Instruction for Card Installation
This section details how to install Nano-SIM cards and a microSD card.
Diagram shows the phone's SIM tray with slots for two Nano-SIM cards and one microSD card.

Device Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components of your Ulefone Armor 17 Pro.
Front and Side View: The front features the Front Camera, Receiver (earpiece), and Screen. Along the sides are the SIM/TF Card Slot, Custom Key, Headphone Jack, and USB Type-C Charging Port. The top edge includes a Noise-Cancelling Microphone, and the front display area houses the LED Indicator Light, Light Sensor, and Proximity Sensor.
Back and Side View: The rear houses the Rear Camera, Flash, and Infrared LED Lights. The side edges feature Volume controls and the Power Key & Fingerprint Sensor. A Lanyard Hole is also present. The back also indicates the location of the NFC module, uMagnet Magnetic Area for wireless charging, and a Pressure Relief Hole.

The Armor 17 Pro has an internal battery. You can monitor its status via the icon on the top right of the screen.
Charging Details

- Charging Voltage Limit: 4.4V
Please note that the battery in this model is not user-replaceable.
Warning: Use only Ulefone-approved batteries. Incompatible batteries can cause serious injury or damage. Never place batteries or phones near heating devices like microwave ovens or radiators, as they may explode when overheated.
Settings and Features
Language Settings
To change the language: Enter the Settings app, scroll to "Language and Input", and select your preferred language.
Dialing
You can make calls from the Phone app ?, Contacts app, or other apps. Tap any phone number to initiate a call.
To call a contact:
- Touch the [Phone App] icon on the home screen or app drawer.
- Choose or search for a contact.
- Place the call.
For recent calls, refer to the recents list ?.
You can also dial numbers directly on the [Dial Pad] ?.
Messaging
To send a message:
- Press the [Message] icon ✉️ on the home screen or app drawer.
- Press [New Message] ➕ to compose.
- Type the contact name, phone number, or press [Add Contact] to select recipients.
- Type your message.
- Press [Add Media] ?️?? to attach pictures, videos, or audio files.
- Send the message by pressing [Send] ➡️.
Photography
To take a photo:
- Open the [Camera] app ?.
- Frame your picture.
- Touch the [Shutter] button ? to capture the image.
*It's normal for some system texts not to be translated to your language.
Safety Information
Please read this safety information carefully to ensure safe use of your phone.
General Precautions:
- Children: Be cautious with children around the phone due to small detachable parts that could be swallowed or cause choking. Avoid using camera/light features near children or animals.
- Hearing: Prolonged listening at high volumes can damage hearing. Reduce volume to the lowest comfortable level.
- Driving: Exercise maximum attention while driving. Using a phone can distract you and cause accidents. Comply with local laws regarding phone use while driving. Hands-free kits are not a substitute for full attention.
- Flying: Turn off your phone when flying to prevent interference.
- Hospitals: Turn off your phone near medical devices as it may cause interference. Follow hospital instructions. Do not use the device in petrol stations or professional garages due to fuel hazards.
- Pacemakers: Users with pacemakers or electronic implants should hold the phone on the opposite side of the implant. If interference occurs, switch off the phone immediately and consult the pacemaker manufacturer.
- Fire Hazard: Do not place the device near heat sources like radiators or cookers. Do not charge near flammable materials.
- Contact with Liquid: Avoid exposing the phone to liquid or touching it with wet hands, as water damage may be irreparable.
- Accessories: Use only Ulefone-approved accessories to prevent damage or safety risks.
- Batteries: Do not destroy batteries or chargers. Never use damaged batteries or chargers. Keep batteries away from magnetic objects to prevent short-circuits. Avoid extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C), as they can reduce battery life.
- Shocks and Impact: Handle the phone with care. Protect it from shocks and impacts, as parts may be made of glass and could break. Avoid dropping the phone. Do not touch the screen with sharp objects.
- Electric Shock: Do not attempt to dismantle the phone.
FCC Caution and Compliance
Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate this equipment.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
This product meets government requirements for radio wave exposure. Guidelines are based on scientific studies and include a safety margin for all persons.
FCC RF Exposure Information
The Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limit for the USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. The Device GQ3100 (FCC ID: 2AOWK-3100) has been tested against this limit. SAR information can be viewed online at www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/fccid/. Use the FCC ID for search. The device was tested for typical operations at 10mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, maintain a 10mm separation distance from the user's body.
NOTE: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radiofrequency energy and, if not installed and used according to instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment causes harmful interference to radio or television reception (which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on), the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
