How to Wear
- Try different sizes of eartips (S, M, L) for the best fit and seal.
- Insert the earbuds into your ears.
First Time Use
- Open the charging case.
- Take out the earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "JBL VIBE100TWS" to connect.
Power On & Connect
The earbuds automatically power on and enter pairing mode when removed from the charging case.
To connect, go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select "JBL VIBE100TWS".
Dual Connect
The JBL VIBE 100TWS supports Dual Connect, allowing you to use either the left (L) or right (R) earbud independently in Mono Mode, or both together in Stereo Mode.
Stereo Mode: Both earbuds work together for immersive sound.
Mono Mode: Use either the left or right earbud alone. The earbuds feature seamless automatic switching between L and R.
Button Command
Stereo Mode (L or R Earbud)
- Press x 1: Play/Pause music, Answer/End call.
- Press x 2: Next track (Right earbud), Previous track (Left earbud).
- Press x 3: Activate Siri / Google Assistant / Bixby ?️.
- Hold (2s): Reject incoming call.
Mono Mode (L or R Earbud)
- Press x 1: Play/Pause music, Answer/End call.
- Press x 2: Next track.
- Press x 3: Activate Siri / Google Assistant / Bixby ?️.
- Hold (2s): Reject incoming call.
Power Off
Place the earbuds back into the charging case ?️ to power them off automatically.
To manually power off, press and hold either earbud ? for 5 seconds.
Manual Controls
Connect to a New Bluetooth Device
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for more than 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue.
- On your device, select "JBL VIBE100TWS" from the Bluetooth list.
Reconnect Left & Right
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for more than 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue.
- On your device, select "JBL VIBE100TWS" from the Bluetooth list.
Reset
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
- Press and hold the button on the charging case for more than 5 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue.
- On your device, select "JBL VIBE100TWS" from the Bluetooth list.
Charging
Place the earbuds into the charging case ?️.
Connect the charging case to a USB power source using the provided USB Type-C cable ?.
Charging time: Approximately 2 hours from empty.
LED Behaviors
Earbud Status
- Charging: Red-Orange light turns to Green as charge increases.
- Fully Charged: Solid Blue light ?.
- Bluetooth Connecting: Flashing Blue light ?.
- Bluetooth Connected: Solid Blue light ?.
- Bluetooth Not Connected: Solid Red light ?.
Charging Case Battery Level
- Red: Low battery ?.
- Orange: Medium battery.
- Green: High battery ?.
- Note: The PDF also indicates "OFF" and "White" for case battery levels, which are ambiguous and not clearly defined.
