Diagram Overview
The diagram illustrates the Phocos ECO-N-T charge controller and its connections. The controller features indicator LEDs for Charge, SOC (State of Charge), and Load Status. It has terminals for PV input, Battery, and Load, typically marked with positive (+) and negative (-) terminals.
Connection Points:
- PV Modules: Connected to terminals 3 (+) and 4 (-). Represented by a [solar panel] icon.
- Battery: Connected to terminals 1 (+) and 2 (-). Represented by a [battery] icon.
- Load: Connected to terminals 5 (+) and 6 (-). Represented by a [light bulb] icon.
Fuse Recommendation: Phocos strongly recommends installing an inline fuse as close to the battery terminal as possible. Use a 15A fuse for 10A charging or a 30A fuse for 20A charging.
Connection Steps:
- Connect the battery to the charge controller - Positive (+) & Negative (-).
- Connect the PV modules to the charge controller - Positive (+) & Negative (-).
- Connect the load to the charge controller - Positive (+) & Negative (-).
