General Electrical Appliance Safety
- Before use, check that the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the appliance's rating plate.
- Ensure the power socket is earthed.

Overheating Protection
The hot air fryer has an overheating protection system. It activates when the temperature reaches a threshold. If this occurs, follow these steps to cool the appliance:
- Remove the plug from the wall socket.
- Allow the appliance ample time to cool down before using it again.

Operation
Before First Use
- Remove the appliance from the packaging.
- Clean the appliance thoroughly to remove any manufacturing residues. Refer to "Cleaning and Maintenance".
Using the Appliance
This multi-functional appliance can be used as a hot air fryer or an oven. Simple settings allow for versatile cooking. Oven cooking times are often shorter, and preheating takes only two to three minutes.
- Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, and flat surface.
- Pull out the tray (2) by the handle and place it on a stable surface. Lift the transparent safety plate above the release button (3) upwards. Press the release button and remove the frying basket (4) from the tray.
- Place food into the frying basket. Insert the basket into the tray until you hear a click, then push the transparent safety plate back down over the release button.
- Insert the plug into the wall socket. A red pilot light (5) will illuminate, indicating the appliance is connected to the mains.
- Press the Power button (10) to switch on the appliance. It will start with default settings of 180°C and 15 minutes.
- To adjust temperature: Press the Temp/Timer button (7) once, then use the +/- buttons (6). Temperature changes in 5°C increments.
- To adjust cooking time: Press the Temp/Timer button (7) again, then use the +/- buttons (6). Time changes in 1-minute increments.
- Press the Start/Pause button (11) to begin the cooking process. The timer will start, and the heating and fan lights will turn on.
Pausing During Cooking
Press the Start/Pause button once to pause. The appliance will continue to ventilate briefly but stop heating. The timer pauses. Press Start/Pause again to resume.
Shaking Food During Cooking
Pull out the drawer to shake the food. The appliance will switch off completely. Reinsert the drawer to automatically resume cooking.
Changing Time/Temperature During Cooking
Press the Pause/Start button once. Repeat steps 6 or 7, then press Start/Pause again to resume cooking.
The timer will signal when the set time has elapsed. The appliance stops heating and switches off.
- Pull the drawer out by the handle and place it on a plate.
- Press the release button and remove the frying basket from the drawer.
- Place the prepared food onto a plate or dish.
- Unplug the appliance from the socket when no longer in use.
⚠️ WARNING:
- Do not press the release button when removing the tray.
- Never fill the frying basket beyond the MAX line.
- It is recommended to preheat the appliance for 3 minutes without food if it is cold.
- Occasionally remove and shake the frying basket to ensure even browning.
- Do not touch the tray or frying basket as they can be very hot. Take precautions against burns. Use a coaster or similar when removing the tray.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the appliance and its loose parts thoroughly after each use.
- Unplug the appliance from the wall socket.
- Let the appliance cool down.
- Remove the tray from the appliance.
- Press the release button and remove the frying basket from the tray.
- Wipe away food residues with absorbent paper towels.
- Clean the tray and frying basket thoroughly with hot water, dish soap, and a soft sponge. They are also dishwasher safe. Dry them thoroughly.
- Clean the housing with a damp cloth, adding dish soap if necessary. Dry thoroughly.
- Reassemble the parts.
- Conveniently, the entire cable can be slid through the opening in the appliance.
- Store the appliance in a dry place.
⚠️ ATTENTION:
- Ensure the appliance is not connected to the power supply before cleaning.
- Never use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents, or sharp objects (knives, hard brushes).
- Never immerse the heating element in water or other liquids, or place it under running water.
Environmental Information
- Dispose of packaging materials like plastic and cardboard in designated containers.
- At the end of its life, do not dispose of this product as normal household waste. Hand it in at a collection point for recycling electrical and electronic equipment. Look for the symbol on the product, instructions, or packaging. ♻️

Warranty Conditions
Bestron offers a 60-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing and/or material defects.
- No labor or material costs will be charged during the warranty period.
- Repairs under warranty do not extend the warranty period.
- Defective parts or appliances become Bestron's property upon exchange.
- Warranty is valid for the first buyer only and is non-transferable.
- Warranty is void for damage caused by: Accidents, improper use, wear and tear, neglect, faulty installation, incorrect voltage connection, unauthorized modifications, repairs by unqualified persons, use violating standards, or careless transport.
- Warranty claims cannot be made for: Damage during transport, or if the serial number is removed/changed.
- Items excluded from warranty: Cords, lamps, glass parts, filters.
