Safety Precautions
CAUTION: The safety precautions are an integral part of the appliance. Read them carefully before using your new appliance for the first time. Keep them in a place where you can find and refer to them later on.
- The appliance will only start if the jug is correctly positioned on the motor unit (D) and the lid is locked on the jug.
- CAUTION: Do not immerse the appliance in water (neither the motor unit nor the jug base). Never put the motor unit (D) under running water.
- Clean with a damp cloth and dry it carefully. The blades are extremely sharp and removable.
- Make sure all packaging has been removed before operating the appliance.
- Never shake the motor unit or the jug when the blender is in use.
- CAUTION: After running one program, especially a long recipe, let the blender rest for a minimum of 5 minutes before operating it again. Do not insert any metallic object into the blender. Do not mix pieces of frozen ingredients larger than 25x25x25mm.
- Do not add ingredients while blending hot preparations, as this may cause burns due to high temperatures and splashing.
- When preparing hot food, do not remove the lid cap (A) from the lid (B) during operation.
Using Your Appliance
Before First Use:
- Before using your appliance for the first time, rinse all parts that come into contact with food (jug, lid, and measuring cup) with soapy water.
Operation:
- Place the appliance on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface away from heat sources or water splashes.
- Add ingredients into the assembled jug without exceeding the maximum levels indicated:
- Cold thick mixture: 1750 ml max
- Cold liquid mixture: 1250 ml max
- Hot preparation: 1400 ml max
- Steam program: 500 ml water max
- Automatic Function:
- Lock the lid on the jug by rotating it and place the lid cap in position on the lid. The appliance only starts when the jug and lid are correctly in place.
- Plug in the blender. The product makes a beep and the screen lights up.
- The product will be in standby mode. Select a program by pressing the desired program on the screen. The LED for the selected program will illuminate, and the recipe time will be displayed.
- Press the Start/Stop button. The appliance will start automatically.
- At the end of the recipe, the blender stops automatically and beeps 5 times.
Stopping the Blender:
- You can stop the blending during the cycle:
- Within 1 minute of working, press the Start/Stop button.
- More than 1 minute of working, press and hold the Start/Stop button for 3 seconds.
- To add ingredients during cold preparation, remove the lid cap and add ingredients through the feeder hole. Beware of splashing.
Manual Functions
Pulse: Press the pulse button to run the appliance for a few seconds at a time. Release the button to stop. Press as often as needed. The longest working time is 3 minutes.
Blend: Select a blend program, choose speed with +/- buttons, and validate with Start/Stop. Set the timer (default 2 min) with +/- buttons and validate. The program starts immediately. The appliance beeps 5 times upon completion.
Heat: Freely control heating. Press the heat button; the screen shows '75°'. You can adjust the temperature from 40° to 100° using +/- buttons, then press Start/Stop. Set the working time between 5 and 90 minutes using +/- buttons (default 10 min), then press Start/Stop. The remaining time is displayed. The appliance stops automatically and beeps 5 times.
Steam*: Add ingredients to the steam basket. Add 500ml water to the jar, place the basket, and close the lid. Hold the Heat/Steam button for 2 seconds (pictogram turns yellow). Set time from 15 to 60 minutes using +/- buttons, then press Start/Stop. The appliance stops automatically and beeps 5 times. For safety, remove the cap and wait 1 minute for excess steam to dissipate.
Start/Stop: Allows stopping any blending or heating program before completion. You can also stop blending during a cycle:
- Within 1 minute of working, press Start/Stop.
- More than 1 minute of working, press and hold Start/Stop for 3 seconds.
If the appliance switches off during operation, unplug it, let it cool for 15-20 minutes, then reconnect and resume. The appliance remembers the program for 3 minutes if stopped.
Cleaning
- Clean the jug immediately after use.
- For easy cleaning, use the 'Deep Clean' function: Add 800ml water to the jug, select the cleaning program, and press Start/Stop. Finish cleaning with a sponge.
- Rinse the inside of the jug and lid under running water.
- For heavily soiled parts, fill the jar with water and washing-up liquid and let it soak for a few hours.
- Use a damp cloth to clean the motor unit and dry it carefully.
- Use the brush to clean the blade holder. Be careful, the blades are very sharp.
- Caution: Empty the preparation; the jug is not for storing food in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Clean the outside of the motor unit and jug walls with a damp cloth.
- Do not immerse the appliance, motor unit, or blade holder in water. Never put the motor unit (D) under running water.
- Refer to the cleaning table for specific instructions for each part.

Cold Programs
Milkshake
Banana shake: 250g vanilla ice cream + 1 banana (100g) + 25 cl milk. Select Milkshake program, press Start/Stop.Smoothie

Smooth soup
Pumpkin soup: 600g pumpkin, 120g potato, 80g onion, 600g water. Select Soup program, press Start/Stop.Chunky soup
Vegetables potage: 300g potatoes, 150g carrots, 150g leek, 100g onion, 700g water. Select Chunky soup program, press Start/Stop.Compote
Apple compote: 700g golden apple, 50g water. Select Compote program, press Start/Stop.Stir
Chicken noodle soup: Step 1: 900g chicken stock + ginger. Step 2: 80g pasta + 100g carrot + 100g celeriac. Step 3: 120g chicken + 100g celery + soya sauce. Select Stir program, press Start/Stop. Add step 2 ingredients when beep sounds (5 min). Add step 3 ingredients when beep sounds (5 min).Multigrain milk
Soya milk: 1000g water, 100g soya milk beans. Select Multigrain milk program, press Start/Stop.Hot sauce
Béchamel sauce: 500g milk, 45g butter, 45g flour, nutmeg (1 pinch). Select Hot sauce program, press Start/Stop.Steam program
Max 400g ingredients. Select Steam program, press and hold button for 2 seconds, press Start/Stop.Rough Chopping Small Quantities: Chop in seconds by pulsing: peanuts. Model 1400 WATT: quantity/max time: 300g peanuts / 15 seconds.
Cooking Food Safety: To ensure food is cooked thoroughly and avoid contamination, maintain minimum temperatures and times:
- Beef, pork, poultry: reach 75°C center, cook for at least 2 min.
- Eggs: reach 75°C center, cook for at least 2 min.
- Vegetables: reach 65°C center, cook for at least 2 min.
- Fish and seafood: reach 65°C center, cook for at least 2 min.
Warning: Sensitive individuals (pregnant women, children, elderly, immunocompromised) should note that some recipes may not cook ingredients thoroughly enough to kill food poisoning bacteria.
Troubleshooting
What to do if your appliance does not work?
