FUNCTIONS Power off · Long press the exercise button when in the main menu and select `Power Off'. · Go to Settings > Power off. Power on Press the crown to power the watch on. Watch functions Sport · Press the exercise button to view the sports menu. · Press play to start recording the time, distance, calories and heart rate for the sport. Voice assistant Tap to wake up the voice assistant and say your request. Note: The watch must be connected to the APP on a phone with Bluetooth 3.0 at the same time. Activity · Track daily calories, distance and steps. · Set daily goals in the app. The watch will notify you when you have reached your goal. · Goals can be changed on the watch. Blood oxygen Place the watch on your wrist to measure your real-time blood oxygen value. The best place to wear it is just above your wrist joint. Alarm Add, customise and delete alarms. Phone · View call history and make calls. · Add contacts on the app and view them on the watch. Notifications · Receive notifications from SMS, QQ, WeChat, and more. Note: Notifications are unavailable on iOS12 and below. Breathing training Set the time and breathing rhythm and tap play to begin. Heart rate · Place the watch on your wrist to measure your real-time heart rate. The best place to wear it is just above your wrist joint. · View your current and previous heart rate, resting heart rate and average heart rate. Sleep · Sleep tracking measures your sleep duration and quality. · View your deep sleep and light sleep duration for a day, week or month on the app. Stopwatch Start and end the stopwatch. Music Control the following functions of your phone's music player: · Play/pause · Next/previous track · Increase/decrease volume Calculator Perform numeric calculations. Settings Includes dial switch, brightness adjustment, language settings, password lock and other functions. Weather View the current weather temperature when the watch is connected to the app. Calendar View the calendar. APP CONNECTIVITY Download the CO FIT app Download the CO FIT app from the iOS App Store or the Google Play store, or by scanning the QR code below. The CO-FIT app supports iOS 11.0 and Android 5.0 and above. Pairing 1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. 2. Open the CO FIT app and register or log in. 3. Go to Device à Add new device. 4. Select `Active 3 Pro'. On iOS devices, tap Pair. 5. A green tick will appear on the watch when it is paired with the app. Notes: · The watch can only be paired with one device and will not appear in the devices list if it is already paired. · Unpair the watch from the CO FIT app by going to Device and tapping Unpair. Bluetooth 3.0 Connection Mode iPhone: supports Bluetooth 5.0+3.0 dual Bluetooth one-button link (follow the system prompt box when pairing). Android: System will pop up Bluetooth pairing request. Check the prompt permission settings and click "pairing" to complete Bluetooth 5.0+3.0 pairing. If the system does not pop up a Bluetooth pairing request, you will need to click "unbind" in the "call service pairing option" in the Bluetooth pairing prompt settings, and then follow the prompts to complete the Bluetooth pairing. After the initial pairing, subsequent connections will create a memory link for Bluetooth 3.0 on the watch, allowing for a seamless one-button connection. If the watch and your mobile phone don't automatically connect, initiate a manual search on your mobile device. Search for the Bluetooth device named "Active 3 Pro" and select it to establish the connection. Sync data · Open the app to synchronise data between the app and the watch, including calories, heart rate and sleep. Note: App interface may continue to change with future updates and may differ on different phone operating systems. · Swipe down on the status screen to refresh and synchronise data on the app. · Go to Me > Settings and enable `Auto data sync' to automatically synchronise data from the watch to the app. Note: Enabling auto data sync will increase power consumption. Personalise preferences · Go to `Me' to: o Set a daily activity goal. o Enable `Apple Health' in `Settings' to sync data with Apple Health. · Personalise other preferences in `Device', including: o Watch Face Gallery (go to `Custom' to add a photo from your phone library to your watch face) o Notifications (select which apps you want to receive notifications from on your watch) o Vibrations o Backlight o Sedentary Reminder Camera Take a photo on the watch by going to Device à Camera on the app. TROUBLESHOOTING Issue Short battery life. Data isn't synchronising from the watch to the app. Notifications aren't appearing on the watch. Possible Cause Brightness is too high. Poor Bluetooth connection. · Notifications are not enabled on your smartphone. · Phone may be in "Do not disturb" mode. Solution Decrease the brightness to preserve battery life. Keep Bluetooth open on your smartphone and reboot the watch by going to Settings > Reboot. · Enable notifications for the CO FIT app on your smartphone. · Disable "Do not disturb" mode.
