How do I reset my BlueParrott C300-XT?

When you reset your headset, the Bluetooth pairing memory will be cleared and the default setting for the BlueParrott Button will be restored.

To reset, follow these steps:

Power on the headset.
Press and hold (6 seconds) the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you see the Multi-function button flash red and blue. If you are wearing the headset, 2 beeps will be announced in the headset.
The headset has been reset and will automatically enter pairing mode. If you do not wish to re-pair, power off the headset.

Note

After resetting, you will need to re-pair the headset with your smartphone. Remember to delete the previous pairing before you re-pair.
