Step 1: Install front underframe bearing sleeve/bumper sleeve

Parts: 2x square plates, 5x sleeves, 1x cylindrical sleeve, 2x bearings, 6x M8 screws.

Step 2: Install the fender

Screw: 4x M6*16mm screws.

Step 3: Install the front wheel

Screw: 12x M5*16mm screws.

Step 4:

Installation of the rear wheel assembly.

Step 5:

Screw: 4x M8 screws.

Step 6:

Screw: 2x M6*16mm screws.

Step 7:

Handlebar assembly and installation.

Step 8:

Screw: 8x M6*35mm screws.

Step 9: Install the cargo box

Screw: 24x M6*10mm screws, 24x M6*15mm screws.

Additional Parts: Hinges, Locks.

Step 10: Secure cargo box components

Screw: 2x M6*10mm screws, 2x M6*15mm screws.

Step 11: Finalizing cargo box attachment

Screw: 2x M8*40mm screws.

Step 12:

Screw: 11x M6*10mm screws, 11x M6*15mm screws.

Step 13: Secure cargo box with straps and fasteners

Screw: 4x M6*10mm screws, 4x M6*12mm screws, 4x M4*27mm screws, 4x M4*16mm screws, 4x M4*10mm screws.

Step 14: Attach final components

Screw: 4x M6*25mm screws.

Step 15: Final Assembly Check

Your Dirwin Caravan Cargo E-Bike is now assembled.
