Pump Design

The ReST pump is engineered for precision. The diagram shows the pump unit and its key components. The pump is a rectangular device with several ports and connections.

• 1 Air Tubes: These are flexible hoses designed to connect to different zones of the ReST Bed, specifically for Head/Legs, Hips, Lumbar, and Shoulders.
• 2 Power Adapter Port: A port for connecting the 24V DC power adapter, rated for 1.5A.
• 3 USB 2.0 Input Port: A standard USB port for input.
• 4 Green LED Indicator: A light that indicates when the pump is powered on.
• 5 Pump Reset Button: A button used to reset the pump.
• 6 ReST WiFi Network Name: The name of the WiFi network broadcast by the ReST pump for initial setup.
• 7 Pump Serial Number: A unique identifier for the specific pump unit.

Connect Pump

To connect the pump, it is suggested to place it under the head of the ReST Bed. Ensure the end with the four air tubes is pointing outwards, accessible, and visible. Always use a surge protector when plugging the pump into a wall outlet.

The connection process involves the following steps:

1. Plug the power supply cable into a wall outlet using a surge protector. Connect the other end of the power supply to the pump.
2. Attach the four labeled hoses and the USB cable to their corresponding connections on the pump.

[Note] The Green LED light should automatically turn on, and you will hear a few clicking sounds inside the pump as it powers on.

Upon power up, the ReST Bed will automatically begin filling. The pump will exhibit a light vibration and sound, indicating the filling process is underway.
