2. Warranty Condition

2.1. Warranty Period

The performance warranty for the products is valid for 120 months from the date the battery is commissioned by the installer, or 6 months after the manufacture date, whichever comes first. This warranty does not cover any accessories or tool kit items provided with the product.

2.2. Warranty Limitation

Seller's liability under this warranty is limited to replacement, repair, and compensation. Replaced or repaired products will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty term.

2.3. Exclusive of Warranty

No warranty claims will be acknowledged or accepted for damages related to the following causes. Claims related to defects caused by these factors are not covered by Solax Triple Power's warranty obligations:

For products damaged due to reasons not attributable to the seller, Solax Power will provide charged services. All expenses, including material cost, labor cost, warehouse cost, transportation cost, customs duties, analysis cost, management cost, corporate profits, and disposal expenses, will not be covered by Solax Power.

3. Performance Warranty

Solax warrants that the product retains at least 70% of its Nominal Energy for either 120 months after the commissioning date or for a minimum Energy Throughput as specified in the table below (whichever comes first), provided the battery system is operated under normal use according to Solax's specifications and manual. The product's Depth of Discharge (DoD) is 90%, and it can operate safely within this DoD range during the warranty period.

The term "Nominal Energy" refers to the initially rated capacity of the product as indicated on its label.

4. Product Warranty

Solax Power warrants that T-BAT will be free of defects caused by improper design, workmanship, or defective materials. The warranty is valid for 120 months from the date the battery is commissioned by the installer or 6 months after the manufacture date (whichever comes first). After the warranty period, Solax Power has no obligation to provide spare parts or batteries.

5. Extend Additional Batteries

It is possible to add extra batteries to an existing system within 1 year after installation. Before extending the system, an electrician must follow every step on the Battery Extension SOP provided by Solax Power to ensure the batteries are at the same voltage level. Warranty information can be added during the warranty registration process on the website.

6. Warranty Registration

All batteries must be registered for warranty to qualify under the Exchange Program. Suppliers/installers must provide the end-user with the relevant warranty registration certificate. The end-user (or installer on behalf of the customer) must register the warranty on the Solax website to receive a full warranty certificate. Warranties must be registered no more than six weeks following the date of commissioning.

Information required for registration:

For extended warranties, after receiving the warranty certificate by email, it is necessary to access the monitoring website to complete the warranty extension and payment online. Upon receipt of the registration request, the end-user will receive a full warranty certificate by email within seven working days.

7. About Service

Solax Power will use new or refurbished batteries as replacements, provided they have performance equal to or higher than the defective products and are guaranteed by Solax. If a product model is no longer available, Solax Power may replace it with a different model offering equivalent functions and performance, or refund the remaining annually depreciated value of the products during the performance warranty term.

8. Warranty Claim

Claims should be made to the authorized Reseller from whom the product was purchased. The following items must be made available to Solax Power within 48 hours of a defect being discovered for an exchange to be effected under this policy:
