Assembly Tools Required (Not Included): Please be careful not to damage the hole position when using power tools. Attention: Do not damage the hole position when using electric tools.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach part 1 to part 2. Insert hardware E through the holes in part 2 and into part 1. Secure with hardware B. The diagram shows part 1 being connected perpendicularly to part 2, with hardware E passing through part 2 and into part 1, then secured by hardware B.

Step 2

Attach part 3 to part 2. Insert hardware E through the holes in part 2 and into part 3. Secure with hardware B. The diagram shows part 3 being connected perpendicularly to part 2, similar to Step 1.

Step 3

Attach part 4 to the assembly from Step 1 and 2. Insert hardware D through the holes in part 4 and into the corresponding parts (1, 2, 3). Secure with hardware D. The diagram shows part 4 connecting to the base structure, with multiple hardware D points.

Step 4

Attach part 5 to the assembly. Insert hardware D through the holes in part 5 and into the corresponding parts. Secure with hardware D. The diagram shows part 5 connecting to the structure, similar to Step 3.

Step 5

Attach part 10 to part 7. Insert hardware E through part 10 and into part 7. Secure with hardware T. The diagram shows part 10 being attached to the end of part 7.

Attach part 10 to part 8. Insert hardware E through part 10 and into part 8. Secure with hardware T. The diagram shows part 10 being attached to the end of part 8.

Step 6

Place part 9 onto the structure formed by parts 7 and 8. The diagram shows part 9 sliding into place between parts 7 and 8, with an arrow indicating direction.

Step 7

Connect parts 6, 7, 8, and 9. Insert hardware E through part 6 and into parts 7 and 8. Secure with hardware T. The diagram shows the frame being assembled, connecting the side pieces (7, 8) to the cross piece (6) using hardware E and T.

Step 8

Attach part Q to part 12. Insert hardware F through part Q and into part 12. Secure with hardware C. The diagram shows part Q being attached to the side of part 12, using hardware F and C.

Step 9

Attach part 4 to part 12. Insert hardware A through part 4 and into part 12. Secure with hardware E. The diagram shows the headboard (part 4) connecting to the side frame (part 12) using hardware A and E.

Step 10

Attach part 10 to part 12. Insert hardware A through part 10 and into part 12. Secure with hardware E. Also, attach part 10 to part 6. Insert hardware L through part 10 and into part 6. Secure with hardware C. The diagram shows the side frame (part 12) and cross piece (part 6) connecting to part 10.

Step 11

Attach part 15 to part 10. Insert hardware D through part 15 and into part 10. Secure with hardware D. The diagram shows part 15 being attached to the side of part 10.

Step 12

Attach part 14 to part 6. Insert hardware D through part 14 and into part 6. Secure with hardware C. The diagram shows part 14 being attached to the side of part 6.

Step 13

Attach part 15 to part 14. Insert hardware A through part 15 and into part 14. Secure with hardware E. Also, attach part 16 to part 14. Insert hardware L through part 16 and into part 14. Secure with hardware A. The diagram shows part 15 and 16 connecting to part 14.

Step 14

Note: Use hardware H to align with the top plane of section 16 and use hardware J to tighten as shown below. The diagram shows hardware H and J being used to attach part 16 to another component.

Step 15

Attach part 17 to part 16. Insert hardware A through part 17 and into part 16. Secure with hardware F. The diagram shows the table top (part 17) being attached to the support bar (part 16).

Step 16

Attach part 17 to part 16. Insert hardware F through part 17 and into part 16. The diagram shows part 17 being attached to part 16 using hardware F.

Step 17

Attach part 16 to part 17. Insert hardware H through part 16 and into part 17. Secure with hardware J. The diagram shows hardware H and J connecting part 16 to part 17.

Step 18

Attach part G to part 4. Insert hardware J through part G and into part 4. Secure with hardware C. The diagram shows bracket G being attached to the headboard (part 4).

Attach part G to part 8. Insert hardware J through part G and into part 8. Secure with hardware C. The diagram shows bracket G being attached to the bed frame support (part 8).

Step 19

Attach part 18 to part 4. Insert hardware M through part 18 and into part 4. The diagram shows part 18 connecting to part 4.

Attach part 18 to part 8. Insert hardware M through part 18 and into part 8. The diagram shows part 18 connecting to part 8.

Step 20

Attach the bed slats (part 77) to the bed frame. Insert hardware F through part 77 and into the frame. The diagram shows multiple slats being attached to the main bed frame.

Step 21

Attach the pull-out bed slats (part 80) to the pull-out bed frame (part 19). Insert hardware F through part 80 and into part 19. The diagram shows slats being attached to the trundle bed frame.

Step 22

Attach part O to part 19. Insert hardware N through part O and into part 19. The diagram shows brackets being attached to the trundle bed frame.

Step 23

Attach part P to part 80. Insert hardware N through part P and into part 80. The diagram shows wheels (part P) being attached to the pull-out bed slats.

Step 24

Insert the pull-out bed into the main bed frame. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion. The diagram shows the trundle bed sliding under the main bed.

Step 25

Install the wire cover (part R) into the designated hole on the table top (part 17). The diagram shows part R being inserted into a circular opening on part 17.

Step 26_1

Thread the power plug (part Z) through the hole in the front table. The diagram shows the power plug being fed through an opening.

Step 26_2

Then, thread the remaining wire through and secure the outlet end to the table top. The diagram shows the wire being routed and the outlet secured.

Completed Product

The assembly is now complete. The final diagram shows the fully assembled daybed with trundle and integrated USB power outlet.
