RADIATOR BRACE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 11-5023 AND 11-5024 1. Using an 8mm T-Handle or socket, remove the two shroud mounting bolts on the LEFT side. (FIG 1) 2. Slide the radiator brace marked 11-5023-01L or 11-5024-01L up and in between the shroud and radiator. (FIG 2) 3. Be sure the top of the brace is seated in the pocket at the top of the plastic radiator shroud. 4. Using an 8mm T-Handle or socket, use two of the supplied 6x16 bolts to re-attach the shroud in the mounting points that were removed in step 1. The bolts will go through the plastic shroud and then through the brace. 5. When installing the RIGHT side on a YZF you can repeat steps 1-4 using part number 11-5023-01R. 6. When installing the RIGHT side on a WR or YZFX with a fan, remove the right plastic shroud and place the radiator hose between the frame and the fan. (FIG 3) 7. Reinstall the plastic shroud leaving the bottom two mounting points open, you can now install the brace part number 11-502401R using steps 2-4.
