera del control remoto del KPB y deslice el control remoto en la correa como se muestra a continuación, presionando firmemente hasta que escuche un chasquido. El control remoto puede ser retirado del sujetador y la correa de montaje mediante un ligero movimiento giratorio.

Resolución de problemas
Si el KPB se congela o atasca durante el cálculo de algoritmos, no funciona o produce un código de error, compruebe primero las cosas obvias tales como fusibles fundidos, conexión de cableado mala o incorrecta, configuración incorrecta del control de ganancias, etc.
¿Sin energía? Con un medidor de voltaje en ohmios (VOM) compruebe lo siguiente: el terminal de energía de voltaje +12 (debe leer +12 V a +16 V) Verifique la polaridad invertida y las conexiones a tierra. Conecte el terminal a tierra para una conductividad adecuada. Revise los fusibles.
¿Con energía pero sin señal? Verifique lo siguiente: conexiones y cables AUX In/ Out. Pruebe la señal de la fuente de audio, ya sea mediante un dispositivo de salida u otro medio "que funcione bien". El volumen de la fuente de audio y el volumen de salida del KPB se incrementan.
¿El dispositivo Bluetooth no se conecta? En su dispositivo móvil: Desactive la función Bluetooth y luego actívela otra vez. Elimine `KPB1/2 KICKER' del menú de Bluetooth. Luego sincronícelo otra vez (ver página 10). Acerque más su dispositivo móvil al altavoz. Evite los obstáculos que puedan bloquear la señal inalámbrica. Realice un restablecimiento de fábrica pulsando y sosteniendo el botón PLAY/ PAUSE (reproducción/pausa) por 10 segundos (los dispositivos Bluetooth deben ser sincronizados nuevamente después de restablecer la configuración de fábrica).
¿Sin salida o con salida baja? Revise los ajustes en la fuente de audio. Revise el cableado del altavoz, incluyendo la entrada AUX y las conexiones de nivel de línea.
¿El KBP está congelado o bloqueado en el procedimiento de operación? Restablezca la configuración de fábrica en el KPB. Apague y encienda la energía
¿El modo de transmisión no se activa? Siga las instrucciones de la página 11 para ingresar al Modo de transmisión. Restablezca la configuración de fábrica en todos los KPB de transmisión y recepción.
¿No funciona el control remoto? Cargue por al menos tres horas con un cable USB de 5V que funcione bien. Presione dos veces el botón FUENTE para enlazar.

Installation
Câblage
Débranchez la batterie du véhicule afin d'éviter tout courtcircuit. Connectez le câble noir de mise à la terre du KPB au châssis du véhicule en choisissant une partie en métal plein ne présentant aucune trace de peinture et de corrosion, ou à la borne négative de la batterie. Connectez le câble d'alimentation rouge du KPB à la borne de batterie positive. Le faisceau de câblage inclut un fusible en ligne 15A ATC (KPB1) ou un fusible 30A ATC (KPB2), et des bornes à anneaux de 5/16". Les bornes à anneaux peuvent être coupées si elles ne sont pas nécessaires, mais le fusible doit toujours être maintenu à moins de 18" de la batterie.
Gardez le câble du signal audio à distance du faisceau de câblage en usine et des autres câbles d'alimentation. Si vous avez besoin de couper ce câblage, faites-le à un angle de 90 degrés.

Gestion de batterie et installation de relais

Montage
Les modèles de la gamme KPB se montent dès leur déballage sur des barres rondes à l'aide des serrebarres inclus aux diamètres de 1,5", 1,75" et 2". Utilisez les dispositifs de serrage carrés du KPB - vendus séparément - pour monter votre KPB sur des barres carrées. Choisissez de monter le KPB à un emplacement ne présentant aucune faiblesse de structure. Le KPB peut être monté en dessous ou au-dessus des barres, et la base de montage peut être tournée à ±30° pour accueillir des barres courbées. Assurez-vous qu'aucun élément n'interfère avec le chemin du câblage.
Les outils d'installation ne sont pas fournis. Des clés Allen de 5 mm et 6 mm sont requises.

