DOOGEE eSIM Functions Quick Guide
DESCRIPTION OF STEPS TO USE ESIM FUNCTION
Download ESIM
Caution:
- This eSIM should be installed by QR code scanning within 60 days upon purchase date. If not installed within 60 days, it will be automatically terminated.
- eSIM can be installed only one time. Do not delete your eSIM after installation on your device (New QR Code will not be provided if you delete the initial eSIM).
- eSIM cannot be extended if you delete the eSIM from your device. You need to buy new eSIM plan and install.
Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting.
Go to Settings > eSIM management > Manage your eSIM profiles.
Scan QR code:
- Method 1: Scan Download > Scan the QRcode card
- Method 2: Choose from album
- Method 3: Input Download > Enter the activation code
Activate:
Click LUI button. eSIM profile will be Enabled.
Go on Internet:
Open Settings > SIM card & mobile data > Mobile network > Open mobile data > Roaming > Set APN. Test Internet.
Switch ESIM
Caution:
- The new eSIM is automatically enabled. If you need to use other eSIM numbers, you need to manually switch the eSIM.
- Only one eSIM number can be enabled at the same time.
- To enable the new eSIM, you need to confirm to open data, roam, and set APN sites before using the Internet function.
Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting.
Go to Settings > eSIM management > Manage your eSIM profiles.
Select the disabled eSIM, click Enable button.
Go on Internet:
Open Settings > SIM card & mobile data > Mobile network > Open mobile data > Roaming > Set APN. Test Internet.
Delete ESIM
Caution:
- eSIM cannot be extended if you delete the eSIM from your device. You need to buy new eSIM plan and install.
- You can install up to 3 eSIMs. To continue, you need to delete the disabled eSIMs.
Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting.
Go to Settings > eSIM management > Manage your eSIM profiles.
Select delete eSIM, click LUI button.
Select eSIM > Delete.
Complete: eSIM is not displayed.
Buy ESIM
Start ESIM Store App.
Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting.
Select eSIM traffic products.
Pay:
Click the PAY button to complete the payment. Enter the email address for the first-time purchase.
Activate:
Activate QRcode. Open Settings > SIM card & mobile data > Mobile network > Open mobile data > Roaming > Set APN. Test Internet.
Top Up ESIM
Caution:
- The topup function only supports newly purchased eSIMs.
Start ESIM Store App.
Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting.
Top Up:
- Click My eSIMs > effective eSIM plans > Top up > Pay
- Or, Expired eSIM plans > Top up > Pay
Pay:
Click the PAY button to complete the payment.
Complete:
View My eSIMs > Flip. Top up complete.
Visual Elements

Additionally, there is a Spanish phrase: "Obtenga tráfico de 1 GB gratis" which translates to "Get 1 GB of free traffic".
