INTRODUCTION
Purpose of this manual
The purpose of this manual is to help the user get familiar with the UNii intrusion system. The manual explains about how to operate and control the control panel. Several of the special options explained in this manual can only be executed by the main user (supervisor).
General guidelines for use of the system
Do not panic when the alarm goes off. Disarm the system with your PIN code, access tag or wireless remote control (keyfob) and read the information that is shown on the display of the keypad.
The system works with a keypad that has an OLED display. The OLED displays information about the status of your system. If the information on the display is not clear, first consult this user manual.
Never hand your PIN code, access tag or keyfob over to another user, this can lead to unpleasant situations.
If a malfunction occurs, first consult this user manual. If the fault persists, contact your installer immediately. Your installer will give you further instructions.
Note important events (false alarm, user error, etc.) in a logbook including zone number, date, and time. During annual maintenance, the installer may be able to take measures to prevent these situations in the future.
The UNii intrusion system is an advanced electronic device that has been professionally installed and commissioned by a professional installer. This device is called the "control panel". The detection components, optical and acoustic alarm devices such as strobe lights, sirens and alarm diallers are connected to the control panel. The UNii is equipped with an integrated IP dialler that is connected to a free LAN port of your broadband modem / router for reporting alarms to, for example, a monitoring station.
The UNii security alarm system is armed and disarmed via the connected keypad using a PIN code or access tag. It is also possible to arm and disarm the security system via a (user) APP on the smartphone or tablet.
The system has been designed and tested according to the European standards regarding stability, reliability, and insensitivity to external electrical interference.

Keypad

Keys
The numerical keys 0 to 9 are used to enter a PIN code or numerical values in the menus.
The keypad has 4 black function keys, these keys are located above the numeric keys and have no fixed function. Depending on the status of the system, the operation being performed or the menu in which the user is located, the function of the function key may change. The function of the key is indicated by a text directly above the key in the display. The 3 left function keys can also be used as a shortcut. A hotkey can perform a specific action, such as switching on a certain section immediately in the night situation or activating an output. Ask your installer about the options.
The keypad has Navigation keys, the numeric keys 2, 4, 6 and 8 are next to numeric keys also a navigation key. When navigation is possible or desired, the key illumination will go out under all other keys. With the navigation keys, only the keys of the navigation directions that are currently possible will light up.
Proximity sensor
The keypad is equipped with a proximity sensor. The proximity sensor causes the key backlight illumination and OLED display to light up as soon as movement is detected in the nearby vicinity of the keypad. The sensitivity of the proximity sensor can be set by the supervisor in the user menu. See keyboard settings later on in this manual.

Display

Card reader
The keypad of the UNii security system is available in 2 versions: a standard version and a luxury version with a built-in card reader. The card reader is located directly under the numeric key 5. The card reader uses the latest DESFire EV2 reading technology, the most secure reading technology at this moment. The reading distance of the card reader is approximately 5 cm above the numeric key.
Sections and Groups
The UNii security system uses Sections and Groups.
A section is a part of the security system and can be armed and disarmed independently from the rest of the system. An example of a section is for example, the ground floor of a residential house, a wing of an office building or the warehouse of a company. Each section has a name that is programmed by the installer during installation.
Groups can also be created above the section structure. A group can be created to arm or disarm multiple sections simultaneously. An example of a group is complete floor of a building of the entire house, a group also has a name that is programmed by the installer during installation.
Groups and sections can be armed and disarmed by a user by means of a PIN code or DESFire tag.

Operation
Arming
To arm the system, press the function button "Arm", You will now be asked to enter a valid PIN code. Once the valid PIN code has been entered, the section or group for which the user is authorized will be displayed and can be armed. An open circle is shown in front of the name of the section or group, this indicates that the section or group is disarmed, if the circle is flashing the section or group is not ready to be armed. If the circle is closed, then the section or group is already armed.
Select the section or groups to be armed by using the "Select" function key, a tick () will appear behind each section or group. Multiple section or groups can be selected. When all section or groups are selected press the "Arm" function key to arm the selected sections or groups.
After starting the arming procedure, the exit delay is heard (if set) via the buzzer of the keypad. The buzzer beeps faster during the last 5 seconds of the exit time. Opening a delayed zone after the exit time has expired will start the entry procedure.
If an arming cannot be successfully completed (e.g., if an input remains open) then the system will not be armed. At that moment, a double beep will be heard via the buzzer of the keypad and on the loudspeaker output of the UNii.
In addition to using a PIN code, it is also possible to arm with a tag/card if the keypad is equipped with a built-in card reader. For arming with a tag/card, see "Arming with a tag" later in this manual.
NB. When the system is configured by the installer for arming without a PIN-code, the step to request a PIN-code will be skipped.
Disarming
To disarm the system, press the function button "Disarm", you will now be asked to enter a valid PIN code. After entering a valid code, the sections or group that can be disarmed are displayed. A closed circle is displayed in front of the name of the section or group, indicating that the section or group is armed. Use the "Select" function key to select the section or group to be disabled, a tick () will appear after each section or group. Multiple sections or groups can be selected. If all sections or groups are selected press the "Disarm" function key to disarm the selected sections or groups.
Hot keys
The 3 left function keys can also be used as a hotkey. For example, your installer can program a hotkey to be used to arm certain sections in the night mode or activate an output to open the gate. Ask your installer about the options.
Status
The section statuses of the system can be viewed using the section function key. An open circle means section or group disarmed, a flashing circle means section or group not ready to arm, and a closed circle means section or group armed.

