Not applicable to display sets, trade, corporate, or bulk purchases (3 or more of the same model in a single invoice).
Gifts must be redeemed in person at the Redemption Centre during the Redemption Period (or 2 weeks from delivery if delivery is after the Redemption Period). Delivery of gifts is not available.
If the redeemer's name differs from the invoice, an authorization letter from the customer is required. Retailers/dealers/promoters cannot redeem on behalf of customers.
Gifts are subject to availability and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
LG reserves the right to replace gifts with items of similar or other value without prior notice.
LG is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen gift redemption forms and/or gifts.

LG reserves the right to reject redemptions if:
- The promotion or redemption period stated is invalid or incorrect.
