This guide provides instructions for installing the ZK DIGIMAX DG04-GB3 device.
Due to regular upgrades of systems and products, ZKDIGIMAX cannot guarantee exact consistency between the actual product and the written information in this manual.
Device Dimensions and Features
The device has a square form factor with rounded edges.
Overall Dimensions: Approximately 7.48 inches (190.0 mm) by 7.48 inches (190.0 mm).
Height: Approximately 1.58 inches (40.0 mm).
Top View: Features a Heat Dissipation Grill and an LED Indicator.
Bottom View: Includes a Wall Mounting Backplate with Mounting Holes. It also houses the Reset Switch, Ethernet Interface, and Power Interface.
How to Install the Device on the Wall
Follow these steps for wall mounting:
- Mark the desired location for the mounting holes on the wall using a pencil.
- Drill three mounting holes at the marked locations and insert the expansion tubes.
- Secure the wall mounting backplate to the wall using screws. Ensure correct orientation.
- Align the device's bayonet mechanism with the backplate and push gently. Turn the device clockwise until it securely clicks into place.
Required Hardware:
- 3 x Cross recessed countersunk head screws (KA3 x 30mm)
- 3 x Expansion Tubes (M6 x 26mm)
Diagrams illustrate the process: Step 1 shows marking holes and backplate placement. Step 2 shows drilling and inserting tubes, then attaching the backplate. Step 3 shows the device and backplate connection points. Step 4 illustrates pushing and turning the device to lock it.
