Setzen Sie den Helm auf. Die Vorderseite sollte Ihre Stirn bedecken. 2. Richten Sie den Riemenversteller mittig aus, direkt unter Ihren Ohren. 3. Ziehen Sie den Helm tief in die Stirn. Die Schnalle muss sich unter dem Kinn befinden und ihre Rückseite Richtung Hals weisen. Ihre Ohren sollten zwischen den Riemen bequem Platz haben. 4. Damit der Kinnriemen fest und bequem sitzt, kann er nach dem Entfernen der Polsterung mit der Schnalle angepasst werden. Wenn Sie die Höhe des Rückhaltesystems ändern möchten, ziehen Sie das Rückhaltesystem fest nach oben oder drücken Sie es fest nach unten in eine andere Position. Position the helmet on your head with the front covering your forehead. 2. Position the strap adjuster centered, just below your ears. 3. Position the helmet low on your forehead with the buckle under the chin and back against the throat. The straps should fit comfortably around both ears. 4. After removing the chinstrap pad, adjust the chinstrap tension at the buckle so the chinstrap is tight and comfortable by pulling the chinstrap end through the buckle to either tighten or loosen as needed. Positionnez le casque assez bas sur le front avec la boucle sous le menton et l'arrière contre la gorge. Les sangles doivent être confortablement installées autour des deux oreilles. 4. Après retrait du coussinet de la jugulaire, réglez la tension de la mentonnière au niveau de la boucle pour que la mentonnière soit bien ajustée et confortable en tirant sur la mentonnière à travers la boucle, en la desserrant ou en la serrant, selon le cas. Dopo aver rimosso l'imbottitura del sottogola, regolare la tensione del sottogola con la fibbia in modo che il sottogola sia aderente e confortevole, facendo passare l'estremità del sottogola nella fibbia e stringendo o allentando in base alla necessità.