Réglage de la source d'entrée
Effectuez une brève pression sur le bouton SOURCE afin d'alterner entre les sources d'entrée Bluetooth (bleu) et AUX (rouge).
Pour entrer en mode d'appairage Bluetooth, appuyez de manière prolongée sur le bouton SOURCE pendant que vous êtes en mode Bluetooth. Le voyant d'état commencera à émettre un clignotement de lumière bleue. Vous pouvez maintenant quitter le mode d'appairage en appuyant brièvement sur le bouton SOURCE.
Pour terminer l'appairage, depuis votre appareil audio, sélectionnez « KPB1 KICKER » ou « KPB2 KICKER ». Une fois la connexion réussie, le voyant d'état sera bleu fixe. Quand le PowerBar se met sous tension en mode Bluetooth, ou passe en mode Bluetooth, il commence automatiquement à rechercher et à se connecter avec le dernier périphérique branché.

Pour utiliser un appareil audio externe comme source d'entrée, connectez-le à la prise AUX IN en utilisant un câble de 1/8" (3,5 mm) AUX, puis réglez votre source d'entrée sur AUX IN.

Mode Diffusion
Le Mode Diffusion vous permet de diffuser votre musique via plusieurs KPB. Un KPB, le diffuseur, diffusera l'audio sur le(s) récepteur(s). Le Mode Diffusion est compatible avec les sources d'entrée AUX et Bluetooth. Vous pouvez entrer en Mode Diffusion avec la séquence de boutons suivante.
1. Réglez la source d'entrée audio avec le KPB diffuseur.
2. Pressez et maintenez enfoncés les boutons LECTURE/ PAUSE et Hausse du volume sur le KPB qui émet. Le voyant d'état commencera à clignoter de manière alternée entre bleu et rouge.
3. Pressez et maintenez enfoncés les boutons LECTURE/ PAUSE et Baisse du volume sur le KPB qui reçoit.
4. Répétez l'étape 3 pour tous les KPB additionnels !

Installation de la télécommande
La télécommande doit être rechargée via l'entrée d'alimentation USB micro 5 V. Rechargez entièrement la télécommande pendant au moins 3 heures avant la première utilisation pour maximiser la durée de vie de la batterie. Le voyant sera rouge pendant le rechargement, et s'éteindra une fois le rechargement terminé. La télécommande du KPB est seulement résistante à l'eau lorsque le couvercle arrière est en place.

Installez la télécommande incluse sur votre volant comme suit :
1. Sortez légèrement l'attache de montage à l'arrière de la télécommande du KPB et faites glisser la télécommande sur la sangle comme illustré ci-dessous, en appuyant fermement jusqu'à sentir un clic. La télécommande peut être retirée de la sangle et du clip de montage par un léger mouvement de torsion.
2. Placez le KPB sur le volant face à l'utilisateur dans la position où il sera le plus utilisé. La télécommande peut être fixée à la sangle de montage dans 4 configurations différentes.
3. Avec le loquet face à l'avant de la télécommande, placez les deux bras de la télécommande autour du volant.
4. Tirez le loquet sur l'emplacement ouvert du bras adjacent.

