This figure illustrates the quantifiable concentration ranges for various Qubit assays compared to UV absorbance measurements. A key finding is that UV absorbance readings lack selectivity for RNA versus DNA. The Qubit assays, however, are designed for specific targets. The chart displays logarithmic scales for quantifiable ranges (µg/mL) from 0.01 to 100,000. Specific Qubit assay ranges are shown for DNA HS, DNA BR, ssDNA, miRNA, RNA XR, RNA BR, and RNA HS. The general UV range is also indicated.
