I. Appearance Instructions

II. Download and Install APP and Match
1. Power On
Long press the power button to power on; ensure the battery is full for the first time. Low battery may prevent normal power-on.
2. Download and Install APP
Scan the QR code to download and install the "Qwatch Pro" APP, or search for "Qwatch Pro" in the Apple Store/Android App Market.
Compatible systems: Android 4.4 and above, Bluetooth 4.0 mobile phone; iPhone iOS 9.0 and above.
Note: Please grant all permissions during APP installation for normal operation.
3. Binding Management
Turn on the mobile APP, ensure Bluetooth and GPS are enabled. Click "Device Management" -> "Binding Management" and search for the device to bind. Confirm the Bluetooth MAC address displayed on the wristband matches.
III. Operational Instructions
1. Power On
Long press the power button for 3 seconds to power on and enter the time interface.
2. Power Off
From the time interface, long press the power button for 3 seconds to enter the power-off interface. Long press the power button or the screen to confirm power-off. Alternatively, drop down the "Shortcut Menu" and select "Power Off".
3. Brighten Screen
Press the power button to brighten the screen, or rotate the wrist (configurable in APP settings).
4. Touch Operations
Swipe left and right to switch interfaces, swipe up and down to turn pages, click to enter or confirm, and swipe right to return or exit.
Illustrations show gesture controls: 'Slide right' to go back, 'Slide down' for shortcut menu.
IV. Main Functions Instructions
1. Time Interface
Supports 1 custom dial (set via APP), 3 fixed dials, and 3 APP push dials (selected from the "Dial Market" in the APP). Swipe left and right on the time interface or first-level menu to switch dials.
Tip: Select appropriate dial and screen brightness under strong light.
2. Language Settings
The watch synchronizes the mobile phone language automatically upon connection. Languages can also be set on the watch; currently supports 20 languages.
3. Step-counting
Records daily steps, sports mileage, and calories consumed. Data synchronizes with the APP.
4. Sleep Tracking
Automatically detects sleep time and status between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Data synchronizes with the APP. Requires wearing the wristband during sleep.
5. Heart Rate Measurement
Click the heart rate interface to "Start Measuring". For all-day heart rate monitoring, enable "Heart Rate Timing Measurement" in APP "Device Management".
6. Sports Modes
Supports: walking, running, hiking, exercising, riding, swinging. Data synchronizes to the APP via Bluetooth. Select a sports mode from the interface to "Start Measuring". Displays mileage, consumption, and heart rate. Swipe right to exit.
7. Blood Pressure Measurement
Enter the interface and keep the body relaxed during measurement. Blood pressure value displays after 30 seconds.
8. Blood Oxygen Measurement
Enter the interface and keep the body relaxed during measurement. Blood oxygen saturation displays after 30 seconds.
9. Reminder Settings
Configure "Alarm Clock Reminder", "Drinking Water Reminder", "Excessive Sitting Reminder", "Message Reminder", "Call Reminder", and "Social Software Reminder" (QQ, WeChat, Twitter, Facebook, Whatsapp, etc.) within the APP's "Device Management" -> "Reminder Settings".
10. Remote Control Photographing
Android: Open the mobile APP, enter the watch's remote control photographing function, and click "Start Photographing".
iOS: Enter "Photographing Control" on the watch, open the mobile phone's camera, and click "Start Photographing".
11. Music Control
Maintain Bluetooth connection with the APP. Enter the watch's music menu to play, pause, resume, play previous, or play next song on the mobile phone.
12. Game (Optional)
Enter the game menu to play. Control via touch and gravity sensors.
13. Calculator (Optional)
Calculator function is available on the watch.
14. Do Not Disturb Mode
Activate from the watch's drop-down shortcut menu to silence mobile phone vibration reminders.
15. Brightness Adjustment
Adjust screen brightness according to the environment via the drop-down shortcut menu.
16. Stopwatch
Provides stopwatch functionality.
17. Factory Data Reset
Reset factory data within the watch's settings menu.
V. Precautions
1. Connecting Bluetooth
- Ensure mobile phone's Bluetooth and GPS are on, and the watch is powered on.
- When searching for Bluetooth, ensure the watch is not bound to other accounts.
- Keep the watch and mobile phone close during Bluetooth search.
2. APP Permissions
If other software like mobile managers are installed, enable push notifications and background operation permissions for the APP to ensure normal background operation and notification delivery.
3. Charging Requirements
Use a charger with specifications of 5V 0.5~1A and the dedicated charging line. Unplug the data cable after charging to prevent short-circuit hazards. If unused for a long time, turn off the device and recharge it once every month.
