- Sedentary Reminders: Default interval is one hour. When enabled and connected, if no movement is detected for an hour, the watch vibrates to prompt activity.
- Other Reminders: For emails or other notifications, the watch vibrates and displays an icon. Click to view the content.
- Charging Reminders: The motor vibrates when the watch is connected to power for charging. The watch does not vibrate when the battery is low.
Sleep Detection Function
When you fall asleep, the watch automatically enters sleep monitoring mode. It tracks deep sleep, light sleep, and wakefulness duration to calculate sleep quality. Sleep data is currently only viewable in the app. Note: Sleep data is only recorded if the watch is worn while sleeping.
Common Problems
Why is the first heart rate test too long?
The initial heart rate test requires collecting a longer signal from different users to accurately calculate your heart rate.
Bluetooth Connection Issues (Failure or Slow Reconnection):
- Device Compatibility: Ensure your device runs iOS 9.0+ or Android 4.4+ and supports Bluetooth 4.0.
- Signal Interference: Bluetooth connections can be affected by signal interference. Operate in an environment free from magnetic fields or multiple Bluetooth devices.
- Toggle Bluetooth: Turn your phone's Bluetooth off and then on again.
- Restart Device: Close background apps on your phone or restart your phone.
- Other Devices: Avoid connecting to other Bluetooth devices or functions simultaneously.
- App Background: Ensure the "GloryFit" app is running normally in the background. It may not connect if it's not running.
Cannot Search for the Watch:
Ensure the watch is powered on, activated, and not paired with another phone. Bring the watch closer to the phone. If still unsuccessful, turn off your phone's Bluetooth for 20 seconds, then restart it.
Why wear the watch tightly for heart rate measurement?
The watch uses a light reflection principle. It measures heart rate by collecting signals reflected from the skin back to the sensor. Wearing it loosely allows ambient light to enter the sensor, affecting measurement accuracy.
No Reminders Despite Enabling the Function:
- Android: Confirm the phone and watch are connected. In phone settings, grant "GloryFit" app permissions for calls, messages, and contacts. Keep "GloryFit" running in the background. Add "GloryFit" to your phone's trusted apps if security software is installed.
- iPhone: If no reminders appear after connection, restart your phone and reconnect. When reconnecting, wait for the "Bluetooth pairing request" prompt and tap "Pair" for reminders to function.
Is the Smart Watch Waterproof?
It supports IP68 waterproof and dustproof rating. You can wear it for daily activities like washing hands, in the rain, cold showers, or car washing. (Note: IP68 standard typically means submersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes at 35 degrees Celsius, though the text here is slightly ambiguous about the exact conditions for "IP68").
Does Bluetooth Connection Need to Be Open All the Time? Is Data Retained After Disconnection?
Data is stored on the watch host for up to 7 days before synchronization. When Bluetooth is connected, data automatically uploads to the mobile terminal. Please sync data promptly. Note: Call and SMS alerts require an active Bluetooth connection, but alarm reminders work offline.
Matters Needing Attention
- Avoid strong impacts, extreme heat, and direct sunlight.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the device yourself.