Menu
This function key opens the user menu where several functions and menus can be found. See the "User menu" chapter for more explanation about individual functions and menus.
Arming with a tag
If the keypad is equipped with a built-in card reader, it is possible to arm and disarm the system using a DESFire EV2 tag or card. Depending on the tag settings (direct arm/disarm or normal), the tag will work as if a normal (PIN) code has been entered and the user must first select the relevant sections or groups and press the "arm" function key to arm. If direct is programmed the system will be armed immediately if all sections or groups linked to the tag are disarmed. If one or more sections or groups are already armed, the system will disarm, arming will be done by presenting the tag again.
Information
If information is present, the system will indicate this by showing the "i" symbol on the right-hand side of the display and an audible beep via the buzzer of the keypad. With function key 3 (info) the information can be displayed and possibly deleted. When all messages have been deleted, the "i" symbol will disappear from the display.
Time switches
The system can be programmed to arm and disarm automatically, for an explanation see chapter "Time switch" in the User menu.
Test mode
When the installer has placed the system in the test mode, the `!' Symbol is shown in the display. For more information consult your installer.
Installer authorised
If the installer is authorized by the supervisor (main user code) to access the system, a tool symbol is shown on the right of the display. The supervisor has the choice to give the installer only installer rights or to give installer + user rights. A time limit can also be entered for how long the installer has authorization for the system.
If the installer is not authorized by the supervisor, he cannot do anything in the system.
Audible signals of the system
Alarm:
Alarm siren sound will be heard via the connected siren or speaker.
Fire:
Slow-whoop fire sound will be heard via the connected siren or speaker.
Key stroke:
Short tone 0,5 seconds.
Trouble buzzer:
short tone every 10 seconds
(can de set to no sound during the night).
Entry buzzer:
Constant tone (during programmed time).
Exit buzzer:
intermitted tone (last 5 seconds faster).

User Menu
In this chapter the different programming options and functions of the (user) menu are explained. Depending on the rights (set in the profile of users), some options may or may not be visible.
Information
The following functions are available under the "Information" sub-menu:
Notifications The notifications menu shows the alarm and / or system events that are still present in the system's memory. The messages can be deleted using the "Delete all" function key, provided the alarm situation has been removed. If notifications cannot be deleted, a new notification will be given.
Open inputs Using this menu option, it is possible to see which inputs (sensors) are still open (in alarm).
Section status The status section is displayed in this option. An open circle indicates section is disarmed, a flashing circle indicates section not ready to arm, a closed circle means section armed.
Event log The last 1000 system events are stored in the Event log menu and cannot be deleted. By selecting a log line with function key "Select", detailed information can be displayed if available.
System info This screen shows the software version of the system and the IP address.
UNii manager key This screen shows the unique key of your UNii security system. The installer needs this key to connect to the UNii manager tool to program the system.
Overtime With this option an overtime time can be programmed for the automatic arming function, if used. Select the correct time switch from the list and enter the time you would like the system to stay disarmed.
(Un)-Bypass A list of inputs is displayed in the bypass menu, a selected input can be bypassed or un-bypassed. By bypassing an input, it is temporarily disabled. Not all inputs can be bypassed, this is determined by the installer during installation.

Users
In the user menu you can, if permitted, modify your own user settings, or create a new user (only possible for supervisors). Depending on the UNii control panel model, the system has a maximum of 2,000 users. A code consists of 6 digits, with which 999,999 different code combinations can be made. A code with only 000000 is invalid.
In the usermenu the following main options are available:
- Change own data. - Edit existing user. - Add user.
Add user Only possible for a user with administrator rights (Default this is User 1), this is normally only the supervisor of the system. A new user code can be created with this option. You will be asked twice to enter the new (PIN) code. After the (PIN) code has been created, the user settings can be changed via the "Change own data" or via the "Edit existing user"
Edit existing user Only possible for a user with administrator rights (Default this is User 1). If the 'Change existing user' is selected, a list of users is shown in the display. Use the arrow up (key 2) and arrow down (key 8) to find the desired user and press the key or "Select" function key to view and / or modify the settings for this user.
If tags are used to arm and disarm the system, the user can also be searched in the system by presenting his / her tag. Once the list of users is displayed press the "Search" function key and present the tag to the reader on the keypad, the display will now jump to the user associated with this tag. Press the key or "Select" function key to view and / or modify the settings for this user.
The following user settings are present in the `Change own data' of `Edit existing user' menu's:
Change name Change the username. The username is displayed in the logbook and reported to a monitoring station.
Change code Change the PIN-code you use to arm/disarm the system. The code cannot be changed to a code that already exists or to a duress code. The code 000000 code is an invalid code.
Change code functionality Changing the function of the (PIN) code. Options are:
· Code Direct arm and disarm · Code to menu.
Code Direct arm and disarm ensures that all sections or groups linked to this user code are armed or disarmed directly, Code to menu instructs the user to first select the section or groups and use the 'arm' or 'disarm' function keys to arm or disarm the sections or groups.

