Important Safety Precautions
- This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children shall not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
- Ensure that children do not attempt to touch the device while it is operating.
- Do not allow children to ride the device under any circumstance.
- Do not operate the device with people or animals in the pool.
- While operational, do not place your hands into any part of the device as this may result in injury.
- Do not run your device out of the water as it may lead to over-heating.
- A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
- WARNING: For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the detachable supply unit provided with this device.
- The lithium battery in this device is a DC 14.4V, 7800mAh, 12-cell battery, compatible with charger model E044-1A168260HE / GC42-168260-2A. The battery must be removed and discarded according to local laws and regulations before disposing of the device.
- This device can only be used with C1264B8-02 model lithium battery packs and CR1225 model button cell battery.
- The device contains batteries that are only replaceable by skilled persons. To replace the device's battery, please contact Customer Service.
- This device contains batteries that are non-replaceable. When the battery is at end of life, the device shall be properly disposed of.
- Be aware of the risk of terminals of the battery-operated device or battery being short-circuited by metal objects.
- In the event a damaged device produces an unfamiliar liquid, avoid contact with the liquid. If coming into contact with a foreign liquid, especially the eyes or other sensitive parts, immediately flush with water. Liquid ejected from a damaged battery may cause skin irritation or burns.
- Do not expose the device or battery to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 70°C (158°F) may cause explosion.
- Remove the device from the charger, and turn OFF the power button to the device before removing the battery for disposal of the device.
- The battery must be removed and discarded according to local laws and regulations before disposal of the device.
- Please dispose of used batteries according to local laws and regulations.
- Do not incinerate the device even if it is severely damaged. The batteries can explode in a fire.
- Ensure your device is turned off and the charging port is dry before charging with the charger. While charging, your device should be kept in a cool, well-ventilated area. Do not cover your device while charging, as this may cause components to overheat.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock, replace damaged cord immediately.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced or repaired by a qualified electrician or Aiper Customer Care to avoid any hazards.
- The power supply is not to be repaired and not to be used any longer if it is damaged or defective.
- Only certified professionals should disassemble the sealed drive kit of your device.
- Only use as described in this manual. Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
- Do not operate your device simultaneously with any other pool equipment, such as a pool filter, cleaner, or skimmer.
- When putting your device into the water, the front of the device must face upwards and should never be placed upside down or thrown into the swimming pool.
- Watch your steps and maintain balance when working near the poolside.
- Do not drop, pierce the shell, or intentionally damage the device in any way, as this may void your warranty.
- To prevent RF exposure, a separation of 20 cm or more is recommended between the persons operating the device and the device itself. Operation at closer distances is not recommended. The antenna used for this device's transmitter must not be co-located with any other antenna or transmitter.
- Disconnect the skimmer from the supply mains before carrying out user maintenance such as cleaning the filter.
- The plug must be removed from the receptacle before cleaning or maintaining the charger.
- When not using the charger for a long period of time, please unplug it.
- When not in use, store the device indoors, in a cool, well-ventilated area.

Do not use the device in a pool environment beyond the conditions described below, doing so may cause damage to the device that will not be covered by warranty.

3. Downloading the App
To use the app features:
- Search for "Aiper" in your device's App store, download, and install the App on your mobile.
- Start the App and register. Log in using the email address and password provided during registration.
Network Setup:
- Ensure the area has 2.4G Wi-Fi coverage (5G Wi-Fi is not supported).
- Your phone must support Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, with Bluetooth activated.
- Your phone should be within 20 ft/6m of your new device.
- Tap the "+" icon on the App's homepage, select "Add Device", and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: Some features are only accessible when the device is out of the water. Connection will be lost when submerged.
4. Charging
CAUTION: Do not charge the device in direct sunlight.
- Fully charge the device before its first use.
- Before charging, remove the charging port cover and ensure the port is dry. Wipe dry if any residual water is present.
- Insert the charging cable into the device's charging port and then into an electrical outlet. The LED indicator will pulse while charging and remain steady when fully charged.

5. Using Your Aiper Pool Cleaner
This machine is suitable for cleaning floors, walls, and water lines in areas up to 1600 sq.ft/150m².
Choosing Filter:
Two types of filters are provided: a replaceable MicroMesh™ ultra-fine filter and a filter basket.
- The MicroMesh™ ultra-fine filter traps particles as small as 3-10µm, such as silt and algae.
- Use both the filter basket and the MicroMesh™ ultra-fine filter when visible debris is minimal but the water is cloudy or has algae.
- Use only the filter basket for significant visible debris.