Dépannage
Si le KPB se bloque ou cesse de répondre lors du calcul algorithmique, semble inopérant ou émet un message d'erreur, vérifiez d'abord des points évidents tels que les fusibles fondus, les connexions de câblage lâches ou incorrectes, le réglage incorrect des commandes de gain, etc.
Pas d'alimentation ? Avec un multimètre, contrôlez les points suivants : +12 volts (doit donner +12 V à +16 V) Vérifiez que les connexions d'alimentation et de masse ne sont pas inversées La bonne connexion de la borne de masse. Vérifiez les fusibles.
Alimentation activée et aucun signal ? Vérifiez les points suivants : Câbles et connexions à l'entrée/sortie AUX Testez le signal de la source audio avec un périphérique de sortie « réputé bon » ou un autre moyen. Le volume de la source audio et le volume de sortie du KPB sont augmentés.
La connexion avec le périphérique Bluetooth échoue ? Sur votre appareil
mobile : désactivez la fonction Bluetooth, puis réactivez-la. Supprimez « KPB1/2 KICKER » du menu Bluetooth. Puis appairez de nouveau (voir page 10). Rapprochez votre appareil mobile du haut-parleur. Évitez les obstacles qui pourraient bloquer le signal
sans fil. Effectuez une réinitialisation aux paramètres d'usine en pressant et maintenant enfoncé le bouton LECTURE/PAUSE pendant 10 secondes (les appareils Bluetooth doivent être ré-appairés après la réinitialisation aux paramètres d'usine).
Sortie faible ou inexistante ? Vérifiez les réglages de la source audio. Vérifiez le câblage du haut-parleur, y compris les raccordements concernant le niveau de ligne et
l'entrée AUX.
KPB bloqué ou inopérant en plein réglage ? Effectuez une réinitialisation aux
paramètres d'usine sur le KPB Mettez l'appareil hors tension, puis de nouveau sous tension
Le Mode Diffusion ne s'engage pas ? Suivez les instructions pour entrer en mode Mode Diffusion (page 11). Effectuez une réinitialisation aux paramètres d'usine sur tous les KBP qui émettent et reçoivent.
La télécommande ne fonctionne pas ? Rechargez-la pendant au moins 3 heures avec un câble USB 5 V réputé bon Appuyez deux fois sur le bouton SOURCE pour effectuer la liaison.
ATTENTION : lors d'un démarrage du véhicule avec des câbles de démarrage, veillez à ce que les connexions réalisées avec ces câbles soient correctes. Des connexions incorrectes peuvent faire fondre les fusibles de l'amplificateur et provoquer des défaillances d'autres systèmes critiques du véhicule.

Installation
Verkabelung
Klemmen Sie die Fahrzeugbatterie ab, um einen Kurzschluss zu verhindern. Schließen Sie das schwarze Massekabel der KPB an einen lack- und korrosionsfreien, massiven Metallbereich des Fahrzeugchassis oder an den Minuspol der Batterie an. Schließen Sie das rote Stromkabel der KPB an den positiven Batteriepol an. Der Kabelbaum enthält eine Inline 15 A ATCSicherung (KPB1) oder 30 A ATC-Sicherung (KPB2) sowie 5/16"-Ringklemmen. Die Ringklemmen können abgetrennt werden, wenn sie nicht benötigt werden, aber die Sicherung sollte immer innerhalb eines Abstands von 45 cm von der Batterie gehalten werden.
Achten Sie darauf, dass das Audiosignalkabel nicht mit den werkseitigen Kabelbäumen und anderen Stromkabeln in Kontakt kommt. Wenn Sie diese Verdrahtung überkreuzen müssen, so nehmen Sie dies bitte in einem 90°-Winkel vor.

Montage
Die KPB-Serie lässt sich mit den mitgelieferten Halteklammern mit 1,5", 1,75" und 2" Durchmesser sofort an Rundstangen montieren. Verwenden Sie die separat erhältlichen rechtwinkligen KPB-Klemmen, um Ihre KPB an Vierkantstäben zu befestigen. Wählen Sie eine strukturell stabile Stelle aus, um die KPB zu montieren. Die KPB kann unter oder über Stangen montiert werden, und der Montagesockel kann um ±30° gedreht werden, um einige gebogene Stangen aufzunehmen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine störenden Elemente im Verlauf der Kabelführung befinden.

Einstellung der Eingangsquelle
Drücken Sie kurz die SOURCE-Taste, um zwischen den Eingangsquellen Bluetooth (blau) und AUX IN (rot) zu wechseln.
Um den Bluetooth-Pairing-Modus aufzurufen, halten Sie die SOURCE-Taste im Bluetooth-Modus lange gedrückt. Die STATUS-LED beginnt blau zu blinken. Sie können den Pairing-Modus in diesem Stadium durch kurzes Drücken der SOURCE-Taste verlassen.
Um die Kopplung (Pairing) abzuschließen, wählen Sie auf Ihrem Audiogerät entweder ,,KPB1 KICKER" oder ,,KPB2 KICKER". Wenn die Verbindung erfolgreich hergestellt wurde, leuchtet die STATUS-LED dauerhaft blau. Wenn die PowerBar im Bluetooth-Modus eingeschaltet wird oder in den BluetoothModus wechselt, beginnt sie automatisch mit der Suche nach dem zuletzt verbundenen Gerät und stellt eine Verbindung zu diesem her.

