Cooking Recommendations

  • When preheating, remove wire shelves and trays for faster performance.
  • The oven has five shelf positions.
  • The oven circulates air and recycles steam for a steamy environment, keeping food soft inside and crusty outside, reducing cooking time and energy consumption.
  • Moisture can condense on oven or door glass panels. Stand back when opening the door.
  • When the oven cools, clean the cavity with a soft cloth.

Baking Cakes

  • Do not open the oven door before 3/4 of the set cooking time is up.
  • If using two baking trays, keep one level empty between them.

Cooking Meat and Fish

  • Use a deep pan for fatty food to prevent stains.
  • Let meat rest for approx. 15 minutes before carving for juices to settle.
  • To reduce smoke during roasting, add water to the deep pan. Add water each time it dries up.

Cooking Times

Cooking times vary by food type, consistency, and volume. Monitor performance initially to find best settings for your cookware, recipes, and quantities.

How country law applies

Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to replacement/refund for major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Goods will be repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major. This guarantee does not limit or exclude your legal rights.

More information on Australian Consumer Law is available at www.accc.gov.au.
