ASUS ProArt Central Promotion 2025 Terms and Conditions

1. Legal Provisions

These rules for refunds and participation, along with the ASUS Terms of Use and ASUS Privacy Policy, form the basis of these T&C. By participating in the promotion, the customer agrees to the provisions contained herein. ASUS is authorized to change these T&C, with changes requiring appropriate notification and announcement. Participants must agree to such changes.

2. Promotion Start and Period

The promotion starts at 00:01 Central European Time (“CET”) on June 11, 2025, and ends at 23:59 CET on August 3, 2025 (“promotion period”). Products included in the promotion (see “promotional products”) must be purchased from an authorized partner (see list of distributors below) within the “promotion period” and in the “promotional area”.

All purchases from distributors located in the “promotional area” may be submitted for participation in the promotion.

The participant’s invoice/receipt must include the purchase date and a valid billing address. All products eligible for the promotion (detailed in the “promotional products” attachment) must be purchased between June 11, 2025, and August 3, 2025, via the internet or in a store within the promotional area (attachment “promotional area”).

3. Eligibility to Participate

Employees of ASUS, its subsidiaries, partners, or cooperating companies, retailers, distributors, and their employees/relatives are excluded from participating in this promotion. Corporate/commercial clients are also excluded.

Participants must be residents (have permanent residence) in a country within the “Promotional Area”. Participation in the promotion is free of charge.

4. Promotion Subject and Participation Rules

By participating in this promotion, participants can receive a cash bonus in the currency of the eligible promotional area, as specified in the attachment.

The participant must purchase an eligible “promotional product” in the “promotional area” from one of the authorized partners in the participant’s country of residence (domicile). Furthermore, they must register their participation in the promotion between 00:01 CET on June 25, 2025, and 23:59 CET on August 17, 2025, via the ASUS online form, available at: https://promotion.asus.com/pl/pl/proart-q2-2025.

The form must be completed fully and correctly, providing personal data, a questionnaire, a valid invoice from the store where the promotional products were purchased, ASUS product serial numbers, and valid, complete bank account details.

Personal data on the invoice (name, address) must match the data provided during participation registration.

Participation in the promotion requires the user to register an official ASUS VIP account. The registration form can be found here: https://account.asus.com/.

After checking and approving the application, ASUS will transfer the participant’s bonus to the bank account provided by the customer. This procedure may take up to 90 business days. If ASUS or its representatives fail to complete the transfer, ASUS is not obligated to make another attempt.

If a participant cannot receive monetary transactions due to national or international regulations or restrictions imposed by their financial service provider or ASUS’s financial service provider or its authorized representatives, this will result in immediate exclusion from the promotion. ASUS or its authorized representatives are not obliged to inform the customer. Funds will only be transferred if the participant owns the provided bank account.

Invoices must comply with local legal requirements. This promotion cannot be combined with other ASUS promotions.

5. Promotional Products

It is necessary to purchase a product included in the promotion, as listed under “promotional products”. Rented, leased, sample, or used products are excluded from this promotion. Delivery confirmations, receipts, or order confirmations from a trading platform (remember this when purchasing online) do not constitute sufficient proof of purchase.

Products that infringe in any way on the intellectual property of ASUS or its affiliates are excluded from this promotion.

Each participant is entitled to submit only one (1) qualifying product per product group (a maximum of 6 in total) during the promotion period.

OR

One (1) qualifying custom-built computer Powered by ASUS with:

• Two (2) additional ASUS monitors
• One (1) additional ASUS Wi-Fi router

Custom-built computers Powered by ASUS cannot be submitted together with other products from the following product groups: motherboards, AiO cooling units, power supply units, or computer cases. Any attempts to submit excessive products may result in the forfeiture of all related claims from the promotion.

If a participant returns their promotional product, their entry into the promotion will be rejected. Funds paid out from already processed entries will be refunded to ASUS along with a penalty fee of €75.00. Furthermore, ASUS will take legal action against fraudulent activities or attempts at fraud.

The participant must purchase the product from a seller located in their country of residence/domicile.

6. Promotion Participation Execution

Upon submitting the entry, the participant will receive an email confirmation. The approval process may take up to 20 business days. If the procedure is successfully completed, the participant will receive their bonus payment within 90 business days.

In case of missing or invalid proof of purchase, the customer will be notified via email to the address provided during the online registration process. The customer will then have seven (7) days to submit valid proof of purchase. If the promotion organizer does not receive the aforementioned documents within 7 days, the participant’s application will be rejected. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically check all their mailboxes, including the SPAM folder, to ensure proper receipt of all communications.

If the participant does not receive the “cashback” within 90 business days after registration, they must contact the support team at: support@asus-promotion.com to initiate a status check of their entry.

The customer can check the status of their entry on their user profile at: https://promotion.asus.com.

7. Early Termination of Promotion

ASUS reserves the right to terminate or suspend the promotion at any time, with 10 days’ prior notice, if any irregularities, disruptions, fraud, virus attacks, or similar incidents occur, or if the promotion’s administration, security, fairness, integrity, or procedures are jeopardized. No claims or demands can be made related to the early termination of the promotion.

8. Personal Data Protection

Participants consent to ASUS storing their personal data, such as name, address, and other information entered via the ASUS online form within this promotion and in accordance with the ASUS Privacy Policy: http://www.asus.com/Terms_of_Use_Notice_Privacy_Policy/Privacy_Policy.

ASUS is dedicated to protecting and respecting user privacy. We make every effort to comply with applicable privacy and personal data security regulations. If a user wishes to delete their personal data or has any questions regarding data collected by ASUS, they can contact us at: privacy@asus.com.

9. Agreement

By submitting the registration form, the user declares that they are aware of and agree to these participation terms and conditions. ASUS reserves the right to change or amend the T&C at any time. If the participant does not agree to the changes made to the participation rules, they have the option to withdraw their entry by sending an email to: support@asus-promotion.com. Court appeals are not permitted.

Claims for damages against ASUS, its employees, or its representatives, for any legal reason related to the promotion, are limited to cases of intentional or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. The T&C and participation in the promotion are subject to applicable local laws. The place of jurisdiction is Amsterdam, Netherlands.