Change language When the user is logged in, the menus can be displayed in a different language than the standard system language.
Change profile With this option a user can be linked to a profile. Different profiles can be created for different groups or types of users. A profile defines which section (s) may be armed and disarmed.
Add tag With this function, the user's own tag can be enrolled or replaced. The change is established by presenting the card in front of the built-in card reader of the keypad.
Remove tag A programmed tag can be deleted with this option.
Advanced settings
Keypad settings
The settings below can be set individually for each keyboard and can only be set on the keyboard where the menu is displayed.
LED brightness The brightness of the key backlighting can be adjusted here (per keypad).
Display brightness The brightness of the display can be adjusted here (per keypad).
Key volume Here you can adjust the volume of the buzzer when a key is pressed (per keypad).
Buzzer volume Here you can adjust the volume of the buzzer during entry and exit delays (per keypad).
Proximity sensor Here the sensitivity of the proximity sensor can be set, if desired it can also be switched off, the display and key illumination will only light up when a key is pressed.
Doorbell For each input the option is available to program it as a doorbell function, the doorbell sound can be switched on and off by the user on the keypad. If the doorbell function is switched on and an input is disrupted when the system is disarmed, an output programmed as "doorbell" and / or the speaker output of the system will briefly emit a sound. This function is very useful to indicate that a door is opened during the day.
mySmartControl With this option the system can be linked to the mySmartControl cloud service. For more information about mySmartControl see chapter "General". Ask your installer about the availability and possibilities of the (mobile) APP.

Change Date/Time The system date and system time can be changed with this option. If the installer has set an NTP server in the programming, the date and time will be automatically retrieved and daylight-saving time and wintertime will be automatically be adjusted in the system. If desired, the NTP server option can be turned off, then the date and time must be set manually, and you will have to adjust the time manually during the transition to summer and winter time. System test menu

General
mySmartControl
The UNii can be connected to the mySmartControl Cloud service.
Using mySmartControl the UNii can be remotely controlled by a (mobile) APP and in the event of an alarm a push notification can be received on the smartphone and / or tablet. For linking the UNii with mySmartControl, consult the chapter "mySmartControl" in the user menu.

Entry- and Exit mode The UNii is equipped with a special functionality, in accordance with the EN50131 guidelines, to reduce false alarms. If your installer has enabled this option in the programming, the entry and exit mode works as follows:
· If a direct or 24-hour zone is activated during an exit delay (you leave the premises), the arming process will be cancelled. This is acoustically represented by a short signal via the LS (speaker) output. A notification (SIA code CI) is also sent to the monitoring station that the arming has been cancelled.
· If during an entry delay (you enter the premises) a direct or 24-hour zone is activated, connected sounders (sirens and flash units) will be activated immediately, but the alarm reporting to the monitoring station will be delayed for at least 30 seconds later and always after expiry of the entry delay time. If the system is disarmed before the total time has elapsed (at least 30 seconds and always after the end of the entry delay), no notification will be sent to the monitoring station.
· If it is not possible to disarm the system within the entry delay time then all connected alarm devices will be activated after the entry time has elapsed, but the alarm reporting to the monitoring station will be delayed for 30 seconds.

Screensaver
To extend the lifetime of the display on the keypad, it is automatically switched off after a few seconds. Using the built-in approach sensor in each keypad, the display and key backlight are automatically switched on when someone comes close to the keypad. Your installer can set the distance of the approach sensor or only switch it on with a key is pressed.
Alarm in a 24-hour zone
If an alarm occurs in a 24-hour zone, for example a fire zone, an immediate alarm will occur regardless of whether the system is armed or disarmed. To stop the siren (and possibly the strobe) a disarming must be performed, if the system is disarmed it must be disarmed again.
Protection against the `unauthorised' entering of PIN codes
The system is protected against unauthorized entering of PIN codes. After entering an incorrect code 3 times, the operation of the keypad is completely blocked for 90 seconds. The blocking is repeated after every incorrect code until a valid PIN code is entered. If the control panel reports to an ARC, a special event will also be reported.

