Cooking Surface
Electric Hob
Ensure that the cooking rings and the bottom of the cookware are clean and dry for optimal heat transfer and to prevent damage to the heating surface.
Overheated grease (fat or oil) on the cooking ring can ignite very quickly. Therefore, cook dishes with high fat content very carefully and under constant supervision.
Do not place wet cookware or lids covered with steam on the hob. Moisture damages the cooking rings.
Never leave cookware on a cold hob, as condensation forms under the base of the cookware, accelerating corrosion.
Turn the cooking ring on by rotating the knob. The cooking ring's power can be adjusted in steps.
Approximately 3-5 minutes before the end of cooking, switch off the cooking ring to utilize the residual heat and save energy.
Rapid cooking rings (on certain models) have higher power and heat up faster. They are marked with a red dot in the center, which may fade or disappear over time due to repeated heating or aggressive cleaning.
Prolonged use may cause discoloration of the cast iron area around the hob and the edges of the cooking rings. Service is not covered by warranty.
Ceramic Hob
The heating power of the cooking zones can be adjusted continuously (1-9) or in steps (1-6).
A device limits the temperature to prevent overheating of the area beneath the ceramic hob.
Dual-Circuit Hob Control
The dual-circuit hob can be adapted to the size and shape of your cookware. To activate the larger ring, turn the corresponding control knob fully (you will hear a click), then select the desired power level.
Hi-Light Hob Rings
Hi-Light hob rings heat up much faster than conventional ones, allowing cooking to begin very quickly after activation.
Residual Heat Indicator
Each cooking ring is equipped with a pilot light that remains illuminated after switching off if the ring is still hot. The indicator light turns off when the ring has cooled down. The residual heat indicator may also turn on if a hot pot is placed on a cold ring.
Ceramic Surface
- The hob is resistant to temperature changes.
- The ceramic hob is very strong but not unbreakable. If an object with sharp edges or significant weight falls onto the hob, it may crack. Damage may appear immediately or after some time.
- Immediately switch off and do not use a cracked ceramic hob. Using the ceramic hob as a storage surface may cause damage or scratches.
- Do not place aluminum or plastic cookware on hot hob rings. Do not place any foil or plastic items on the ceramic hob.
- Before placing cookware on the hob, wipe the bottom of the cookware and the hob to ensure they are dry, allowing for optimal heat transfer and preventing damage to the hob. Do not place empty cookware on the hob.
Cookware Usage Tips
- Use only quality cookware with flat and stable bases.
- The diameter of the cookware base and the cooking ring should match.
- Glass-ceramic cookware with specially ground bases is suitable for use on hobs if it matches the diameter of the cooking ring. Cookware with larger base diameters may crack due to thermal stress.
- Always place the cookware in the center of the cooking ring.
- When using a pressure cooker (economical pot), keep it under constant supervision until it reaches the correct pressure. Initially, use the highest power setting, then reduce the power according to the cooker's instructions.
- Ensure there is always sufficient liquid in the pressure cooker and other cookware used. Using an empty pot on the hob can overheat and damage both the pot and the hob.
- For special types of cookware, always follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Energy Saving
- The diameter of the cookware base should match the diameter of the cooking ring. If the cookware is too small, heat is lost, and the cooking ring may be damaged.
- Always use a lid when cooking, if the preparation method allows.
- The cookware should always be of appropriate size for the amount of food being prepared. Preparing small amounts of food in large pots wastes energy.
- For dishes requiring longer cooking times, use a pressure cooker (economical pot).
- Certain vegetables, like potatoes, can be cooked with less water, but it is recommended to use a tightly sealed pot. Once the water boils, reduce the power to a level that maintains a gentle simmer.
- If sugar or very sugary food spills onto a hot hob, immediately wipe the hob or remove the sugar with a scraper, even if the heating zone is still hot. Never clean a hot ceramic hob with cleaning agents, as this can damage the surface.
Oven Operation
The oven is operated using the "oven mode selection" knob to choose the function, and the "temperature setting" knob to select the temperature.
Turn the knob (left or right) to select the oven mode. Adjustments can be made during operation.
Oven Temperature Setting
The oven temperature can be adjusted by turning the thermostat knob clockwise, ranging from 50 to 275/300°C. Turning it counter-clockwise reduces the set temperature.
Turning the knob forcefully to the 'zero' position may damage the thermostat!
Turning Off the Oven
Turn the "oven mode selection" knob and the "temperature setting" knob to the "0" position.
Oven Lighting
The oven light automatically turns on whenever any operating mode is selected.

Aqua Clean
Heat is radiated only by the bottom heater. Used for cleaning the oven and removing stains. The program takes 30 minutes. Recommended temperature: 70°C.