Broadcast-Modus
Im Broadcast-Modus können Sie Ihr Audio über mehrere KPBs wiedergeben. Eine KPB, der Broadcaster, sendet den Ton an den/die Receiver. Der Broadcast-Modus ist sowohl mit AUX- als auch mit Bluetooth-Eingangsquellen kompatibel. Sie können den Broadcast-Modus mit der folgenden Tastenfolge aufrufen.
1. Stellen Sie die Audio-Eingangsquelle mit dem Broadcaster KPB ein.
2. Halten Sie die Taste PLAY/PAUSE und die Taste Lautstärke + an der KPB, die gerade sendet, gedrückt. Die Status-LED beginnt abwechselnd blau und rot zu blinken.
3. Halten Sie die Taste PLAY/PAUSE und die Taste Lautstärke an der KPB, die empfängt, gedrückt.
4. Wiederholen Sie Schritt 3 für alle weiteren KPBs!

Installation der Fernbedienung
Die Fernbedienung muss über einen USB-Micro5-V-Stromeingang geladen werden. Laden Sie die Fernbedienung vor der ersten Verwendung mindestens 3 Stunden lang vollständig auf, um die Lebensdauer der Batterie zu maximieren. Die LED leuchtet während des Ladevorgangs rot und erlischt, wenn der Ladevorgang abgeschlossen ist. Die KPB-Fernbedienung ist nur wasserbeständig, wenn die hintere Kappe aufgesetzt ist.

Montieren Sie die mitgelieferte Fernbedienung wie folgt an Ihrem Lenkrad:
1. Ziehen Sie die Befestigungslasche auf der Rückseite der KPB-Fernbedienung leicht heraus und schieben Sie die Fernbedienung wie unten gezeigt auf den Träger, indem Sie sie fest drücken, bis Sie ein Klicken vernehmen. Die Fernbedienung kann durch eine leichte Drehbewegung von der Befestigungsklammer und dem Träger entfernt werden.
2. Positionieren Sie die Fernbedienung in der gewünschten Position am Lenkrad. Die Fernbedienung kann in 4 verschiedenen Konfigurationen am Träger eingeklinkt werden.
3. Legen Sie die zwei Arme der Fernbedienung mit dem Verschluss zur Vorderseite der Fernbedienung um das Lenkrad.

Fehlerbehebung
Wenn die KPB während der algorithmischen Berechnung einfriert oder steckenbleibt, nicht zu funktionieren scheint oder einen Fehlercode anzeigt, überprüfen Sie zuerst die offensichtlichen Problemursachen wie durchgebrannte Sicherungen, schlechte oder falsche Kabelverbindungen, falsche Einstellung von Verstärkungssteuerungen usw.
Kein Strom? Überprüfen Sie Folgendes mit einem Volt-Ohm-Messgerät (VOM):
+12 Volt Stromanschluss (sollte +12 V bis +16 V anzeigen). Auf Rückstrom und Masseanschlüsse prüfen Erdungsklemme auf korrekte Leitfähigkeit prüfen. Sicherungen überprüfen.
Eingeschaltet, aber kein Signal. Prüfen Sie Folgendes: AUX-Eingang/AusgangAnschlüsse und Kabel. Testen Sie das Audioquellensignal, entweder mit einem bewährten Ausgabegerät oder auf andere Weise. Die Lautstärke der Audioquelle und die KPB-Ausgangslautstärke werden erhöht.

Keine oder geringe Leistung. Überprüfen Sie die Einstellungen an der Audioquelle. Überprüfen Sie die Verkabelung der Lautsprecher, einschließlich der AUX-Eingangsund Leitungspegel-Anschlüsse.
KPB eingefroren oder im Betriebsablauf stecken geblieben. Setzen Sie die KPB auf die Hersteller-Einstellungen zurück. Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und wieder ein.

ACHTUNG: Achten Sie bei der Starthilfe darauf, dass die mit Starthilfekabeln hergestellten Verbindungen korrekt sind. Bei einem falschen Anschluss können die Sicherungen durchbrennen oder andere wichtige Fahrzeugsysteme beschädigt werden.