A sensor is connected to this (e.g. a motion detector or a door contact). A group of one or more inputs in a specific part of the building. Each section can be armed or disarmed separately. INLEIDING
Doel van de handleiding
Deze handleiding is gemaakt om de gebruiker wegwijs te maken in de bediening van de UNii beveiligingsinstallatie. Er wordt uitleg gegeven over het bedienen van de centrale. Tenslotte wordt het uitvoeren van speciale functies uitgelegd. Dergelijke functies zijn uit te voeren afhankelijk van de rechten van de gebruiker.
Algemene richtlijnen voor het gebruik van het systeem
Raak niet in paniek wanneer het alarm afgaat. Schakel het systeem uit aan de hand van uw Pincode, pas of met behulp van uw draadloze afstandsbediening (keyfob) en kijk naar de informatie die op het display wordt getoond.
Het systeem werkt met een keypad dat is voorzien van een display. Hierop wordt informatie weergegeven over de status van uw systeem. Als de informatie op het display niet duidelijk is, raadpleeg dan eerst deze gebruikershandleiding.
Geef nooit uw Pincode, toegangspas of keyfob aan een andere gebruiker, dit kan leiden tot vervelende situaties.
Als er een storing optreedt, raadpleeg dan eerst deze gebruikershandleiding. Als de storing aanhoudt neem dan direct contact op met uw installateur. Uw installateur zal u verdere instructies geven.
Noteer belangrijke gebeurtenissen (oneigenlijk alarm, bedieningsfout etc.) in een logboek inclusief ingangsnummer, de datum en de tijd. Bij het jaarlijkse onderhoud kan de installateur wellicht maatregelen nemen om deze situaties te voorkomen in de toekomst.
Het UNii beveiligingssysteem is een geavanceerd elektronisch apparaat dat door de installateur vakkundig is aangesloten en in bedrijf gesteld is. Dit apparaat wordt de `centrale' genoemd. Op de centrale worden de detectie componenten, optische en akoestische alarmgevers zoals flitsers, sirenes en alarm doormelding aangesloten. De UNii is voorzien van een geïntegreerde IP-kiezer die wordt aangesloten op een vrije LANpoort van uw breedband modem/router voor doormelding van alarmeringen naar bijvoorbeeld een meldkamer.
De UNii beveiligingssysteem wordt in- of uitgeschakeld middels de aangesloten keypad met behulp van een Pincode of pas. Het is ook mogelijk om het beveiligingssysteem middels een (gebruikers)APP op de smartphone of tablet in of uit te schakelen.
Het systeem is ontworpen en gekeurd volgens de Europese normen aangaande stabiliteit, betrouwbaarheid en ongevoeligheid voor elektrische storingen van buitenaf.

Toetsen
De cijfertoetsen 0 t/m 9 worden gebruikt voor het invoeren van een Pincode of numerieke waarden in de menu's.
Het keypad is voorzien van 4 zwarte functietoetsen (nr.3), deze toetsen bevinden zich boven de numerieke toetsen en hebben geen vaste functie. Afhankelijk van de status van het systeem, de handeling die uitgevoerd wordt of de menu waarin de gebruiker zich bevindt, kan de functie van de functietoets veranderen. De functie van de toets wordt door middel van een tekst direct boven de toets in het display aangegeven. De 3 linker functietoetsen kunnen ook gebruikt worden als sneltoets. Een sneltoets kan een bepaalde actie uitvoeren zoals het direct inschakelen van een bepaalde secties in de nachtsituatie of een uitgang activeren. Vraag uw installateur naar de mogelijkheden.
Het keypad beschikt over navigatietoetsen: de cijfertoetsen 2, 4, 6 en 8 zijn naast numerieke toetsen ook een navigatietoets. Wanneer navigeren mogelijk of gewenst is zal de toets verlichting onder alle overige toetsen uitgaan. Bij de navigatietoetsen zal vervolgens alleen de toetsen oplichten van de navigatierichtingen die op dat moment mogelijk is.
Naderingssensor
Het keypad is voorzien van een naderingssensor. De naderingssensor zorgt dat de toets verlichting en OLEDdisplay oplichten zodra beweging wordt geconstateerd in de buurt van de keypad. De gevoeligheid van de naderingssensor is door de beheerder in te stellen in het gebruikersmenu. Zie toetsenbord instellingen verderop in deze handleiding.

Paslezer
Het keypad voor de UNii beveiligingssysteem is leverbaar in 2 uitvoeringen: een standaarduitvoering en een luxe uitvoering met ingebouwde paslezer. De paslezer bevindt zich onder de numerieke toets 5. De paslezer maakt gebruik van de DESFire leestechniek, en is de meest veilige leestechniek op dit moment. De leesafstand van de paslezer is ongeveer 5cm boven de numerieke toets
Secties en Groepen
De UNii beveiligingssysteem kent Secties en Groepen. Een sectie is een gedeelte van het beveiligingssysteem en kan onafhankelijk van de rest van het systeem in- of uitgeschakeld worden. Een voorbeeld van een sectie is bijvoorbeeld de benedenverdieping van een woonhuis, een vleugel van een kantoorcomplex of het magazijn van een bedrijf. Elke sectie kent een naam die door de installateur wordt geprogrammeerd tijdens installatie. Boven de sectie structuur kunnen ook groepen aangemaakt worden. Een groep wordt aangemaakt om meerdere secties gelijktijdig in- of uit te schakelen. Voorbeelden van een groep is het gehele bedrijfspand of een gehele woning. Een groep kent ook een naam die door de installateur worden geprogrammeerd tijdens installatie. Groepen of secties kunnen door een gebruiker door middel van een Pincode of DESFire pas in- of uitgeschakeld worden.

