The 308C CR features a compact radius, making it ideal for working in urban construction where space is often restricted. Its shorter tail swing radius reduces the risk of damage to the rear of the machine during operation.   • Cylinder Block and Head: Cast iron block for wear resistance; laser-hardened upper part to reduce oil consumption and piston ring scuffing. Aluminum alloy cylinder heads with water directors for efficient cooling.
  • Pistons and Rings: Heat-resistant aluminum alloy pistons with clearance control struts for high combustion efficiency. Three-ring piston set for maximum wear resistance.
  • Crankshaft and Connecting Rod: Induction-hardened crankshaft journals and pins; forged connecting rods of high tensile strength steel alloy.
  • Cooling System: Large-diameter fan and water-cooled cylinders prevent overheating and ensure longer engine life.
  • Lubrication System: High-efficiency external gear-type oil pump with a large oil filter.
  • Starting System: Standard 3.2 kW starting motor and two 100-AH batteries allow starting at -32°C with glow plugs.

Undercarriage and Blade
