We would like to inform you that our product's are marked in accordance with the European Directive 2002/96/CE and Polish Act o n used electric and electronic equipment
with a sign of a crossed-out waste container. This mark informs abort the fact that the
device, after its application use, cannot be placed together with other types of household
waste. The user is obliged to return it to the entities conducting a collection of used
electric and electronic equipment. The collection points, including local collection points,
shops and municipal entities create a proper system making it possible for the return of
the equipment. Proper proceeding with used electric and electronic equipment
contributes to the avoidance of damaging consequences for the health of the inhabitants
and natural environment chick result form the presence of dangerous substances and
improper storage and processing of such devices and equipment.
DE Dieses Gerät ist gemäß der EU-Richtlinie 2002/96/WE und dem polnischen Gesetz über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte mit dem Symbol ,,durchgestrichene Mülltonne" gekennzeichnet. Diese Kennzeichnung weist darauf hin, dass das Gerät nach Ablauf seiner Lebensdauer nicht zusammen mit anderen Hausabfällen entsorgt werden darf. Der Nutzer ist verpflichtet, das Gerät an diejenigen Entsorgungsträger zurückzugeben, die die Sammlung der Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte durchführen. DEZYNFEKCJA PRZEPLYWOWA
Przeplywowe lampy UVC, wykorzystuj wiatlo ultrafioletowe, niszcz DNA czy RNA wszelkich mikroorganizmów, które zostan poddane nawietleniu i usuwaj z powietrza wirusy, bakterie, grzyby. Oslonite wiatlo UVC nie wydostaje si na zewntrz lampy. Dziki wymuszonej cyrkulacji, powietrze przechodzi przez wntrze lampy, gdzie zostaje nawietlone i zdezynfekowane, a nastpnie wyparte na zewntrz. Lampy przeplywowe UV-C STERILON FLOW mog pracowa w obecnoci ludzi.
Sposób nawietlania:
1. Ustaw lamp w dezynfekowanym pomieszczeniu, w miar moliwoci centralnym miejscu, by zwikszy skuteczno dezynfekcji. Pamitaj, e skuteczno dezynfekcji w danym miejscu zmniejsza si wraz ze wzrostem odlegloci od lampy.
2. Nie zakrywaj wentylatora lampy, nie klad na lampie adnych przedmiotów. By nie zaklóca cyrkulacji pozostaw pust

Skuteczno dezynfekcji
Skuteczno dezynfekcji prezentowana jest przez CIE i inne jednostki badawcze w oparciu o dawk energii potrzebn do usunicia 90% drobnoustrojów z powierzchni. Dla wikszoci znanych nam bakterii i wirusów wymagana dawka nie przekracza 8 mJ/cm². Oznacza to, e lampa emitujc 1 W promieniowania UV-C, w odlegloci 1 m od danej powierzchni, potrzebuje 80 sekund, aby j zdezynfekowa w 90%.

Skuteczno dezynfekcji SARS-CoV-2 (koronawirus wywolujcy chorob Covid 19)
Nie ma opublikowanych oficjalnych bada potwierdzajcych dawk energii, jaka jest potrzebna, aby zneutralizowa wirusa wywolujcego chorob COVID-19.