Bediening
Inschakelen
Om het systeem in te schakelen druk op de functietoets `Inschak.', er wordt nu gevraagd om een geldige Pincode in te voeren. Zodra de geldige Pincode is ingevoerd zullen de secties of groepen waar de gebruiker voor geautoriseerd is worden getoond en kunnen deze ingeschakeld worden. Voor de naam van de sectie of groep wordt een open bolletje getoond, deze geeft aan dat de sectie of groep is uitgeschakeld. Als het bolletje knippert is de sectie of groep niet gereed om in te schakelen. Als het bolletje gesloten is dan is de sectie of groep al ingeschakeld.
Selecteer de secties of groepen die ingeschakeld moeten worden met behulp van de `Selecteer' functietoets. Achter elke sectie of groep verschijnt dan een vink (). Er kunnen meerdere secties of groepen geselecteerd worden. Als alle secties of groepen zijn geselecteerd druk op de `Inschak.' functietoets om de geselecteerde secties of groepen in te schakelen.
Na het starten van de inschakelprocedure wordt de uitlooptijd hoorbaar (indien ingesteld) met de buzzer van het keypad. De laatste 5 seconden van de uitlooptijd piept de buzzer sneller. Het openen van een vertraagde ingang na het verstrijken van de uitlooptijd zal de inloop procedure starten.
Indien een inschakeling niet succesvol voltooit kan worden (bv. als er een ingang open blijft staan) dan zal het systeem niet inschakelen. Op dat moment wordt er een dubbele piep via de buzzer van het keypad en op de luidspreker uitgang van de UNii hoorbaar.
Naast het gebruik van een Pincode kan er ook met een pas geschakeld worden als het keypad is voorzien van een ingebouwde paslezer. Voor het inschakelen met een pas zie `Schakelen met Pas' verderop in deze handleiding.
NB. Wanneer de bediening door de installateur geconfigureerd is voor inschakelen zonder code, zal de stap voor het vragen van een code worden overgeslagen.
Uitschakelen
Om het systeem uit te schakelen druk op de functietoets `Uitschak.', er wordt nu gevraagd om een geldige Pincode in te voeren. Na het invoeren van een geldige code worden de secties of groepen getoond die uitgeschakeld kunnen worden. Voor de naam van de sectie of groep wordt een dicht bolletje getoond, deze geeft aan te geven dat de sectie of groep is ingeschakeld. Selecteer met behulp van de `Selecteer' functietoets de secties of groepen die uitgeschakeld moeten worden. Achter elke sectie of groep verschijnt dan een vink (). Er kunnen meerdere secties of groepen geselecteerd worden. Als alles secties of groepen zijn geselecteerd druk op de `Uitschak.' functietoets om de geselecteerde secties of groepen uit te schakelen.
Sneltoetsen
De 3 linker functie toetsen kunnen ook als sneltoets gebruikt worden. Uw installateur kan bijvoorbeeld programmeren dan een sneltoets wordt gebruikt om bepaalde secties in de nachtstand in te schakelen of een uitgang te activeren op de poort te openen. Vraag uw installateur naar de mogelijkheden.
Status
Met behulp van de Status functietoets kan de sectie status van het systeem bekeken worden. Een open bolletje betekent sectie uitgeschakeld, een knipperend bolletje betekent sectie of groep niet gereed om in te schakelen en een dicht bolletje betekent sectie of groep ingeschakeld. Uw installateur kan het systeem zo programmeren dat het dat de status wordt weergegeven als statusnaam i.p.v. sectie namen, bijvoorbeeld `Deel', `Totaal', `Afwezig' etc.

