Mounting X5702040000 – Single Wire Feeder Hanger
Components Required for Single Hanger
- Screws: M5x16 x 2 (Quantity: 2)
- Screws: PT 5x16 x 2 (Quantity: 1)
- Washer: CU 16x22x1.5 DIN7603A (Quantity: 1)
- Screws: M10 DIN 8.8 (Quantity: 1)
- Screws: M10 (Quantity: 2)
Assembly Steps
Step 1: Initial Bracket Attachment
Attach the primary hanger bracket to the boom using two (2) M5x16 screws.
Attach a secondary component or bracket to the boom using one (1) PT 5x16 screw.
Step 2: Final Hanger Assembly
[Caution] ⚠️ Ensure the CU 16x22x1.5 DIN7603A washer is correctly positioned before proceeding.
Mount the main wire feeder hanger assembly to the boom. Secure it using one (1) M10 DIN 8.8 screw and two (2) M10 screws.
Mounting X5702050000 – Double Wire Feeder Hanger
Components Required for Double Hanger
- Screws: M10 DIN 8.8 (Quantity: 1)
- Screws: M10 (Quantity: 2)
Assembly Steps
Step 1: Mounting Bracket Installation
Attach the mounting bracket to the boom using one (1) M10 DIN 8.8 screw and two (2) M10 screws.
Step 2: Double Hanger Attachment
[Caution] ⚠️ Align the double wire feeder hanger with the installed mounting bracket.
Secure the double wire feeder hanger to the bracket.