UV-C STERILON FLOW SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
FLOW VERSION
UVC flow luminaires use ultraviolet light, destroy the DNA or RNA of all microorganisms that will be exposed and remove viruses, bacteria and fungi from the air. Covered UVC light does not reach the outside of the lamp. Thanks to stimulated circulation, the air passes through luminaire interior, where it is exposed to the light and cleaned, and then pushed outside. UV-C STERILON FLOW luminaires may work in the presence of people.
Exposure method: 1. Place the lamp in a disinfected room, if possible in a central place, to increase the e ectiveness of disinfection. Remember that the disinfection e ciency in a given place decreases as the distance from the lamp increases.
2. Do not cover the luminaire fan, do not place any objects on the luminaire. In order not to disturb circulation, leave an empty space and do not put any objects within 1m of the luminaire fan.
3. There may be people in the room. They can move freely and do not need protective clothing.
4. Do not open the luminaire covers during its operation.
Secure the luminaire against uncontrolled opening by other people, especially pay attention to children.
5. Do not open the window while the luminaire is operating, as
this will reduce the e ectiveness of disinfection.
6. We recommend ventilating the room every 4 operating hours of the device.
7. We recommend using the product in rooms with unobstructed ventilation.
8. Do not use in rooms smaller than 6 m2
. The smell emitted by the UV-C STERILON FLOW is a technical fragrance. It can last for approximately ¹ hours of device use. This smell does not pose a threat to the users of the device.
¹. A small amount of visible blue light which is a reflected light, does not contain UV-C radiation and is safe for humans.
Disinfection e ciency
Depending on the lamp power, the flow is: For the power 72 W 160 m3/h For the power 144 W 200 m3/h
In ECO mode, the air flow is reduced to 110 m3/h, which results in quieter operation. Please note that the lamp in ECO mode must be active for at least two hours longer in order to be sufficiently effective.
The maximum volume (cubature) of the disinfected room: for luminaires with a power of 72 W - 75 m3 for luminaires with a power of 144 W - 120 m3
Maintenance and filter replacement
Sterilon Flow UVC luminaires are standard equipped with PPI30 filters located in the fan housing. This filter should be checked after 4 months of the device operation. In case of dirt that could block the air flow (e.g. when the device is operated in dusty rooms), the filter should be replaced or cleaned under running water after every 4 months of operation. If the filter is not dirty during the first inspection, its cleanliness should be checked after every 6 months (or 1000 hours) of operation of the device and replaced or cleaned under running water if dirt appears. The filter should be removed from the pressed-in (clicked-in) housing on the fan, replaced and the housing pressed back in. The UV-C Sterilon luminaire is HEPA filter compatible. HEPA filters can be installed interchangeably with dust filters.
DIRECT DISINFECTION - OPERATIONAL SAFETY
The UV-C light emitted by the lamp is highly harmful to humans and other living organisms, damages eyesight, skin and cell DNA.
UV-C light degrades the DNA and RNA code in the cells of living organisms. After
starting the luminaire no people or animals should be within the

In particular, you should:
Never look directly at the turned on UV-C STERILON FLOW luminaire or stay within the reach of UV-C rays.
Secure the room with the turned on luminaire against other people's access.
When carrying out activities related to the operation of the UV-C STERILON FLOW lamp, special protective glasses and gloves as well as wearing long-sleeved clothing are recommended (only with direct disinfection).
Disinfection e ciency
Disinfection e ciency is presented by CIE and other research units based on the dose of energy needed to remove 90% of microorganisms from the surface. For most of the known bacteria and viruses the required dose does not exceed 8 mJ / cm2. This means that the lamp emitting 1 W of UV-C radiation at a distance of 1 metre from the given surface needs 80 seconds to disinfect it in 90%.
Lamps from the Sterilon series emit light at a distance of 1 metre from the source: 2,4 W/m² - UV-C radiation (UV-C STERILON FLOW 72 W) 4,8 W/m² - UV-C radiation (UV-C STERILON FLOW 144 W)
The irradiation area for direct disinfection from a distance of 1 m is: 72 W - 7 m² 144 W (one direction) - 7 m² 144 W (two direction) - 2 x 7 m²
The e ciency of UV-C radiation decreases in inverse proportion to the square of the distance from the light source. Therefore, the closer we place the light source to the surface requiring disinfection, the more e ective the light will be. The approximate time for surface disinfection by UV-C STERILON luminaires is 15 minutes. However, this time may di er from the above as it depends on the power of the lamp used and the distance of the disinfected surface from the light source. This time also depends on the ambient temperature and humidity.
Exposure method:
Set the lamp so that the light falls on the surface to be disinfected. The UV-C light source should be positioned as close as possible to the surface to be
disinfected, and also, so that the scope of covers the largest part of it. Objects placed in the shade, where the UV-C rays cannot reach, will not be disinfected. Open the luminaire covers before turning it on.
After turning the luminaire on, you cannot stay in the room. When turning it on/off, use protective glasses and wear long-sleeved clothing and gloves.
Approximate exposure time is 15 min. Note that very long exposure to the UV-C lamp can degrade some elements within
its range, e.g. plastics. We recommend ventilating the room every 4 operating hours of the device.
We recommend using the product in rooms with unobstructed ventilation.
Do not use in rooms smaller than 6 m2
Disinfection e ectiveness of SARS-CoV-2 (coronavirus causing Covid 19)
There are no published o cial studies confirming the dose of energy that is needed to neutralize the virus that causes COVID-19 disease. However, its structure is compared to the "Hepatiti A Virus" virus more resistant to UV-C rays, for which the dose is almost 7 mJ/cm2. Based on this, the dose needed to neutralise the coronavirus, which causes the COVID-19 disease is estimated to be approximately 4 mJ / cm2. This means that the lamp emitting 1 W of UV-C radiation at a distance of 1 metre from the surface needs 40 seconds to disnfect 90% of the surface from the virus.

