Device Overview
IQOS ILUMA PRIME Holder
The Holder is where you insert the TEREA™ stick. It contains the heating blade.
- [LED indicator light]: Shows device status and battery level.
- [Button]: Used to start the device or check battery.
IQOS ILUMA PRIME Pocket Charger
The Pocket Charger powers the Holder and stores it between uses.
- [Status Light]: Indicates charging status and battery level of the Pocket Charger.
- [Button]: Used to check battery level or start the Holder.
- [USB-C Port]: For charging the Pocket Charger.
Getting Started
1. Charging the Pocket Charger
Connect the USB-C cable to the Pocket Charger and a power adapter. Plug into a wall outlet. The Status Light will indicate charging. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. ⚡️
2. Inserting a TEREA™ Stick
Remove the cap from the Holder. Gently insert a TEREA™ stick into the Holder until the LED indicator light is level with the top of the Holder. Do not twist the stick.
3. Starting a Session
Press the button on the Holder. The LED indicator light will pulse white, indicating it is heating up. This takes about 15 seconds. Once solid white, the device is ready. ▶️
LED Indicators
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Solid White Light | Device is ready to use or heating up. |
| Pulsing White Light | Heating up. |
| Solid Red Light | Low battery or needs charging. |
| Flashing Yellow Light | Device error or needs reset. |
Using the Device
Once the LED indicator is solid white, you can start using the device. Enjoy your session.
A session lasts approximately 6 minutes or 14 puffs. The LED indicator will pulse white and then turn off when the session is ending.
The device will automatically shut off after a session or if not used for a period.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Cleaning the Holder
Ensure the Holder is cool. Remove the TEREA™ stick. Use a dry cleaning stick to gently clean the inside of the Holder. Do not use liquids. ✔️
Cleaning the Pocket Charger
Wipe the exterior of the Pocket Charger with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the charging port is free of debris.
Troubleshooting
- Device not heating: Ensure the Holder is charged. Check LED indicators. Try resetting the device.
- No LED lights: Charge the Pocket Charger. Ensure the Holder is properly seated.
- TEREA™ stick stuck: Do not force it. Try gently wiggling the stick. Ensure the Holder is cool.
