Take a moment to read and understand these instruc ons before installing your Flowmaster performance system. NOTE: Please inventory all parts now before con nuing and if necessary, report any missing items to our tech line. Hardware Package includes: 1 Front Frame Hanger 2 ITM # PART # DESCRIPTION QTY. 7 MC250BS 2 / " Stainless Band Clamp 4 1 15167S Right Resonator 1 8 HW213 M10-1.5 x 60 Bolt 4 2 15168S Le Resonator 1 9 HW506 / " x 1½" Steel Spacer 4 3 16732S Scavenger Assembly 1 10 HA168 Rubber Hanger 2 4 852559-292 Le Muffler 1 11 HW503 / " Hanger Keeper 4 5 852559-293 Right Muffler 1 12 HW303 / " Flat Washer 4 REMOVE STOCK EXHAUST SYSTEM: 2. Raise vehicle up on a hoist or rack to working height. If you don't have access to a hoist or rack, support vehicle with jack stands. WARNING: Avoid serious burns! Allow your vehicle me to cool completely before touching any factory engine components. To ease prepara on and installa on of your new kit: · Apply penetra ng lubricant to mounts, bolts and clamps before you remove them. · Use stands as necessary to support parts as you detach them from your vehicle and again as you install new parts. Rev 05/28/21 Page 1 of 5 3. Support system with stands then remove (x2) nuts from driver side tailpipe flange. Disconnect its hanger from isolator to remove it. Finally, disconnect remaining (x3) hangers from isolators and remove tailpipe sec on. NOTE: Reference driver side tailpipe when you disconnect passenger side hangers from isolators. 4. Remove fasteners and disconnect exhaust at front flange connec ons (x2). Retain (x4 ea.) springs and nuts. Disconnect wire hangers from isolators then remove exhaust from vehicle and set it aside. 5. Remove and retain (x4) bolts that a ach first set of factory hanger mounts behind front flange connec ons. INSTALL FLOWMASTER EXHAUST SYSTEM: 6. Remove nuts from stock and Flowmaster clamps, apply an -seize compound to bolts and re-install nuts. Connect (x2 ea.) front frame hangers (6) to resonators with rubber hangers (10). Place clamp (7) onto right (1) and le (2) resonator, then connect them to scavenger 3 (3). Tighten clamps just enough to hold parts. 7 2 1 10 6 8. Place scavenger assembly into posi on to connect to factory exhaust. Set flanges together and secure mounts to vehicle frame with (x4) bolts (removed step 4). 9. Secure resonator flange with (x2 ea.) bolts (8), spacers (9), washers (12), nuts and springs (removed step 3) as shown. Place clamp (7) onto le muffler (4) then connect it to scavenger, inser ng wire hanger into isolator. Tighten clamp just enough to allow for adjustment. Repeat this on passenger side with right muffler (5). 11. Adjust exhaust components for fit; maintaining / " clearance and compensa ng for suspension, travel and vibra on, then ghten all clamps. Finally, fit (x4) hanger keepers (11) onto each sideways hanger. 12.
