For your records, please complete the product registration form. This includes details such as the date of installation, initial pressure gauge reading (clean filter), pump model, horsepower, filter model, and serial number.
To ensure full warranty coverage, please complete and mail the registration form within 10 days of purchase/installation, or register online at www.hayward.com.
The warranty card registration requires the following information:

- Phone Number
- E-Mail Address
- Serial Number
- Model Number
- Pool Capacity (U.S. Gallons)
- Company Name (if applicable)
- Years Pool has been in service (select range)

If your product contains components with individual serial numbers, warranty registration is only required for the overall product, using the serial number from the product packaging.
