Product Range

Robot Coupe offers a diverse line of immersion blenders designed for professional culinary use. The models covered include:

Important Warnings

WARNING: To limit accidents such as electric shocks, personal injury, or fire, and to prevent material damage due to misuse, please read and follow these instructions carefully. Ensure all users are familiar with the operation manual before using the equipment. This equipment is designed for professional use only and must not be used by children.

Unpacking and Storage

Carefully remove the equipment from the packaging and check for all included items. Store manuals, tools, and spare parts in a safe place. It is advised to install the provided wall bracket and store the immersion blender on it with the motor unit UP.

Power Supply and Connection

Connect the immersion blender to a 110-120 Volt 60 Hz power supply. Ensure the power supply corresponds to the identification plate on the motor unit. The unit must always be connected to a grounded outlet with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection device. Do not use extension type power cords.

Operating the Immersion Blender

Continuous Operation

To engage continuous operation, press and hold the control button (CB), then press and hold the locking button (LB). Release the control button (CB), then release the locking button (LB). The blender will continue to operate.

Variable-Speed Operation

Follow the steps for continuous operation, then adjust the speed by turning the variable speed button (VS) towards the maximum or minimum as required. It is advisable to start at a low speed when using the whisk.

Operation (General)

The immersion blender is equipped with electrical current and temperature overload protection. If the blender stops unexpectedly, try restarting by following steps 3-5. If it does not restart, allow it to cool for up to 30 minutes for the temperature overload to reset. Always ensure the control button (CB) is in the released position before starting. Connect the cord to the power supply. Immerse the tube into the product with the bell completely submerged. Press and hold the safety button (SB), then press the control button (CB). The blender starts working, and the green "ON" indicator (V) lights up. Release the safety button (SB) to stop.

Functions and Attachments

Blade Function

The blade attachment is ideal for making soups, vegetable purees, and pulps. For safety, always keep the handle with your hands to stop operation quickly in case of emergency. Never let the machine work alone during continuous operation. The use of any pan support is forbidden.

Whisk Function

The whisk attachment is ideal for making pancake batter, mayonnaise, beaten egg whites, chocolate mousse, butter sauces, and whipped cream. For greater efficiency, hold the blender by the handle and the motor base. You can also hold the appliance by the handle with one hand, leaving the other hand free to hold the bowl.

Mixing Tool Function (MP 450 Turbo FW XL)

The mixing tool attachment is used to blend and homogenize very light preparations such as purees and soups made with dehydrated flakes and sauce mixes. It is not designed for pasta or thick purees.

Mashed Potatoes Function

A self-regulating speed system is used for pureeing tasks with the whisk. A white circle on the speed variation switch indicates the speed for mashed potatoes. Turn the knob counterclockwise until it stops. Under load, the immersion blender will stop and start at one-second intervals.

Assembly & Disassembly

Attaching the Tube to the Motor Unit

Unplug the immersion blender. Align the flat side of the conical part of the tube with the catch in the aluminum casing. Insert the narrow portion of the conical part into the aluminum casing. Turn the tube in the direction of the arrow until it is snugly in place.

Attaching the Whisk Gearbox

Unplug the immersion blender. Align the flat side of the conical part of the whisk gearbox with the catch in the aluminum casing. Insert the conical part into the aluminum casing and turn until snugly locked.

Attaching the Mixing Tool

Line the flat side of the mixing tool up with the flat side of the housing. Insert the housing into the motor unit, turning it counterclockwise.

Removing Components

Follow the reverse procedure for disassembly. Use the provided tools for removing blades and cartridges.

Cleaning

Maintenance

The performance of the cut depends on the state of your blades. Blades are subject to wear and may need replacement to ensure consistent quality. It is also advised to change the washer and watertight seals when replacing blades. A blade service kit is available.

The performance of the whisks depends on the condition of the wires. Metal wires may become worn over time and may need replacement for optimum performance. Do not use a defective or damaged whisk.

Troubleshooting

Overload Warning Light (MP 600 Turbo and MP 800 Turbo)

The warning light indicates an overload or a too-sticky preparation. The motor will stop shortly. Allow the machine to cool for up to 30 minutes before restarting. The machine may stop again if the preparation consistency is not modified.
