Sentry BTO300 Bluetooth Earbuds

Product Overview

The Sentry BTO300 are open-on-ear hook Bluetooth earbuds designed for comfortable and secure wear. This document provides instructions on setup, usage, troubleshooting, and safety information.

Setup Instructions

1. Ensure both the earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.
2. Turn off the Bluetooth function on your music device (e.g., mobile phone).
3. Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on and attempt to pair within 5 seconds.
4. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone or audio device.
5. Search for and select "BTO300" on your device to connect.

Main Functions

The button sensor is located on the top of both the Left (L) and Right (R) earphones.

• Power On Earbuds: Remove from case (automatic) or long press button sensor for 3 seconds.
• Power Off Earbuds: Return to charging case (if case is charged) or manually long press button sensor for 5 seconds.
• Dual Earphone Auto-Pairing: Earphones auto-pair when removed from the case. If no device connection is made within 5 minutes, they will auto-off. They will automatically pair and connect to your device after initial setup.
• Music Play/Pause: Short press button sensor on either earbud.
• Voice Assistant: Long press button sensor on either earbud (for connected smartphones).
• Next Song: Double-click button sensor on the Right (R) earbud.
• Previous Song: Double-click button sensor on the Left (L) earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple-click button sensor on the Right (R) earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple-click button sensor on the Left (L) earbud.
• Answer/End Call: Short press button sensor on either earbud for 1 second. Music pauses automatically for incoming calls and resumes afterward.
• Reject Phone Call: Long press button sensor on either earbud for approximately 2 seconds.

Troubleshooting

If earphones do not auto-pair or connect: Turn off your music/smartphone device, manually power off both earphones, then power them back on by pressing the button sensor on both earbuds for 6 seconds, then again for 6 seconds. Turn your music/phone device back on, search for "BTO300" in Bluetooth settings, and reconnect.

Charging

Charging the Case

Use the provided USB charging cable and a USB power adapter. Full charging takes approximately 5 hours. The digital display indicates the charging progress.

Note: If the charging case is out of battery, manually turn off the earphones before placing them in the case to ensure they power off.

Charging the Earphones

Place the earbuds into the correct positions in the charging case. The earbuds will show an LED light when charging and the light will turn off when fully charged.

Notes:

• Ensure earbuds are securely placed in the case and the lid is closed for charging to begin.
• Clean charging points on earbuds and case pins with a dry cotton swab if charging stops.
• One earbud will continue to work if the other runs out of battery.

Note: Playtimes and charge times are approximate and may vary based on usage conditions, battery health, and temperature. Total playtime includes one full charge of the earbuds plus a fully charged case.

Limited 90-Day Warranty

Sentry warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from accident, abnormal use, misuse, or neglect.
