Assembly

Steps:
- Mount the actuator unit on the valve according to user instruction 1.
- Mount the flow temperature sensor on the pipe using the supplied aluminium tape.
Start Up

Steps:
- Set the working direction of the controller by pressing the joystick to the right [arrow right] for clockwise opening or to the left [arrow left] for counter-clockwise opening.
- Keep the joystick in the desired direction and connect power [power plug icon].
- Wait 2 seconds until the joystick is released [timer icon], the correct working direction is now set.
Change of Target Temperature

Steps:
- To change the target flow temperature, press the joystick to the right [arrow right] or to the left [arrow left] (A).
- Press the joystick down [arrow down] to confirm the new target temperature (B).

Advanced Settings

Steps:
- Press the joystick for 5 seconds to reach advanced settings (A).
- To move between menus, press the joystick to the left [arrow left] or right [arrow right] (B).
- Press down the joystick [arrow down] to enter the desired menu (C).
The settings include options for Maximum Flow Temperature and Minimum Flow Temperature.
Maximum Flow Temperature

Steps:
- To change the maximum flow temperature, press and hold the joystick for 5 seconds to reach advanced settings (A).
- Choose the menu "Max" by pressing the joystick (B) and confirming with OK (C).
- Decide the maximum flow temperature by pressing the joystick (D) and confirming with OK (C).
- Press and hold the joystick for 5 seconds to return to the main menu (A).
Example settings shown: 50°C, ~40-50°C, ~60-80°C.
Minimum Flow Temperature

Steps:
- To change the minimum flow temperature, press and hold the joystick for 5 seconds to reach advanced settings (A).
- Choose the menu "Min" by pressing the joystick (B) and confirming with OK (C).
- Decide the minimum flow temperature by pressing the joystick (D) and confirming with OK (C).
- Press and hold the joystick for 5 seconds to return to the main menu (A).
Example settings shown: 5°C, ~5-25°C.
Alternative Temperature
Diagram Description: Explains how to activate an alternative temperature, often used for legionella flushing, via an external signal.
Activation Process:
- Disconnect power to the controller.
- Unscrew the cover (A) and connect two conductors to the green connector (B).
- Place the connector on the PCB (C) and reassemble the cover (D).
- Connect power to the controller (E).
When the two conductors are interconnected, the alternative temperature is activated, and the T2 symbol is shown on the display. The connection must be made without voltage or current and with a maximum resistance of 100 Ω.
