How to Claim Your Cashback
Follow these steps to receive your refund:
- PURCHASE: Buy your manual espresso machine and/or coffee grinder from the eligible De'Longhi product lists between November 15, 2024, and January 1, 2025. This offer is valid only for new, eligible products.
- REGISTER: Visit www.mesoffresdelonghi.fr between November 15, 2024, and January 8, 2025. Select offer 51403 and complete the online registration form.
- SUBMIT DOCUMENTS: You will need to upload a scan or photo of the following:
- Your invoice(s) (if products were purchased separately, declare all purchases at once).
- Cut-out barcodes from the product packaging (the cut must be visible).
- The product serial number (unique code), found on the underside of the product.
- VALIDATE: Confirm your participation on the website.
Submission Confirmation: If your submission meets all offer conditions, your cashback will be processed within approximately 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of your compliant submission.
Important Information
This offer cannot be combined with other ongoing De'Longhi promotions. Personal data will be processed by Qwamplify on behalf of De'Longhi France for promotional management, in compliance with GDPR 2018. Data will be retained for the offer period plus 6 months. Data will only be used for this offer unless explicit consent is given for other purposes. Cashback will be issued within 6-8 weeks of a complete and compliant submission. The offer is valid for purchases made in Metropolitan France (including Corsica) and Monaco by individuals aged 18 or over with a SEPA bank account.
