Intended Use
This product is a power supply for effect devices. Any other use or use outside the specified technical data and operating conditions is considered improper use. Liability for damage and third-party damage due to inappropriate use is excluded.
Not Suitable For
- Persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory, or mental abilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
- Children (must be instructed not to play with the device).

CAUTION! Risk of damage due to reverse polarity!
Ensure the polarity of the DC input of the effect device matches the polarity of the power supply outputs (barrel positive, center negative). Connecting an effect unit with reversed polarity can damage the device.
CAUTION! Risk of damage due to overvoltage!
Ensure the output voltage of the power supply matches the input voltage required by the effect device. Overvoltage can damage effect devices.
CAUTION! Risk of damage due to DC voltage at the AC voltage input!
Do not connect an effect unit requiring AC voltage to this power supply. This could damage the effect unit and/or the power supply.
The total current requirement of all connected effect devices must not exceed 2000 mA. If this limit is exceeded, a protective circuit will shut down the DC outputs to prevent damage to the power supply. Normal operation resumes automatically after approximately 2 seconds once the overload is removed.
Notes
Some effect devices operate optimally with higher voltages (9-18V) for increased dynamics and headroom. Consult your effect device's manual to avoid damage.
This device is intended for use in dry rooms only.
Introduction
The Palmer PWT08MK2 is a power supply unit featuring 8 isolated DC voltage outputs for effect devices. Outputs 7 and 8 offer continuously adjustable voltage from 6V to 18V. All DC outputs have the positive pole on the outside and the negative pole in the center.

Connections, Operating, and Display Elements

POWER INPUT
Orange-colored low-voltage socket for powering the device. Use only the original power adapter (included). The indicator LED lights up when the device receives the correct voltage.

DC OUTPUTS 1-6
Six isolated 9V DC outputs, each with up to 300 mA output current. Each output has a status LED. The LED is off when no cable is connected. It lights up green for correct function and red for faults (e.g., short circuit, overcurrent, incorrect polarity). The output is usable again after the fault is rectified.

DC OUTPUTS 7 AND 8
Two isolated DC voltage outputs with potentiometers for adjustable output voltage (6V to 18V) and up to 500 mA current each. Always set the required voltage BEFORE connecting an effect device. Each output has a status LED, functioning similarly to outputs 1-6 (off when no cable, green for OK, red for fault). The output is usable again after the fault is rectified.

MOUNTING HOLES
The power supply housing includes mounting holes on the base plate for secure attachment to pedalboards or similar setups, e.g., using cable ties.