SICHERHEITSANLEITUNG UV-C STERILON FLOW
DURCHFLUSSVERSION
Durchfluss-UVC-Lampen verwenden ultraviolettes Licht, zerstören die DNA und RNA jeglicher Mikroorganismen, die der Belichtung ausgesetzt werden, und beseitigen Viren, Bakterien und Pilze aus der Luft. Abgedecktes UVC-Licht gelangt nicht aus der Lampe. Dank der erzwungenen Luftzirkulation strömt die Luft durch das Lampeninnere, wo sie bestrahlt und gereinigt wird, und danach nach außen befördert. UV-C STERILON FLOW Lampen können in Anwesenheit von Menschen arbeiten.
Belichtungsart:
1. Stellen Sie die Lampe im desinfizierten Raum auf, an einer möglichst zentralen Stelle, um die Wirksamkeit der Desinfektion zu erhöhen. Denken Sie daran, dass die Wirksamkeit der Desinfektion an der jeweiligen Stelle zusammen mit der Entfernung von der Lampe abnimmt.
2. Lampenlüfter nicht abdecken und keine Gegenstände auf die Lampe legen. Um die Luftzirkulation nicht zu stören, lassen Sie einen
Freiraum und legen Sie keine Gegenstände im Umkreis von 1 m vom Lüfter der Lampe auf. 3. Im Raum dürfen sich Menschen aufhalten. Diese können sich frei fortbewegen und müssen keine Schutzkleidung tragen.
4. Lampenabdeckungen nicht während ihres Betriebs öffnen.
Schützen Sie die Lampe vor unkontrolliertem Ö nen durch unbefugte Personen, achten Sie besonders auf Kinder.
5. Während des Lampenbetriebs nicht die Fenster öffnen, da

9. Der Geruch der UV-C STERILON FLOW-Lampe ist durch technische Gegebenheiten verursacht. Dieser kann ungefähr 140 Stunden lang anhalten. Dieser Geruch stellt keine Bedrohung für die Benutzer der Lampe dar.
10. Außerhalb der Lampe sieht man eine kleine Menge blaues Licht (reflektiertes Licht), das keine UV-C-Strahlung enthält und für den Menschen ungefährlich ist.
Wirksamkeit der Desinfektion
Der Durchfluss beträgt je nach Lampenleistung: Für eine Leistung von 72 W 160 m3/h Für eine Leistung von 144 W 200 m3/h
Im ECO-Modus wird der Luftdurchfluss auf 110 m3 / h reduziert und daher ist die Lampe leiser. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Lampe mindestens zwei Stunden länger laufen muss, um in diesem Modus ausreichend effektiv zu sein.
Das maximale Raumvolumen (Rauminhalt) des desinfizierten Raums: beträgt für Lampen mit einer Leistung von 72 W etwa 75 m3 beträgt für Lampen mit einer Leistung von 144 W etwa 120 m3
Pflege und Filterwechsel
Die UVC Sterilon Flow Lampen sind standardmäßig mit PPI30 Filtern ausgestattet, die sich im Lüftergehäuse befinden. Dieser Filter sollte nach 4 Monaten des Gerätebetriebs überprüft werden. Bei Verunreinigung, die den Luftstrom behindern könnte (z. B. bei Betrieb in stark verstaubten Räumen), ist der Filter nach jeweils 4 weiteren Betriebsmonaten auszutauschen oder unter fließendem Wasser zu reinigen. Wird bei der ersten Kontrolle keine Verunreinigung festgestellt, ist der Filter nach jeweils 6 weiteren Monaten (oder 1000 Betriebsstunden) zu prüfen und bei Verschmutzung auszutauschen oder unter fließendem Wasser zu reinigen. Der Filter ist aus dem Einrast-Gehäuse (mit Klick) auf dem Lüfter zu entnehmen, zu wechseln und das Gehäuse wieder hineinzudrücken. Die UV-C Sterilon Lampe ist für Montage eines HEPA-Filters geeignet. Der HEPA-Filter kann ersatzweise statt dem Staubfilter eingebaut werden.

