Refurbished Product Limited Thirty Day Warranty

The Refurbished Product Service Center provides the following warranty to the original purchaser of a refurbished product.

Warranty Period: This product is warranted against any electronic or mechanical defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original consumer purchase.

Cosmetic Condition: As this unit was sold as a refurbished item, the warranty does not cover cosmetic appearance items such as scratches.

Service Options: Should a defect occur, the Refurbished Product Service Center will repair, or at its option, replace defective units or parts with new or rebuilt materials. This service is provided without charge for parts or labor. Replacement units or parts will be warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

• Installation
• Damage from accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, or incorrect voltage
• Operation of the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual
• Any product that has been opened, altered, or tampered with

Additional Limitations: This warranty does not cover costs for the removal and/or installation of the unit for repair. The service center shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages or for any other expenses incurred by reason of the use or sale of this product. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.

Consumer Rights: This warranty grants the consumer specific legal rights. Consumers may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply.

Warranty Repair Process

To obtain service for your unit during the 30-day warranty period:

1. Visit www.ConsumerServiceRefurbish.com or call the Refurbished Product Service Center at 562-946-3531 to obtain a required claim number.
2. Properly pack the unit, ideally in its original carton.
3. Include a copy of your purchase receipt with the unit.
4. Send the unit freight prepaid and insured to:

Your unit will be promptly exchanged and returned. Delivery of returned units will be refused unless the assigned claim number appears on the outside of the shipping carton.
