Samsung Iyzico Cash Back Campaign Terms and Conditions

Campaign Overview

Samsung Electronics Istanbul Pazarlama ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Samsung") is organizing the Iyzico Cash Back Campaign ("Campaign"). These terms and conditions, along with any future announcements or information provided by Samsung, govern participation and benefits of this Campaign. Participants agree to have read and accepted these terms.

Applicable Sales Channel

The Campaign is valid on the Samsung Online Store (shop.samsung.com/tr/multistore/trepp/tr_egitim) and the Shop Samsung Mobile Application.

Campaign Period and Included Products

The Campaign runs from August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025. It includes Samsung products imported by Samsung, offered for sale at participating Samsung retail points, and currently in stock, as listed below. Products are subject to stock availability.

Campaign Scope and Application

Students, public sector employees, and participants of corporate special discount programs are eligible to benefit from this campaign.

To be eligible, participants must first meet the terms of the Samsung Education Discount Program available at www.samsung.com/tr/offer/student-discounts/.

Participants must complete the membership requirements for the Education Discount Program and create an account on the website. The account creation process involves the following steps:

1. Log in with your Samsung Account or create a new one.
2. During registration, students will be asked to provide a "Student Certificate," education personnel a "Proof of Employment Certificate," or a "Faculty Member Certificate." These documents can be accessed via e-Devlet.
3. Enter your 11-digit Turkish ID number (TCKN) and the barcode from the document obtained from e-Devlet.
4. Access the store and continue to benefit from the Education Discount Program advantages.

After joining the Education Discount Program, if participants purchase one of the listed products within this Campaign using the "Iyzico Wallet" payment option, 5% of the product price will be refunded to the participant's Iyzico Wallet account.

Participants may need to open a separate account via Iyzico Wallet to benefit from this 5% refund option.

The refund amount will be transferred to the participant's Iyzico Wallet account within 5 days after the purchased product starts being used (i.e., after receiving the FOTA signal).

General Conditions

• The Campaign is valid only within Turkey and cannot be combined with other campaigns.
• Only individuals whose names appear on the invoice can participate. Each person can benefit from the Campaign for a maximum of one product. Duplicate applications will be rejected. Customers purchasing with a corporate invoice can only win one usage opportunity, regardless of the total number of products purchased on the invoice.
• The Campaign may be postponed, suspended, or modified due to logistical, technical, administrative approval delays, and force majeure events. Samsung will announce any necessary notifications on its website.
• Samsung reserves the right to change the Campaign terms. Samsung reserves the right to cancel the participation rights of individuals identified as acting in bad faith, or engaging in fraud or deception.
• Participants are not entitled to claim the monetary value of the discount/exchange/benefit defined within the scope of the Campaign. Returns for products purchased through this Campaign will not be accepted. Consumer rights under the Law on the Protection of Consumers are reserved. If the purchased product is returned, the User will forfeit the rights gained through this Campaign.
• Recommended retail prices may vary. Sales channels are solely responsible for determining the final retail prices of the products, and Samsung has no intervention in this matter.

Participants are solely responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided or issues arising from the consumer.

Participants are informed that by participating in the Campaign, their information is obtained/collected in accordance with Samsung's Privacy Policy and Aydınlatma Metni (www.samsung.com/tr/info/privacy/), recorded, and shared with third parties for the purpose of providing the relevant benefits.