Menu
Met deze functietoets wordt het gebruikersmenu geopend waar meerdere functies en menu's ondergebracht zijn. Zie het hoofdstuk Gebruikersmenu voor meer uitleg over individuele functies en menu's.
Schakelen met pas
Als het keypad is voorzien van een ingebouwde paslezer is het mogelijk om het systeem met behulp van een DESFire pas het systeem in- en uit te schakelen. Afhankelijk van de pas instelling (direct of als code) zal de pas werken alsof er een (PIN-)code is ingetoetst en de gebruiker eerst de desbetreffende secties of groepen moeten selecteren en op de functietoets `Inschak.' drukken om in te schakelen. Bij direct zal het systeem direct ingeschakeld worden als alle secties of groepen gekoppeld aan de pas uitgeschakeld zijn. Als er één of meerdere secties of groepen al ingeschakeld zijn zal het systeem uitschakelen. Inschakelen geschiedt door de pas nog een keer aan te bieden.
Informatie
Als er informatie aanwezig is zal het systeem dit aangeven door het `i' symbool rechts op het display te tonen en een pieptoon is hoorbaar via de buzzer van het keypad. Met functietoets 3 (info) kan de informatie geraadpleegd worden en eventueel worden gewist. Als alle meldingen gewist zijn, zal ook het `i' symbool weer verdwijnen uit de display.
Schakelklok
Het systeem kan geprogrammeerd om automatisch in en uit te schakelen, voor uitleg zie hoofdstuk `Schakelklok' onder het Gebruikersmenu.
Teststand
Als de installateur het systeem in de teststand geplaatst heeft wordt het `!' symbool getoond in het display. Voor meer informatie raadpleeg uw installateur.
Installateurs geautoriseerd
Zolang de installateur door de beheerder geautoriseerd is voor toegang tot het systeem wordt er een gereedschapssymbool rechts weergegeven op het display. De beheerder heeft de keuze om de installateur alleen installateur rechten te geven of installateur + gebruiker rechten te geven. Ook kan een tijdslimiet ingevuld worden hoe lang de installateur autorisatie heeft tot het systeem.
Indien de installateur niet geautoriseerd is door de beheerder dan kan hij niets doen op het keypad.
Akoestische signalen van het systeem
Alarm:
Alarmsirene geluid hoorbaar via aangesloten sirene of luidspreker.
Brand:
Slow-whoop brand sirene geluid hoorbaar via aangesloten sirene.
Toetsaanslag:
Korte toon 0,5 seconden.
Storing buzzer:
Korte toon elke 10 seconden
(Kan geconfigureerd worden dat deze gedurende de nacht niet hoorbaar is).
Inloop buzzer:
Constante toon (gedurende geprogrammeerde tijd).
Uitloop buzzer:
Onderbroken pieptoon (laatste 5 seconden sneller).
Tonen

Gebruikers Menu
In dit hoofdstuk worden de verschillende programmeeropties en functie van het (gebruikers)menu besproken. Afhankelijk van de rechten (ingesteld in het profiel van gebruikers) zullen sommige opties wel of niet zichtbaar zijn.
Informatie
Onder het submenu `Informatie' zijn de volgende functies beschikbaar:
Meldingen In het alarmmeldingen menu worden de alarm- en of systeemgebeurtenissen getoond die nog aanwezig zijn in het geheugen van het systeem. Met behulp van de functietoets `Wis alles' kunnen de meldingen gewist worden, mits de alarm situatie is opgeheven. Als meldingen niet gewist kunnen worden zal hiervan een melding worden gegeven.
Open ingangen Met behulp van deze menu-optie is het mogelijk om te zien welke ingangen (sensoren) nog open staan (in alarm).
Sectie status In deze optie wordt de sectie status weergegeven. Een open bolletje betekent sectie uitgeschakeld, een knipperend bolletje betekent sectie niet gereed om in te schakelen, een dicht bolletje betekent sectie ingeschakeld.
Logboek In het logboek menu worden de laatste 1.000 systeemgebeurtenissen opgeslagen, deze kunnen niet worden gewist. Door een log regel te selecteren met functietoets `Selecteer' kan, indien beschikbaar, gedetailleerde informatie weergegeven worden.
Systeem informatie In dit scherm wordt de softwareversie van het systeem en het IP-adres getoond.
UNii manager key In dit scherm wordt de unieke sleutel van uw UNii beveiligingssysteem getoond. De installateur heeft deze sleutel nodig om te verbinden met de UNii manager tool om het systeem te programmeren.
Schakelklok Met deze optie kan (indien gebruikt) de schakelklok functie aan- of uitgezet worden. Teven kan een overwerk tijd geprogrammeerd worden voor de automatische schakelklok. Kies uit de lijst de juiste schakelklok en geeft het tijdstip in tot wanneer er overgewerkt wordt.
(De)-Blokkeren In het blokkeermenu wordt een lijst met ingangen weergegeven. Een geselecteerde ingang kan geblokkeerd of gedeblokkeerd worden. Door het blokkeren van een ingang wordt deze tijdelijk buiten werking gesteld. Niet alle ingangen kunnen geblokkeerd worden, dit wordt door de installateur bepaald tijdens installatie.

