For side-by-side or closet installations, ensure two unobstructed air openings for a combined minimum total area of 72-inch². The dryer requires specific clearances for proper ventilation:

• Alcove or closet installation minimum clearance: 1" on sides, 1" front, 2" back.
• Depth with door open 90°: 53 1/8"
• Depth including washer clearance (Side View Confined): 33 1/2"

Stacked Pair Installation

For stacked installations, the closet front must have two unobstructed air openings for a combined minimum total area of 72-inch². Clearances for stacked pairs:

• Top clearance: 6"
• Side clearance: 1"
• Back clearance: 1"
