Safety Instructions

Read and follow the safety instructions below:

• The light bars are not waterproof. Avoid exposing them to splashes or drops of water.
• The working temperature should be between -10 to 40°C (14 to 104°F).
• The internal light source of the light bars cannot be replaced. If damaged, the light bars must be replaced.
• Do not let children install the light bars alone.
• Avoid installing the light bars near heat sources.
• External dimmers cannot be used with the light bars.
• Avoid installing the light bars near potentially dangerous sources (e.g., candles, liquid-filled objects).

Our smart sound technology can perfectly synchronize sounds emitted from video games or movies to your lights, significantly enrichening your visual experience.

Installing Your Device

1. Remove the adhesive and press the light bars' base for 10 seconds.
2. Use the screws to secure the base via the four holes on the light bars.
3. Place the light bars on both sides of the table.
4. Connect the Light Bar cable to the control box.
5. Power on the adapter and connect it to the control box.
6. Installation completed!

Caution

• Make sure the longest part of the Headphone Linking Cable is plugged into the control box, otherwise the linking cable may pull on the control box and affect its sound synchronization.
• The connection standards of the headphone linking cable may vary by region.

Pairing Your Device with the Govee Home App

What You Need:

• A Wi-Fi router supporting the 2.4GHz and 802.11b/g/n bands. 5GHz is not supported.
• Download the Govee Home app from the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices).
• Turn on the Bluetooth in your smartphone.
• Open the app, tap the “+” icon in the top right corner and search “H6047”.
• Tap the device icon and follow the onscreen instructions to complete pairing.

Troubleshooting

1. Cannot connect to the Govee Home app?
   • Ensure the device is powered on.
   • Check if Bluetooth on your smartphone is enabled or try connecting with another smartphone.
   • When connecting for the first time, ensure your smartphone is close to the device.
   • If connection errors persist, delete the connected device from "My Device" in the app. Then, reconnect to the Govee Home app following the previously provided instructions.
2. Device lost connection?
   • Ensure the device is powered on.
   • Shorten the distance between the device and the router to less than 50 inches, then reconnect.
   • If the device continues to lose connection, delete the connected device from the 'My Device' page in the app. Then, reconnect to the Govee Home app following the previously provided instructions.
3. Cannot pair or connect with Alexa or Google Assistant
   • Ensure the stability of the Wi-Fi connection.
   • Go to the “Device Settings” page and click “User Guide” to follow the instructions to pair the device again.
4. Synchronization effect for Music mode is not working properly
   • Ensure the control box is close to the music source to help the mic pick up sounds better.
   • Try switching the mic source to the smartphone.
   • Make sure your headphone is fully plugged into the control box.
5. Can multiple users control one device?
   • Each device can only be controlled by one account.
   • If multiple users want to control the same device, ensure that they are all using the same account.

Disposal Information

Environmentally friendly disposal: Old electrical appliances must not be disposed of together with the residual waste, but have to be disposed of separately. The disposal at the communal collecting point via private persons is for free. The owner of old appliances is responsible to bring the appliances to these collecting points or to similar collection points. With this little personal effort, you contribute to recycle valuable raw materials and the treatment of toxic substances.

Note: This device is for ambiance lighting only and not for illumination. It uses a non-replaceable light source. Do not connect the rope light to the supply while it is in the packing or wound onto a reel; do not use it when covered or recessed into a surface; do not open or cut the rope light.