Anwendungssicherheit
Das von der Lampe emittierte UV-C-Licht ist für Menschen und andere lebendige Organismen äußerst schädlich, es beschädigt das Sehvermögen, die Haut und die DNA der Zellen. UV-C Licht zerstört

Die Beschädigung der Lampe wirkt sich nicht negativ auf die Gesundheit aus, unter Einhaltung besonderer Vorsichtsmaßnahmen. Im Fall eines Bruchs der Leuchten ist der Raum 30 Minuten lang zu lüften,
und die beschädigten Teile - am besten mit Handschuhen - zu entsorgen. Verstauen Sie diese in einem Plastikbeutel und bringen Sie sie zum lokalen Altsto sammelzentrum, um sie dem Recycling zuzuführen. Zur Beseitigung der beschädigten Teile keinen Staubsauger verwenden.
Insbesondere:
Niemals direkt in die eingeschaltete UV-C STERILON FLOW Lampe blicken und nicht in Reichweite der UV-C Strahlen verbleiben.

Bei der Durchführung der mit der Bedienung der UV-C STERILON FLOW Lampe verbundenen Tätigkeiten, werden eine spezielle Schutzbrille und Schutzhandschuhe sowie das Tragen von langärmeliger Kleidung empfohlen (nur bei direkter Desinfektion).
Wirksamkeit der Desinfektion
Die Wirksamkeit der Desinfektion wird von CIE und andere Forschungseinheiten auf Grundlage der zur Beseitigung von 90 % der Mikroorganismen von der Oberfläche nötigen Energiedosis präsentiert. Für den Großteil der uns bekannten Bakterien und Viren überschreitet die erforderliche Dosis nicht 8 mJ/cm2. Das bedeutet, dass eine Lampe, die 1 W UV-C-Strahlung in einer Entfernung von 1 m von der jeweiligen Oberfläche emittiert, 80 Sekunden benötigt, um diese zu 90 % zu desinfizieren.

Der Bestrahlungsbereich für die direkte Desinfektion aus einer Entfernung von 1 m beträgt: 72 W - 7 m² 144 W (eine Richtung) - 7 m² 144 W (zwei Richtungen) - 2 x 7 m²
Die Wirksamkeit von UV-C-Strahlung sinkt umgekehrt proportional zum Quadrat der Entfernung von der Lichtquelle. Daher wird die Wirksamkeit - je näher wir die Lichtquelle an der desinfizierten Oberfläche aufstellen - umso größer. Die ungefähre Desinfektionszeit der Oberfläche durch UV-C STERILON Lampen beträgt 15 Minuten. Diese Zeit kann sich jedoch von den obigen Angaben unterscheiden, da sie von der Leistung der eingesetzten Lampe und der Entfernung der desinfizierten Oberfläche von der Lichtquelle abhängt. Diese Zeit ist auch von der Umgebungstemperatur sowie der Luftfeuchtigkeit abhängig.
Belichtungsart: Stellen Sie die Lampe so auf, dass das Licht auf die Oberfläche einfällt, die
desinfiziert werden soll. UV-C-Lichtquellen sind möglichst nahe an der desinfizierten Oberfläche
aufzustellen, und so, dass die UV-C-Strahlen mit ihrer Reichweite einen möglichst großen Teil davon erfassen können. Die im Schatten aufgestellten Objekte, die die UV-C-Strahlen nicht erreichen, werden nicht desinfiziert. Öffnen Sie die Lampenabdeckungen vor ihrem Einschalten.
Nach dem Start der Lampe darf sich niemand im Raum aufhalten. Während des Ein- und Ausschaltens ist eine Schutzbrille zu verwenden, sowie Kleidung mit langen Ärmeln und Schutzhandschuhe zu tragen.
Die ungefähre Belichtungsdauer beträgt 15 Min. Sehr lange Belichtung mit der UV-C-Lampe kann die Qualität mancher
Elemente beeinträchtigen, die sich in ihrer Reichweite befinden, wie z. B. Kunststoffe. Wir empfehlen die Lüftung des Raums alle 4 Betriebsstunden des Geräts
