Device Overview
The KE2 Edge Manager Cell (Model: KE2EM-Cell) is a network device. The diagram shows its physical features:
- Rear Ports: Reset button, WAN Ethernet port, LAN Ethernet port, Power port.
- Slots: MicroSIM card slot, MicroSD card slot.
- Indicators/Ports: Lights for Power, WAN, 5G Wi-Fi, 2G Wi-Fi, and Cell status.
- Connectivity Ports: USB2.0 port, 2.4 GHz / 5 Ghz Wi-Fi antenna ports, 4G LTE antenna port (EM-Cell Only).
- Cellular Support: The EM-Cell model supports GSM Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Mint, and many others.

Factory Reset
If you are unable to access the KE2 Dashboard or cannot connect to the Edge Manager (EM), you can press the Reset button:
- Press and hold for 3 seconds, and then release to Reset the EM.
- Press and hold for 10 seconds, and then release to reset the EM to factory settings. Caution: All User Data will be cleared!!
Technical Support
If you are unable to access the KE2 Dashboard or cannot connect to the Edge Manager, you can press the Reset button.

Warranty
- KE2 Therm provides a one-year limited warranty for KE2 Edge Managers and a 3-month limited warranty for accessories.
- It is recommended to use the included 12V/1.5A power adapter.
- Any damage to the KE2 Edge Manager caused by not following the instructions will render this warranty null and void.
- Any damage caused by modification, including replacement of external antennas, MicroSIM cards, or MicroSD cards, will render this warranty null and void.
- Any damage caused by inappropriate use, such as incorrect voltage input, high temperature, low temperature, water damage, or enclosure damage, will render this warranty null and void.

Issues caused by third-party devices may not receive official support from KE2 Therm \ KE2 Connect.