Gebruikers In het gebruikersmenu kunnen gebruikersinstellingen aangepast worden en nieuwe gebruikerscode aangemaakt worden (alleen mogelijk voor beheerders). Afhankelijk van de UNii centrale uitvoering heeft het systeem maximaal 2.000 gebruikers. Een code bestaat uit 6 cijfers, hiermee kunnen 999.999 verschillende code combinaties gemaakt worden. Een code met alleen 000000 is ongeldig.
In het gebruikersmenu kan een keuze gemaakt worden uit:
· Wijzig eigen gegevens · Wijzig bestaande gebruiker · Maak nieuwe gebruiker
Maak nieuwe gebruiker Alleen mogelijk voor een gebruiker met administrator rechten (Default is dit Gebruiker 1), dit is normaal gesproken alleen de hoofdgebruiker. Met deze optie kan een nieuwe gebruikerscode aangemaakt worden. Je wordt 2 x gevraagd om de nieuwe (PIN)code in te voeren. Nadat de (PIN)code is aangemaakt kan via de `Wijzig eigen gegevens' of via de `Wijzing bestaande gebruiker' de gebruikersinstellingen gewijzigd worden.
Wijzig bestaande gebruiker Alleen mogelijk voor een gebruiker met administrator rechten (Default is dit Gebruiker 1). Als wordt gekozen voor de `Wijzig bestaande gebruiker' dan wordt in het display een lijst van gebruikers getoond. Gebruik de pijl omhoog (toets 2) en pijl omlaag (toets 8) om de gewenste gebruiker te zoeken en druk op de toets of `Selecteer' functietoets om nu de instellingen voor deze gebruiker te raadplegen en/of te wijzigen.
Als er gebruik gemaakt wordt van Tags om het systeem in- en uit te schakelen dan kan de gebruiker ook opgezocht worden in het systeem door middel van het presenteren van zijn/haar tag. Zodra de lijst van gebruikers wordt getoond druk op de `Zoek Nr.' functietoets en presenteer de tag voor de lezer op het keypad, de display springt nu naar de gebruiker die is gekoppeld aan deze tag. Druk op de toets of `Selecteer' functietoets om nu de instellingen voor deze gebruiker te raadplegen en/of te wijzigen.
De volgende gebruikersinstellingen zijn aanwezig in het systeem:
Wijzig naam Wijzigen van de (gebruikers)naam. Deze wordt weergegeven in het logboek en bij meldingen naar een meldkamer.
Wijzig code Wijzigen van de (Pin)code om het systeem in- en uit te schakelen en toegang te krijgen tot bepaalde menu's. De code kan niet gewijzigd worden in een code die al bestaat of in een dwang code. Code 000000 is ongeldig.
Wijzig Code functionaliteit Wijzigen van de functie van de (PIN-)code. Opties zijn:
· Code Direct in- en uitschakelen, of · Code naar menu.
Code Direct in- en uitschakelen zorgt dat alle secties of groepen gekoppeld aan deze gebruikerscode gelijktijdig worden in- of uitgeschakeld. Bij Code naar menu dient de gebruiker eerst de gewenste sectie(s) of groep(en) te selecteren en met de toets of functietoets `Inschak.' of `Uitschak.', de sectie(s) of groep(en) in- of uit te schakelen.

Wijzig taal Per gebruiker kan een taal geprogrammeerd worden, deze kan afwijkend zijn van de standaard systeemtaal.
Wijzig profiel Elke gebruiker moet aan een (gebruikers)profiel gekoppeld worden. Er kunnen verschillende profielen aangemaakt worden voor verschillende groepen of soorten gebruikers van het systeem. In een profiel wordt vastgelegd welke sectie(s) er geschakeld mogen worden en welke rechten de gebruiker heeft in het systeem.
Tag inleren Met deze functie kan een tag ingelezen worden. Het inleren gebeurt door de pas voor de ingebouwde paslezer van het keypad te presenten.
Verwijder gebruiker Met deze optie kan een gebruiker (en eventueel geprogrammeerde tag) worden verwijderd uit het systeem.
Instellingen
In het Instellingen menu zijn de volgende opties beschikbaar:
Keypad instellingen De onderstaande instellingen kunnen voor elk toetsenbord afzonderlijk worden ingesteld en kunnen alleen ingesteld worden op het toetsenbord waar het menu wordt weergegeven.
LED-helderheid Hier is de helderheid van de toets verlichting in te stellen (per keypad).
Scherm helderheid Hier is de helderheid van het display in te stellen (per keypad).
Toets volume Hier is het volume van de buzzer bij een toetsaanslag in te stellen (per keypad).
Buzzer volume Hier is het volume van de buzzer tijdens in- en uitlooptijden in te stellen (per keypad).
Naderingssensor Hiermee kan de gevoeligheid van de afstandssensor ingesteld worden, desgewenst kan deze ook uitgeschakeld worden, het display en toets verlichting zal pas oplichten als een toets wordt aangeraakt.
Deurbel Indien door de installateur één of meerdere ingangen als deurbel geprogrammeerd zijn, kan de deurbel geluid hier aan- en uitgezet worden. Indien de deurbel functie is ingeschakeld en een ingang wordt verstoord bij een uitgeschakeld systeem dan zal een uitgang geprogrammeerd als `deurbel' en/of de luidspreker uitgang van het systeem kort een geluid laten horen. Deze functie is heel handig om aan te geven dat een deur overdag wordt geopend.
mySmartControl Met deze optie kan het systeem gekoppeld worden aan de mySmartControl clouddienst. Voor meer informatie over mySmartControl zie hoofdstuk `Algemeen'.

