support plate and the sides of the cabinets are on the same plane. Step 1: Assemble front and rear sealing plates that are as wide as the cabinet.

Splice the bottom sealing plate for the 600 mm or 800 mm wide cabinet based on the site requirements.
Step 2: Secure the front and rear sealing plates to the cabinet.
Step 3: Place the side with dents upwards, and snap the side sealing plate
into the front and rear sealing plates.

NOTE
Put the posts and door head horizontally on the floor and assemble them. After the assembly is complete, verify that the posts are flush with the door head.
Step 1: Remove the maintenance panels from both sides of the posts. Step 2: Secure the posts to the door head. Step 3: Secure the posts to the skylight connective plate. Step 4: Secure the bottom of the posts to the cabinets.
Step 5: Measure the dimensions of positions A and B. The dimensions should be 1250 mm+5 mm. Step 6: Install rubber plugs.
Step 7: Reinstall the maintenance panels on both sides of the posts.

Adjusting the Magnetic Lock Gap
If the magnetic lock fails to attract the magnet after being installed on a sliding door,
you can adjust the magnetic lock by either of the following methods:
M6
Method 1:
Loosen the two M6 screws on the fixing corner pieces of the magnet. Then move the fixing corner piece assembly horizontally until the magnet closely attaches to the magnetic lock.
Method 2:
Loosen the two screws that secure the magnetic lock. Then insert a washer between the magnetic lock and the sheet metal fastener until the magnet closely attaches to the magnetic lock.

Step 1: Install the door box hanging kit on the cabinet. Step 2: Mount the door box on the door box hanging kit. Step 3: Rotate the buckle on the door box hanging kit counterclockwise
by 90 degrees and clamp it to the door box.
1 Step 1: Secure the magnets on the left and right sides to the fasteners respectively.

Step 2: Remove the magnetic lock accessory and save the two removed screws for later use.
32 Step 3: Secure the two magnetic locks to the magnetic lock fasteners using screws.

1 Step 1: Secure the external door frame to the internal door frame.
PADPAD (Optional) If the feet in the lower part of the PAD mounting bracket are not as wide as the PAD, adjust the feet.

PAD Remove the baffle plate from the installation position and secure the PAD mounting bracket.
Remove the baffle plate from the installation position and secure the baffle plate with the cable hole in the lower part.

Step 1: Lay out the cables of monitoring components on the PAD mounting kit.
Step 2: Install the PAD mounting kit on the door box and secure it.
Step 3: Tighten two M3 captive screws to secure the baffle plate to the hanging kit. Step 4: Route the PAD power cable to the cable hole in the PAD mounting support
and connect the cable to the PAD. Step 5: Adjust the feet on the top of the PAD mounting support and clamp the PAD
to the PAD mounting support.

Step 6: Install the access control device. a: Remove the screws (set aside) from the access control device and take off the baseplate. b: Secure the baseplate to the baffle plate. c: Route the cable of the access control device through the cable hole in the baffle plate. d: Secure the access control device to the baseplate.
