Danfoss Aero® RA/V Thermostatic Sensors Series Installation Guide
Product Overview
This document provides installation instructions for the Danfoss Aero® RA/V thermostatic sensors series.
The Danfoss Aero® RA/V is a thermostatic sensor designed for regulating room temperature.
Installation
The following steps detail the installation process for the Danfoss Aero® RA/V sensor.
Step 1: The Danfoss Aero® RA/V sensor is shown being attached to a valve body. An arrow indicates pushing the sensor onto the valve.
Step 2: A hand is shown turning a locking nut or ring on the sensor. A magnified view highlights the number '5', possibly indicating a setting or a locking position.
Step 3: The sensor is now attached to the valve body. An arrow points to the connection point, confirming the attachment.
Step 4: A close-up shows a locking mechanism or clip being secured to ensure the sensor is firmly attached to the valve.
Temperature Limitation (MAXIMUM)
This section describes how to set the maximum temperature limitation for the Danfoss Aero® RA/V sensor.
Step 1: A close-up of the sensor's temperature dial is shown, with settings from 0 to 5. The dial is set to '4', indicated as MAX = 4. A magnified view confirms the pointer is at '4'.
Step 2: The sensor is shown with an arrow indicating the temperature dial. The dial has MAX and MIN markings. The instruction is to move the pointer to the MAX position.
Step 3: A screwdriver is depicted being used to adjust the internal mechanism that controls the temperature setting.
Temperature Limitation (MINIMUM)
This section describes how to set the minimum temperature limitation for the Danfoss Aero® RA/V sensor.
Step 1: The sensor's temperature dial is shown set to '2', indicated as MIN = 2. A magnified view confirms the pointer is at '2'.
Step 2: The sensor is shown with an arrow indicating the temperature dial. The dial has MAX and MIN markings. The instruction is to move the pointer to the MIN position.