Datum/tijd Met deze optie kan de systeemdatum en systeemtijd gewijzigd worden. Als de installateur een NTP-server heeft ingesteld in de programmering dan zal de datum en tijd automatisch opgehaald worden, zomertijd en wintertijd zullen automatisch aangepast worden in het systeem. Desgewenst kan de NTP-server optie uitgezet worden, dan dienen de datum en tijd handmatig ingesteld te worden en zullen bij de overgang naar zomer en wintertijd weer handmatig aangepast moeten worden.
Hier mee wordt de gevoeligheid van de naderingssensor ingesteld, des gewenst kan deze ook in zijn geheel uitgeschakeld worden. Het display zal dan pas oplichten als een toets aangeraakt wordt.
Onderhoud
Toegang installateur Voor onderhoud aan het systeem dient de hoofdgebruiker de installateur toegang te geven tot het systeem, dit kan via deze optie. Hier wordt ook een tijd ingesteld in uren die de installateur toegang heeft tot het systeem, nadat de tijd versteken is vervalt automatisch de installateur toegang tot het systeem.
Ingangen test Met behulp van deze optie kan een ingang van het systeem getest worden. Selecteer de gewenste ingang uit de lijst met behulp van de navigatietoetsen en druk op de functietoets `Selecteer'. Activeer de ingang door de deur of raam te openen of door de ruimte te lopen, een signaal zal hoorbaar zijn zodra de ingang wordt geactiveerd.
Algemeen
mySmartControl
De UNii ondersteunt een koppeling met mySmartControl Clouddienst.
Met behulp van mySmartControl kan de UNii op afstand bediend worden door een (mobiele) APPlicatie en kan er in geval van alarm een push-melding ontvangen worden op de smartphone en/of tablet. Voor het koppelen van de UNii met mySmartControl raadpleeg het hoofdstuk over mySmartControl in het gebruikersmenu.

In- en Uitloopmode
De UNii is voorzien van een speciale functionaliteit, conform de EN50131 richtlijnen, om vals alarm terug te dringen. Indien uw installateur deze optie heeft aangezet in de programmering werkt de in- en uitloop modus als volgt:
· Als tijdens een uitloopvertraging (u verlaat het pand) een directe of 24-uurs ingang wordt geactiveerd dan zal de inschakelhandeling afgebroken worden. Dit wordt akoestisch weergegeven door een kort signaal via de LS (luidspreker) uitgang. Ook wordt een melding (SIA-code CI) naar de meldkamer gestuurd dat de inschakeling is afgebroken.
· Als tijdens een inloopvertraging (u betreedt het pand) een directe of 24-uurs ingang wordt geactiveerd dan zullen aangesloten signaalgevers (sirenes en flitsers) direct geactiveerd worden, maar zal de doormelding naar de meldkamer minimaal 30 seconden later plaatsvinden en altijd na het verstrijken van de ingestelde inloop vertragingstijd. Als het systeem wordt uitgeschakeld voor het verstrijken van de totale tijd (minimaal 30 seconden en altijd na het eindigen van de inloopvertraging) dan zal er geen melding naar de meldkamer verstuurd worden.
· Als het niet lukt om het systeem uit te schakelen binnen de inloop vertragingstijd dan zullen na het verstrijken van de inlooptijd alle aangesloten alarmgevers aangestuurd worden, maar zal de doormelding naar de meldkamer 30 seconden uitgesteld worden.

Screensaver
Om de levensduur van de display op het keypad te verlengen wordt deze automatisch uitgeschakeld na een paar seconden. Met behulp van de ingebouwde naderingssensor in elke keypad wordt de display en toets verlichting automatisch ingeschakeld als iemand dicht bij het keypad komt. Uw installateur kan de afstand van de naderingssensor instellen of pas inschakelen bij een toetsaanslag.
Alarm in een 24-uurs ingang
Wanneer er een alarm ontstaat in een 24-uurs zone, bijvoorbeeld een brandzone, dan zal direct alarm optreden ongeacht of het systeem in- of uitgeschakeld is. Om de sirene (en eventueel flitser) te stoppen dient een uitschakelhandeling verricht te worden. Bij een uitgeschakeld systeem dient deze opnieuw uitgeschakeld te worden.
Beveiligen tegen het `ongeoorloofd' intoetsen van pincodes
Het systeem is beveiligd tegen het ongeoorloofd intoetsen van pincodes. Na 3 keer een foutieve code ingevoerd te hebben, wordt de werking van het keypad gedurende 90 seconden volledig geblokkeerd. Na iedere volgende foutieve code wordt de blokkering herhaald, net zolang totdat er een geldige pincode wordt ingevoerd. Als de centrale doormeld naar een meldkamer, dan zal tevens een speciale gebeurtenis doorgemeld worden.

Menu overzicht
In het (gebruikers)Menu zijn de volgende functie en opties aanwezig. Druk op de functietoets `Menu' om in het menu te komen, voer een geldige Pincode in. Het kan zijn dat sommige menu's of functies niet zichtbaar zijn, dit is afhankelijk van de gebruikersrechten in het systeem. De beheerderscode heeft toegang tot alle menu's en opties.

Hierop wordt een sensor aangesloten (bv een bewegingsdetector of deurcontact). Verzameling van één of meerdere ingangen welke een bepaald deel van een pand vormen. Elke sectie kan apart in- en uitgeschakeld worden. Verzameling van één of meerdere secties. Het tijdelijk buiten werking stellen van een ingang. Indien door de installateur geconfigureerd kan er geschakeld worden met de code +1.
