Safety Instructions

• The adapter and control box are not waterproof. Do not expose to water or use outdoors.
• Use only the provided power adapter.
• Keep away from sharp objects or strong corrosive chemicals.
• When bending, avoid fixing the buckle too close or bending too large to prevent damage to light beads.
• Do not install near heat sources.
• Do not allow children to install alone.
• Avoid installing near potentially dangerous sources (e.g., candles, liquid-filled objects).
• Unroll the neon rope lights before powering them on.
• For maximum adhesion with adhesive buckles, wait a period after fixing before installing the light.
• It is recommended not to stick the product to the back of TV and display.

Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Govee RGBIC LED Neon Rope Lights. This product includes a 10m RGBIC neon rope light and supports app and voice control (Alexa/Google Assistant). RGBIC is Govee's latest lighting technology, allowing for creative and unique neon rope light designs.

What You Get

At a Glance

Control Box Functions:

• On/Off: Press to turn the light on/off.
• Color Cycle: Press to cycle through 9 colors.
• Music Mode: Press to enter music mode.
• Brightness: Press and hold to cycle through 6 brightness levels.

Installing Your Device

Before You Install

1. Unpack the box and check all items against the packing list.
2. Power on the neon rope light to check if it lights up.

Installing Steps

1. Wipe the surface to ensure it is clean and dry.
2. After tearing off the adhesive film, stick the buckle to the desired location and press firmly. Reinforce with a screw if necessary. Clip the neon rope light into the buckle.
3. Peel off the protective film on the control box and stick it on. Place the control box close to the music source for the best music effect.
4. Power on the neon rope lights and start using.

Pairing Your Device with the Govee Home App

What You Need

• A Wi-Fi router supporting 2.4GHz and 802.11 b/g/n bands (5GHz is not supported).
• A smartphone or tablet running iOS or Android.

Pairing Instructions

1. Download the Govee Home app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
3. Open the app, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner, and search for "H61A5".
4. Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Controlling the Device with Your Voice

1. Open the Govee Home app and tap the device icon to enter the detail page.
2. Tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Select "Using Guidance" and follow the on-screen instructions to control the device using your voice.

Troubleshooting

1. Adhesive tape is not strong enough:

• Make sure the installation surface is clean and dry.
• Firmly press over the strip after sticking.
• Reinforce the installation with more clips and tape.

2. Cannot connect to Bluetooth:

• Do not skip Bluetooth connection in the app.
• Ensure Bluetooth on your smartphone is turned on.
• Your smartphone may be incompatible with the Govee Home app. Try using a different smartphone and reconnect.
• Power the neon rope lights and your smartphone Bluetooth off and then on again, then try again.
• Ensure your smartphone is within 1m / 3.28ft of the neon rope lights when connecting.
• Clear any obstructions between the neon rope lights and your smartphone.

3. The neon rope lights do not display the full selected color / Some LED beads do not light up:

• Please contact the Govee support team for rapid product replacement.

4. Cannot sync the neon rope lights to the beat of my music:

• Move the control box closer to the music source.
• Clean the mic on the control box, then try again.

5. Cannot connect to Wi-Fi:

• Do not skip the Wi-Fi connecting steps in the app.
• 5GHz network is not supported. Please set your router to 2.4GHz and then reset it.
• Connect your phone to Wi-Fi and check whether the network works well.