Steam Cooking
With these systems, you can bake dishes by adding steam. Steam injection leads to better browning and a crispier crust.
Place a shallow baking dish with a maximum of 2 deciliters of water on the first rack. Place the food on the second rack and start the system.
Do not place deep baking dishes in the first rack; place them one rack higher.
For optimal function, do not open the door during cooking and do not add extra water.
Description of Baking Systems
- Energy is consumed significantly when preheating an empty oven. Therefore, baking multiple types of cakes or pizzas consecutively saves considerable energy as the oven is already preheated.
- Use dark, silicone-coated, or enameled baking trays, as they conduct heat particularly well.
- When using baking paper, ensure it is stable at high temperatures.
- During food preparation, a larger amount of steam is generated, which is vented through the chimney at the back of the appliance. Steam may condense on the door or the appliance cover (depending on the model). This is a normal occurrence that does not affect the appliance's function. After cooking, wipe away any accumulated condensate with a cloth.
- Towards the end of the baking time, you can switch off the oven approximately 10 minutes before completion and utilize the accumulated heat to save energy.
- Do not cool food in a closed oven, as condensation cannot be avoided.
Rotisserie Cooking
Maximum permissible temperature when using the rotisserie is 230°C.
Place the rotisserie support in the 3rd rack position from the bottom, and the shallow baking tray in the 1st (bottom) rack position to collect dripping fat.
Skewer the meat onto the rotisserie forks and secure them with screws. Position the fork handles on the front support of the rotisserie and insert the tips into the opening on the right side of the oven's rear panel (the opening is protected by a rotating cover).
Unscrew the rotisserie handle and close the door.
Turn on the oven using the LARGE GRILL system.
CAUTION: Do not use the grill on rack position 4. Use the grill only when the oven door is closed.
Do not place a deep baking tray in the 1st rack position.
Cleaning and Maintenance
CAUTION: Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the electrical installation and allow it to cool. Children should not clean or maintain the appliance without adult supervision.
Stainless Steel Front Panel (depending on model)
Clean the surface only with a mild detergent (e.g., soapy water) and a soft sponge that does not scratch. Do not use harsh cleaning agents or solvents, as they may damage the housing surface.
Lacquered Surfaces and Plastic Parts (depending on model)
Never clean knobs, door handles, labels, or type plates with abrasive agents or cleaning aids, alcohol-based cleaners, or pure alcohol. Immediately remove stains with a soft cloth and water, otherwise the surface may be damaged. You can use cleaning agents and aids intended for such surfaces; follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Enameled Surfaces (oven, hob)
For cleaning, use a damp cloth and a little detergent. Greasy stains can be removed with warm water and a special enamel cleaner. Never use harsh cleaning agents on enameled surfaces, as this will permanently damage the appliance's surface.
Glass Surfaces
When cleaning the oven door glass, do not use coarse materials that cause scratches (e.g., the rough side of a sponge, metal mesh, or steel wool), as the glass may be damaged and break. Clean glass surfaces with special glass, mirror, or window cleaners.
INFORMATION: Never use corrosive cleaning agents or sharp objects to clean the appliance.
Cleaning Hob Rings
Clean the area around the electric cooking zones with hot water and a dishwashing detergent. For stubborn dirt, use steel wool soaked in detergent. Dry the rings thoroughly afterwards. Liquids containing salt, boiled-over food, and moisture damage the electric rings; therefore, they should always be cleaned and dried thoroughly in such cases.
For hob maintenance, use standard cleaning and maintenance agents for electric hob rings available in stores. If the hob is slightly warm, the agent will penetrate the pores better. The hob rings are made of stainless steel. Due to thermal stress, they may turn yellow during cooking. This is a normal physical phenomenon. Yellowed areas can be removed with standard metal care agents. Harsh dishwashing aids are not recommended for cleaning the ring edges, as they are abrasive and can cause scratches.
Cleaning the Ceramic Hob
- Clean the cooled ceramic hob after each use, otherwise even minor dirt will bake onto the hot surface during the next use.
- For regular maintenance of the ceramic surface, use special care products that create a protective layer on it, shielding it from further dirt.
- Before each use, wipe away dust or other foreign objects from the ceramic surface and the bottom of the cookware, as they could scratch the surface.
- You can scratch the surface with steel wool, coarse sponges, and abrasive powders. You can also damage it by using aggressive sprays and unsuitable liquid cleaning agents.
- Wear on printed patterns on the hob may be caused by the use of aggressive cleaning agents or the rough, damaged bottoms of cookware.
- Clean minor dirt with a damp soft cloth, then wipe the surface dry.
- Remove water spots with a mild vinegar solution, but do not wipe the frame (on certain models) with it, as it will lose its shine.