6. Operating Your Device
Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off.
The device defaults to Auto mode upon powering on. Press the button to switch between modes: Auto, Pool Floor, Pool Wall, and Eco.
- Auto Mode: The device cleans pool floors and walls, intelligently planning its route based on battery level. It will automatically dock and stop cleaning when the battery is low. - Pool Floor Mode: The device cleans the pool floor in an S-shaped route, without climbing walls. It docks and stops cleaning when the battery is low. An illustration shows the S-shaped cleaning path on the pool floor.
- Pool Wall Mode: The device cleans the pool wall in an N-shaped route, without cleaning floors. It automatically stops cleaning and docks when the battery is low. An illustration shows the N-shaped cleaning path on the pool wall.
- Eco Mode: The device cleans the pool floor for 45 minutes once every 48 hours for one week when fully charged. An illustration shows the vertical cleaning path labeled "ECO".
After being turned on for 30 seconds, the device will briefly activate its water pump every 10 seconds to check if it has entered the water, up to 3 times. If it detects it has not entered the water, it will shut down. Place the device into the pool within 1 minute after starting it. The device will begin cleaning within 10 seconds after reaching the bottom of the pool.
When the battery level is low, the device will automatically dock and stop cleaning. An illustration shows the device in the pool with bubbles and a low battery indicator.
7. Disassembly and Cleaning
To remove the device from the pool, use a hook attached to a pool cleaning pole to lift it by the handle, preventing you from getting wet. Hold the handle and allow any stored water to drain.
Cleaning the Filter Basket and Filter:
- Set the device in a safe location and open the top shell.
- Remove the filter basket by lifting its handle.
- Press the top shell latch of the filter basket and pull up the top cover handle to open it.
- Empty the filter basket and remove the replaceable MicroMesh™ ultra-fine filter. Release the latches (A, B, C, D) on the filter's rubber strip from the limiting slots.
- Rinse the MicroMesh™ ultra-fine filter inside and outside. Scrub by hand if necessary.
- Ensure that parts A and B on the filter basket align with parts A and B on the filter.
- Pull up the four corners (A, B, C, D) of the rubber strip on the filter in turn, ensuring they are securely seated in the limiting slots.

8. Maintenance
Notes:
- After each cleaning task, promptly remove the device from the pool and clean the filter basket. Avoid leaving the device in the pool for extended periods.
- Drying the filter and basket after cleaning is recommended to prevent moisture-related odors.
- Store the device, filter, and basket in a well-ventilated area, out of direct sunlight.
- The MicroMesh™ ultra-fine filter traps particles as small as 3-10µm. Use both filters for cloudy water or algae, and only the filter basket for significant debris.
- Using a high-pressure water gun is advisable for thorough cleaning of the filter and basket.
- The MicroMesh™ ultra-fine filter surface may show wear over time, which does not affect performance.
- The MicroMesh™ ultra-fine filter is a consumable item and should be replaced approximately every 30 uses for optimal filtration.
8.1 Replacing the tracks
- Remove the side cover plate from the device.
- Remove the screws and guide sleeves from the wheels.
- Pull the wheels and track together to remove them.
- Align the gears on the new tracks with the gears on the wheels, then install the rear wheels and tracks back onto the shaft sleeves.
- Re-install the white guide sleeves by aligning their D-shaped openings with the shaft sleeves.
- Tighten the screws and re-install the side cover plate.

8.2 Replacing the roller brush belt
- Identify the side that differs from other roller brush belts and pull down the silicone buckles stuck in the fixed slot.
- After releasing all silicone buckles, replace the roller brush belt with a new one. Align the silicone buckles with the fixed slot and pull them outward to secure them.

8.3 Cleaning the drain
- Lift the top shell.
- Remove the screws and the drain cover.
- Remove any objects entangled in the drain fan blades, then re-install the drain cover and screws.

9. Storage
Winter Tips: How to store and secure your Aiper devices
During the pool's off-season or long vacations, follow these steps to protect your device:
- Power off your device and disconnect it from the charger.
- Clean the device of any residual dirt, including the top & bottom shell, wheels, roller brushes, and charging port.
- Using a paper towel or soft cloth, wipe your device dry.
- Box and store your device in a cool, well-ventilated area.
- Charge your device every TWO months to 40%-60% battery capacity to maintain battery health.
When ready to use your Aiper device again, fully charge it before placing it in the pool, and never charge it in direct sunlight.

12. Warranty
This product has passed all quality control and safety tests conducted by the factory's technical department.
- This product comes with a warranty covering its battery and motor from the date of purchase. Respective country's legal provisions for warranty conditions shall apply accordingly.
- This warranty is voided if the product has been altered, misused, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- The warranty extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from mishandling by the owner.
- An order number or record must be presented for any claim or repair during the warranty period.
- This is an additional warranty offered by AIPER INTELLIGENT SARL, located at 43-47 avenue de la Grande Armée, 75116 Paris, France. This warranty does not affect the consumer's free remedies for lack of conformity against the seller, according to law.
