Assembly Guide
Step 1: Prepare the Chassis
Begin by removing the side panels, top panel, and front panel from the chassis. Side panels typically slide off after removing rear screws. The top panel usually slides or lifts off.
Step 2: Install PSU Bracket
Attach the PSU bracket (Part I) to the chassis using screws (likely Part M). This bracket is essential for mounting the power supply unit.
Step 3: Install Drive Mounts
Install the necessary brackets or cages for storage drives (SSDs and HDDs) in their designated locations within the chassis.
Step 4: Install Motherboard
If not pre-installed, insert motherboard standoffs (Part A). Position the motherboard onto the standoffs, aligning it with the rear I/O shield. Secure the motherboard using motherboard screws (Part C).
Step 5: Install Power Supply Unit (PSU)
Mount the PSU into the chassis, securing it to the PSU bracket. The MasterBox NR200 supports SFX and SFX-L form factor PSUs.
Step 6: Connect Front Panel Cables
Connect the front panel cables from the chassis to the corresponding headers on the motherboard. This includes the power button, reset button, USB 3.2 Gen 1, and 3.5mm audio/mic connectors.
Step 7: Install Graphics Card (GPU)
Install the GPU mounting bracket if required. Insert the graphics card into the primary PCIe slot on the motherboard and secure it to the chassis.
Step 8: Install Storage Drives
Mount 2.5" SSDs using screws (Part E) onto the SSD brackets (Part F). For 3.5" HDDs, use screws (Part D) to secure them into the drive bays.
Step 9: Cable Management
Route and manage all internal cables neatly using zip ties (Part B) or other provided accessories. Proper cable management improves airflow and aesthetics.
Step 10: Install Fans and Radiators
Install fans (Part L) into the chassis. The case supports various fan sizes (e.g., 120mm, 140mm) and radiator configurations (e.g., 120/140mm, 120/140/240/280mm). Optional fan grills (Part K) can be attached.
Step 11: Install Dust Filters
Place the dust filters into their designated slots to help keep the interior clean.
Step 12: Pump Mount (for Liquid Cooling)
If installing a liquid cooling system, refer to the provided dimensions (e.g., 50mm x 35mm, 64mm x 50mm) for correct pump placement.
Step 13: Connect Fan Cables
Connect fan power cables to the motherboard's fan headers. A fan cable splitter (Part J) can be used to connect multiple fans to a single header.
Step 14: Reassemble the Case
Reattach the side panels, top panel, and front panel to the chassis, securing them with screws (Part M) to complete the build.
