Parts covered under '*' (Total Product): Electronic Control System Components, Fan & Light Switches, Fan Motors & Blades, Defrost Heaters, Defrost Terminator, Drain Pan, Drain Tubes, Wiring, Light sockets & bulbs, Icemaker, Water Valve, Door hinges, Door closers & Cams, Compressor Electricals, etc.
Parts covered under '**' (Sealed System): Compressors, Condenser, Evaporators, Filter-Driers, Heat-exchangers, All Tubing carrying Freon.
Not considered sealed system parts: Condenser Fan Motors, Freon, Solder, and compressor electricals.
Warranty Notes
- Warranties commence at the unit's initial installation date.
- Service information is stored by serial number and customer name.
- Have model and serial numbers available when contacting Sub-Zero.
- Serial tag location varies by model type (All-Refrigerator/Freezer: top door hinge in refrigeration compartment; Side-by-Side: top door hinge in freezer compartment; Over/Under: top door hinge in refrigerator compartment).

Model Descriptions
The model number code provides detailed information about each Built-In Series appliance. The following explains the structure:
