IKEA San Diego 25th Anniversary Scratch Off Promotion

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. DESCRIPTION

The IKEA San Diego 25th Anniversary Scratch Off Promotion (the "Promotion") features two entry windows during IKEA San Diego store hours: September 20, 2025, and September 21, 2025. The Promotion concludes when all Scratch Cards have been distributed. The first 250 Eligible IKEA Family Members on September 20, 2025, and the first 250 Eligible IKEA Family Members on September 21, 2025, will each receive a scratch-for-a-chance-to-win card ("Scratch Card"). Upon scratching, the card will reveal a Prize redeemable at the IKEA San Diego store ("Participating Store") during the Promotion Period. By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of IKEA San Diego, 2149 Fenton Pkwy, San Diego, CA 92108 ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are IKEA Family members at the time of entry ("Eligible IKEA Family Member"). Employees of IKEA US RETAIL LLC, the Participating Store, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and Promotion agencies ("Promotion Entities"), and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION

To enter, be one of the first 250 Eligible IKEA Family Members to arrive at the designated table near the IKEA San Diego store entrance on a Promotion Day. Present your IKEA Family Membership card (physical or digital) to the IKEA team member. Upon verification of eligibility, you will receive one (1) Scratch Card. Limit: one (1) Scratch Card per Eligible IKEA Family Member during the Promotion Period. Attempting to obtain more than one Scratch Card will void the participant's prize.

4. PRIZE REDEMPTION

Potential Prize winners must scratch their Scratch Cards near a designated IKEA team member to reveal their Prize during the Promotion Period and present the Scratch Card for redemption. Follow the IKEA team member's instructions to accept the Prize. Submitted Scratch Cards become Sponsor's property and will not be returned. All Scratch Cards are subject to Sponsor verification. A Scratch Card is void if it fails verification, is scratched in multiple areas, is photocopied, reproduced, altered, forged, defaced, tampered with, or mutilated. Scratch Cards are also void if defective, contain printing or mechanical errors, or are deemed stolen or not obtained via legitimate means. No Prize will be awarded for void Scratch Cards. In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded. Prizes will be forfeited if a winner is ineligible or fails to comply with the Official Rules.

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS

Five Hundred (500) Prizes will be awarded:

• (i) UTESPELARE gaming chair (ARV: $199.99) - QTY: 2
• (ii) $50 IKEA gift card (ARV: $50) - QTY: 4
• (iii) $25 IKEA gift card (ARV: $25) - QTY: 10
• (iv) $10 IKEA gift card (ARV: $10) - QTY: 40
• (v) PLANTERING shopping bag (ARV: $1.49) - QTY: 444

Total ARV of all Prizes: $1,962.60. Odds of winning each prize are as follows: (i) 2/500; (ii) 4/500; (iii) 10/500; (iv) 40/500; (v) 444/500. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. Winners cannot substitute, assign, or transfer Prizes or redeem them for cash. Sponsor may substitute prizes of comparable or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are awarded "as is" without warranty. Gift card terms and conditions apply. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen Prizes.

6. GENERAL

Failure to provide requested information or non-compliance with Official Rules may result in prize forfeiture. Acceptance of a Prize signifies the winner's consent for Sponsor to use their name, voice, likeness, and Prize information for promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. Participants release Promotion Entities, their affiliates, directors, employees, officers, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize receipt/use. Sponsor is not responsible for printing, offering, or administration errors.

7. LIMITATIONS AND RELEASES

Sponsor is not responsible for: incorrect/inaccurate information, printing errors, technical failures (phone lines, network hardware/software), unauthorized human intervention, technical/human errors in administration, or injury/damage to persons or property resulting from participation or prize receipt/use. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded.

8. DISPUTES

By entering, entrants agree that disputes will be resolved individually, without class action. Claims and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees. Entrants waive rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Issues concerning validity, construction, and enforceability of these Official Rules are governed by Pennsylvania law. Disputes shall be brought in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania courts. Entrants consent to personal jurisdiction and waive forum non conveniens claims.

10. WINNER'S LIST

To request a winner's list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: IKEA San Diego 25th Anniversary Scratch Off Promotion – Winner's List, c/o IKEA San Diego, 2149 Fenton Pkwy, San Diego, CA 92108. Requests must be received ninety (90) days after winners are chosen.
