Important Safety Instructions
This product is professional photographic equipment, to be operated by professional personnel only. All transport protective materials and packaging must be removed before use. Follow basic safety precautions:
- Read and understand the instruction manual before use and follow safety instructions to avoid serious injury, damage to the product, or property damage.
- This is a professional lighting fixture; children are prohibited. Children must be supervised by adults to prevent collisions or unauthorized use causing personal injury.
- Not for general illumination. Those with a history of eye damage or sensitivity should avoid using this fixture or looking directly at it.
- Exercise extreme caution; do not touch high-temperature parts like flash tubes to avoid burns.
- Do not point the flash directly at eyes (especially baby's eyes) as it could impair vision. Turn off, stop using, and seek medical attention if discomfort occurs.
- If the flash tube is damaged, stop use immediately and contact the manufacturer, service agent, or qualified repair personnel for replacement.
- Do not use damaged equipment or accessories. Allow professional technicians to inspect and confirm normal operation before continuing use after repairs.
- Stop using immediately if the product shell is cracked due to falling, squeezing, or strong impact, to avoid electric shock from internal components.
- This device is not waterproof. Keep it dry and avoid immersing it in liquids. Install in a ventilated, dry location and avoid rainy, humid, dusty, or overheated environments. Do not place items above the device or allow liquids to flow into it.
- Do not disassemble without authorization. If product malfunctions, it must be inspected and repaired by the company or authorized personnel.
- Before storing, ensure the device is completely cooled, then put it in the protective case or a ventilated dry location.
- Do not place the device near alcohol, gasoline, or other flammable volatile solvents or gases.
- Do not use or store this device in potentially explosive environments.
- Do not use unapproved accessories, as this may cause fire, electric shock, or personal injury.
- Clean gently with a dry cloth. Do not use a wet cloth as it may damage the device.

Thank you for choosing Flashpoint! The Flashpoint iT22 TTL Portable iFlash features an ultra-compact body for direct mounting into camera hot shoes. With both TTL auto flash and manual flash modes, it offers ±3 stops of FEC (Flash Exposure Compensation) with precise 1/3-step adjustments, along with a 1/32-1/1 flash power range, also finely tunable in 1/3-step increments. The built-in lithium battery delivers extended runtime, while the included magnetic spreader and color filters unlock even more creative possibilities.

Button Functions:
- Press and hold the [- Button] and [+ Button] simultaneously to reset the device in abnormalities, then press and hold the power switch button to reboot.
- Press and hold the [mode-button] for 2s when not USB-connected to turn on/off the sleep function.
- Press and hold the [mode-button] for 2s when USB-connected to enter firmware upgrade.

Installing/Disassembling the Camera Flash
Insert the camera flash into the camera hot shoe base parallelly until it's firmly locked.
To detach, press and hold the detach button, then take off the flash from the camera hot shoe base parallelly.
? Please make sure the flash and camera are powered off before installing and disassembling.
Operation Modes
Power Switch/Test Button
Power on: Press and hold the power switch button until the screen lights up.
Power Off: Press and hold the power switch button until the screen blacks out.
Testing: Press the test button after powering on to fire a testing flash.
TTL Auto Flash
Press the [mode-button] to switch to TTL mode; a [ttl-icon] icon will be displayed on the panel. Press the [- Button] / [+ Button] to adjust the FEC value among ±3 steps with ±1/3 increment. Press and hold the buttons for quick adjustment. The [max-icon] icon will be displayed on the panel in max flash output power; adjust camera parameters in case of underexposure.
Manual Flash
Press the [mode-button] to switch to M mode; a [manual-icon] icon will be displayed on the panel. Press the [- Button] / [+ Button] to adjust the flash power from 1/32 to 1/1 full power with ±1/3 increment. Press and hold the buttons for quick adjustment.
Battery Level Indication
The battery level is indicated by the [battery-icon] icon; three grids mean full battery level. Please charge the battery when one grid remains.
Auto Off
The device will be automatically powered off when idling for 8 hours unconnected to cameras in sleep mode.
Over-Temperature Protection
To avoid overheating, do not fire more than 40 continuous flashes in fast succession at 1/1 full power. If this limit is exceeded, the over-temperature protection function may activate, increasing recycling time to over 10 seconds. Allow approximately 10 minutes of rest time for the unit to return to normal. When over-temperature protection is started, a [over-temp-icon] icon is shown on the screen.

One Year Flashpoint Limited Warranty
Flashpoint warrants to the original purchaser that your Flashpoint product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (or delivery as may be required in certain jurisdictions), or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever comes later.
Flashpoint's entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty shall be, at Flashpoint's option, to repair or replace the hardware, provided that the hardware is returned to the point of purchase or such other place as Flashpoint may direct with a copy of the sales receipt or dated itemized receipt. Flashpoint may, at its option, replace your product, offer to provide a functionally equivalent product, or repair any product with new, refurbished or used parts as long as such parts are in compliance with the product's technical specifications. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty(30) days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.
This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly, improper operation or maintenance, normal wear and tear, or usage not in accordance with product instructions or connection to improper voltage supply, use of consumables, such as replacement batteries, not supplied by Flashpoint, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, this warranty is nontransferable and is limited to the original purchaser and the country in which the product was purchased. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, including a longer warranty duration that may vary under local laws.
To start a warranty claim, contact the Flashpoint Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number, and return the defective product to Flashpoint, along with the RMA number and proof of purchase.
