Cisco Spaces: Smart Workspaces App
The Cisco Spaces: Cisco Smart Workspaces app provides applications such as Space Manager and Space Experience. These are designed for wired, wireless, and WebEx deployments to create a hybrid-work-ready environment. The applications enhance and deliver seamless digital experiences for employees and visitors by offering metrics like occupancy, air quality, and meeting room capacity and availability.
The Space Manager app offers a view of real-time occupancy and environment updates, including humidity, air quality, and noise levels, across buildings, floors, and meeting rooms. The Space Experience app facilitates signage management through Cisco Spaces.

Working with Cisco Spaces: Smart Workspaces
To support Cisco Smart Workspaces, two new applications are available under the ACT license:
- Space Manager: This application allows configuration of various devices, sensors, and workspaces. It provides access to real-time occupancy data and environment telemetry (heat map, indoor air quality, temperature, humidity, and noise levels) displayed on detailed maps for specific buildings, floors, or meeting rooms. Within the Devices section, users can view configured devices and their telemetry details on rich maps. The Workspace Management section displays configured meeting rooms or workspaces and enables users to view, add, or remove devices and sensors from selected workspaces.
- Space Experience: This application is used for the following:
- Creating and managing signage for Cisco Smart Workspaces.
- Onboarding new signage for Cisco Webex devices or non-Webex devices.
- Configuring telemetry parameters and publishing signage.
Configuration updates are automatically notified to the corresponding signage devices.