- Do not use aggressive sprays or descaling agents. Remove stubborn dirt with special cleaning agents for ceramic hobs, following the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure that the cleaning agent is thoroughly removed after application, otherwise, residues may damage the ceramic surface when the zones are heated.
Removing Stubborn Dirt from Ceramic Hob
Use a scraper to remove stubborn and baked-on dirt. Ensure the plastic handle of the scraper does not come into contact with the hot cooking surface. Be careful not to injure yourself with the scraper.
Do not turn the scraper at an angle to the glass; do not scrape the glass surface with the sharp side edges of the scraper.
Sugar and food with a high sugar concentration can permanently damage the ceramic surface. Therefore, sugar and sweet dishes should be immediately scraped off the ceramic surface with a scraper, even if the cooking plate is still hot.
Use a scraper only when dirt cannot be removed with a damp cloth or special ceramic hob cleaning agents.
Hold the scraper at the correct angle (45° to 60°). With gentle pressure, slide it over the glass, scraping off the dirt along the printed markings. Be careful not to let the plastic handle of the scraper come into contact with the hot cooking surface!
Discoloration of the ceramic surface does not affect its performance or stability. It is most often caused by baked-on food residue, or by the base of the cookware (e.g., aluminum or copper pots), which is very difficult to remove completely.
Warning: All mentioned marks are primarily aesthetic and do not directly affect the appliance's operation. Removing these marks is not covered by the warranty.
Oven Cleaning
Clean the interior surfaces of the oven with a damp sponge and detergent. If there are burnt-on food residues on the surfaces, use a special enamel cleaner. Dry the oven thoroughly after cleaning. Clean the oven only when it is cold.
Never use harsh cleaning agents on enameled surfaces, as this will permanently damage the enamel.
Wash the oven accessories (racks, baking trays, etc.) using a sponge and detergent, or wash the parts in the dishwasher. If they are heavily soiled, use a suitable detergent.
Cleaning the Oven with AQUA CLEAN Function
Turn the OVEN SYSTEM SELECTION knob to AQUA CLEAN. Set the TEMPERATURE knob to 70°C. Pour 0.6 liters of water into a glass baking dish and place it in the bottom rack guide. After 30 minutes, the food residue on the oven enamel will soften enough to be wiped off with a damp cloth.
CAUTION: Use the AQUA CLEAN system only after the oven has completely cooled down.
Removing and Cleaning Wire and Telescopic Guides
Clean the guides only with standard cleaning agents.
Grasp the guides at the bottom and pull them towards the inside of the oven. Pull them out of the openings at the top.
CAUTION: Telescopic guides must not be washed in a dishwasher.
Installing Catalytic Liners
For cleaning, use only standard cleaning products.
Remove the side rack supports and telescopic sliding rails (depending on model).
Attach the catalytic liners to the suspended racks. Attach the upper part of the racks to the upper openings "A" in the catalytic liners. Push them into the flexible openings on the lower side of the oven "B".
CAUTION: Catalytic liners must not be washed in a dishwasher.
Replacing the Bulb
The bulb is a consumable part and is not covered by warranty. Before replacing the bulb, remove baking trays, racks, and guides from the oven.
Disconnect the appliance from the electrical supply before changing the bulb.
Unscrew the bulb cover and pull out the bulb. Halogen bulb: G9, 230 V, 25 W. (Standard bulb E14, 230 V, 25W - depending on model).
Use protection to avoid burns.
Soft-Closing Door (depending on model)
The appliance is equipped with a mechanism that dampens door closing impacts – "COMFORT". This system allows for quiet and gentle door closing.
If excessive force is applied when closing the door, the system's effect will be reduced, and the safety of the system may be compromised.
Door Lock (depending on model)
Open the door lock by lightly pressing your thumb to the right and simultaneously pulling the door towards you (outwards).
When the oven door is closed, the lock automatically returns to its initial position.
Removing and Installing the Oven Door (depending on model)
- Open the oven door (to the fully open position).
- Turn the lower part of the door hinges (standard closing). For COMFORT hinges, turn the lower part by 90°.
- Slowly close the oven door, lifting it slightly, and detach it from both hinge supports of the appliance.
To reassemble the door, follow the steps in reverse order. If you notice the door opening or closing improperly, check if the hinges are properly attached to the hinge supports.
Removing and Installing Door Glass (depending on model)
The door glass can also be cleaned from the inside, but for this, the door must be removed (see the "Removing and Installing the Oven Door" chapter).
Lightly lift the supports on the left and right sides of the door (marked as 1 on the support), then gently pull them out of the glass (marked as 2 on the support).
Grasp the door glass by its lower edge, lift it slightly to disengage it from the supports, and remove it.
Remove the third inner glass panel (available on certain models) by lifting and removing it. Also, remove the rubber seals from the glass.
