Operating Instructions

1. Product Parameters: Refer to Table 1 and Table 2.

2. Operating Instructions:

1. Remove Insulating Film: Before first use, remove the insulating film from the battery. (See Figure 1)

2. Charging: Connect the flashlight to a power source using the USB-C cable. The battery level indicators will show the charging status. They will all be lit when fully charged. (See Figure 2)

3. Lockout: After turning off the flashlight, it will automatically lock if no operation is performed within 10 seconds after the indicators turn off. In lockout mode, pressing the side switch will display the remaining battery level. (See Figure 3)

4. Unlock: To unlock, rotate the switch more than 90° in any direction, or press and hold the button for about 1 second until the flashlight enters Moonlight mode. After unlocking, the brightness and battery level indicators will show the memorized brightness level and remaining battery level. (See Figure 4)

3. While Unlocked:

1. ON/OFF: Press the switch to turn the flashlight on or off. When turned on, it returns to the memorized brightness level. (High mode and above brightness are memorized as High mode. Medium mode and above brightness levels are automatically stored as the memorized mode after being turned off, and after one minute it will be memorized as Medium mode. Brightness levels lower than Medium mode are automatically stored as the memorized mode after being turned off.) (See Figure 5)

2. Moonlight Mode: While off, press and hold the switch for 1 second to enter Moonlight mode (low light). (See Figure 6)

3. Turbo Mode: Quickly double-press the switch to enter Turbo mode (maximum brightness). Double-press again to return to the memorized mode. (See Figure 7)

4. Strobe Mode: Quickly press the switch three times or more to enter Strobe mode. Press or press and hold to exit the mode. (See Figure 8)

5. Change Brightness Level: While on, press and hold the switch to cycle through Low, Medium, High, and Low modes. The mode is selected when the switch is released. (Moonlight and Turbo are not in this automatic cycle.) (See Figure 9)

6. Stepless Increasing and Decreasing:
   • While off: Rotate the switch clockwise to ramp up the memorized brightness level to the highest (High mode). Rotate counter-clockwise to decrease brightness until Moonlight mode is reached. The brightness controller grid will flash to notify when the highest or lowest setting is reached. (See Figure 10-1)
   • While on: Rotate the switch clockwise to ramp up brightness to the highest (Turbo mode). Rotate counter-clockwise to decrease brightness until Moonlight mode is reached. The brightness controller grid will flash to notify when the highest or lowest setting is reached. (See Figure 10-2)

7. Timer: The Seeker 4 Pro has a long (9 minutes) and short (3 minutes) timer. When the light is on, double-press and hold the switch to access timer settings. A single blink activates the short timer; two blinks activate the long timer. The light will automatically turn off when the timer expires. (See Figure 11)

4. How to Use the Holster:

• One-step Unlocking: When removing the flashlight from the holster, it unlocks automatically. The dashboard indicators display memorized brightness and battery level for 5 seconds before turning off. The flashlight can be turned on with a single press within 10 seconds after indicators turn off. (See Figure 12)
• One-step Locking: When the flashlight is off, it locks automatically when placed back into the holster. (See Figure 12)

5. How to Use the Fixing Bracket:

• Tear off the 3M adhesive sticker on the back of the fixing bracket.
• Stick it on a flat wall or car panel.
• Hang the holster and flashlight on the bracket.
• It is recommended to wait 24 hours for the adhesive to cure properly before hanging the holster and flashlight.

6. Indicators Dashboard:

• Brightness Level Indicators: (See Figure 14-1)

CAUTION

• Do not look directly at the light source or shine it into eyes, as it may cause temporary blindness or permanent eye damage.
• Do not block the light at close range, as the emitted energy may cause objects to burn.
• Do not modify the holster port to charge non-standard flashlights, as this may cause the battery to catch fire or explode.
• Do not leave the light in a car or similar places where the temperature may exceed 60°C (140°F).
• Do not put the product in your mouth or lick it, as leakage from the charging port may cause discomfort.
• Please do not use rechargeable batteries that do not have a protective plate.
• Do not remove non-standard batteries for charging.
• Please use the standard charging cable for charging.

NOTICE

• Keep the charging port clean and dry.
• Do not disassemble the product.
• This product is not a toy for pets.
• Do not immerse the flashlight in seawater or other corrosive media, as it will damage the product.
• Do not place a hot flashlight into fabric bags or fusible plastic containers.
• Do not short-circuit the charging port with metal or conductors, as this will cause battery drain.
• In environments below 0°C (32°F), the maximum output brightness is limited to High mode.
• Active Thermal Management: The built-in thermister monitors the light's temperature in real-time and reduces output to prevent overheating.
• Keep the holster port clean; dirt may affect the automatic unlocking function.
• Keep the contact surface of the holster clean to avoid poor contact with the flashlight and functional failure.
• When the flashlight is turned on and placed into the holster: if the output is lower than 600 lumens, it remains unchanged; if the output is higher than 600 lumens, it automatically decreases to 600 lumens to prevent burning clothes when used hands-free (e.g., attached to the waist).
• When the fixing bracket is installed, wait 24 hours before hanging the holster and flashlight to ensure proper mount attachment, allowing the 3M glue to cure firmly.
• The tail switch is magnetic; any magnetized metal debris on its surface will affect its function. Clean it immediately.
• Operating time in Turbo or High mode varies with ambient temperature and heat dissipation conditions. Better heat dissipation leads to longer runtime.
• It is recommended to use a USB adapter with a power output of 10W (DC5V2A) or above. Lower output power will increase charging time.

EXCLUSION CLAUSE

Olight is not liable for damages or injuries sustained resulting from the usage of the product inconsistent with the warnings in the manual, including but not limited to using the product inconsistent with the recommended lockout mode.

WARRANTY

• Within 30 days of purchase: Contact the original seller for repair or replacement.
• Within 5 years of purchase: Contact Olight for repair or replacement.
• Battery Warranty: Olight offers a one-year warranty for all rechargeable batteries.
• Holster Warranty: One year.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, modifications, misuse, disintegration, negligence, accidents, improper maintenance, or repair by anyone other than an Authorized retailer or Olight itself.
